Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

She left my polish dull after the massage and did not apply cuticle oil. Overall, this place is pretty hit or miss. You can absolutely take your chances. Roll the dice and you may have a good experience... or a not so good one!

As an esthetician, I'm also mindful of repeated UV exposure aging the hands, so this was an intentional choice. This appointment was also intentionally scheduled during a specific window so my husband could set up my birthday party while I was there. The rushed service defeated that purpose and ended up being frustrating not just for me, but for the person who thoughtfully arranged it. The space itself was clean, and I appreciated being offered water in a glass goblet with lemon. That part felt thoughtful. Where things went wrong was in the service. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time without asking, which made the experience uncomfortable and rushed. I would have preferred to relax and enjoy each service separately instead of constantly shifting around. There was also a woman who appeared to be supervising who stood and stared at clients the entire time. It created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a relaxing one. The biggest issue was the manicure. It was completed in about 40 minutes and felt very rushed despite booking a higher tier service. The polish application was extremely poor. The pedicure technician, Tony, actually had to step in and try to fix the manicure, which I appreciated, but instead of removing the original polish he painted over it. As a result, my nails were thick, uneven, dull, and still sticky 25 minutes later as I was leaving for my birthday event. I paid $110 total. I tipped Tony $20 cash for helping fix the situation and gave Helen $5, which reflects the quality of the manicure I received. I don't mind paying for quality. This simply did not reflect professional-level work, especially for a special occasion.
