Pros: walk ins available all the time Cons: overworked employees take it out on paying patrons, silent treatment, service incomplete, and super awkward experience. I'm not a confrontational person that's why I'm coming on here warning others. I walked in with a smile and left with a deep scowl! I paid $81.00 not including the tip I left for the luxury pedicure menu priced at "$66" for gel and I got a chrome over which I guess cost the added $15. My service felt rushed and awkward, I showed a picture of what I wanted, yet was repeatedly asked what color I want... apparently he was checked out. I didn't receive any small talk even though I tried to start a friendly conversation, I got silence the whole time. The gentleman at the front desk kept walking behind my chair and staring down at my phone, I'm guessing to see if I was recording or not. The pedicure abruptly ended and I had to ask for my sandals and they were thrown on the floor. Idk why I even left a tip I felt more like a burden than a customer. read more

Use to be my go to spot for a pedicure but lately the service has not been good. I always get a gel polish and the last 3 times I went I ended up having a bubble in the polish. One of those times I went back to get it fixed and he kind of gave me an attitude like it was my fault it bubbled? It was the first time I had this guy, I wish I would've gotten his name. I usually get someone friendly but the quality on how my toes come out I cannot bring myself to go back when I'm spending so much money to get it done. I came in today for a gel manicure and was highly dissatisfied with the sanitation practices observed during my service. Specifically, I noticed the manicurist was about to use a cuticle cutter that appeared to be dirty--it had a visible piece of dead tissue on it. When I pointed this out and requested a clean tool, he insisted it was new. Only after I reiterated my concern did he spray it with alcohol and retrieve a new tool. While the tools were taken from a blue sanitation pouch, the pouch was folded, and when he grabbed it, all the tools fell out. This raises serious concerns about whether proper autoclaving procedures are being followed. Clean tools should never have visible debris, and the presentation and handling of the pouch further undermined my trust in your sanitation protocols. Given the price point of the service, I expect far higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I do not feel confident returning and strongly urge that sanitation practices be reviewed and corrected to ensure customer safety is not compromised. read more

I'm new to getting my nails done so I don't know what the proper way to get treated is. That said, I felt that the quality of customer service was pretty terrible. I like to just make small talk with people and be nice to the person doing my nails but I felt no one cared to be kind back to me. That was just the atmosphere I walked into I guess. He started doing my nails and I found it odd how aggressive the guy (Tommy) was with doing my nails. It wasn't the most relaxing experience let's just put it that way. I didn't say anything out of being polite but looking back on it, my nails did hurt quite a bit during the experience. First of all, came into the nail salon for gel extension nails. I was asked what that is. Then given a different nail tech without a warning. She started doing acrylic and I didn't want to say no, so I let her continue. She didn't do the correct base, as it was a clear base and not a nude base therefore she was unable to do the nails in the photo I requested. I ended up changing the nail color due to this. Not to mention they were closing and I was rushed out of the nail salon and forced to pay for my service BEFORE my nails were completed. 0/10 stars, it's a no for me. read more

She tells me it's $39. And I wanted to kids manicure for my daughter, and on the website it says 15 she tells me it's gonna be $25! Nice music playing. A little later a worker called me back and was kind. Gave me 2 color folders to pick from. Picked a sparkly one. #113. They have many options and I picked the basic spa pedicure. The chairs are comfortable. Pretty typical one with massager in it. He cleaned up my toes. Cut the nails and scrubbed the feet. The water was cold. The worker said something was wrong with it. Not good. He then massaged calves and feet with lotion. Felt good. Polished after that. The sparkly color turned out good! What I wanted. Waited for it to dry, paid with a very unkind front desk worker. Left after that. No Wi-Fi =/ Clean, safe and practiced. Workers are masked. My nails turned out good, but the price wasn't worth it and the awful front desk worker didn't help either. Pretty disappointing. Oh well! read more

Place is very clean and new, chairs were nice and comfortable. It was nice that me and my friend were able to do walk ins on a Sunday and got sat right away. I got the Apollo pedi, which was $42 but because I wanted gel it was an additional $15 which I realized till after he had started. It's on the the pricer side so just keep that in mind. The reason for the 3 stars is because the guy doing my toes cut and hurt me when he was taking off my gel, he didn't even soak them. I told him he was hurting me and idk if he didn't hear me or just didn't care. Also he kinda just left for like 10 min and left me there soaking to do a smoke break.. not cool, the last thing I want to smell when I'm trying to relax is smell cigarette smoke. Im super unhappy with the experience I had at Apollo nail spa today. Im never picky and usually super easy going but my pedicure experience was NOT GOOD. I asked for acrylic on my big toe nails which took the girl almost 30 minutes for two toes and was super disappointed with the outcome, they're lumpy and uneven and even the ends are jagged. On top of that, on one of the big toenails, the polish is spotty and see through. I was extremely dissatisfied that I paid $118 for a full set and toenails that look like this. read more

i have been to this salon multiple times for my acrylics, i never get the same person to do my nails twice and all of them have done a very great job based on the picture ive shown them, they just never disappoint. the ladies are super nice, some of them don't speak much english but they do their best to communicate with you. they're genuine and care a lot about the quality of their work. some of my sets would take up to 3-4 hours and they had no problem taking their time to perfect every detail. would definitely recommend read more

I love this place! I spent months looking for a dependable nail salon to get regular gel manicures and pedicures. This is my place. Everyone who works here is extremely nice. The last time I went in, there was a little bit of a wait and the guy at the front desk told me to sit in the massage chair while I waited. They always do a meticulous job on my hands and feet. The callus remover treatment is a must get if you get a pedicure. It leaves your feet feeling super soft. No other nail salon I've been to has had this option, I think it may be unique to this one. None of the technicians had a problem when I requested that they hand file my nails. I don't like it when the technicians use the electronic drill on my natural nails so i always ask that they use their hands. I'll definitely patron this place on a regular basis. They're one of the most reasonably priced and quality nail salons in the area. read more

I asked for them to take off my acrylic nails and a manicure. Well the lady cut the acrylic down so short literally down to my skin under my nail that she couldn't shape it anymore. When she tried to polish my nails, it looked uneven and clumpy she had to take it all off again. I got a little annoyed and just told her forget it, I can do without the nail polish because the shape to my nail was uneven. I have visited this nail spot twice for a luxury pedicure and have loved the service each time. They have a regular spa pedicure, an Apollo pedicure and the luxury pedicure. As someone who regularly wears heels and is on her feet a lot, I love the extras that the luxury pedi offers. It includes callus removal, salt scrub, marine mask, 15 minute massage, paraffin wax and hot towels on the legs for $52. They usually always have a room for walk ins. It is well worth the price! Previously I have visited this salon and had wonderful experiences but today when the woman was removing my old acrylic nails I felt a lot of pain and kept moving my hands away. She kept forcefully removing them and at one point I felt like my entire nail was going to come off had I not moved my hands away. When she was done removing them I looked down at my left hand and saw blood on a few fingers. They were in no condition to get a new set so I asked her to not do a new set and that would be all. When I went to the front the guy told me to "come back with healthy nails next time" I said yes, paid the $10 they charged (for a job badly done) and left crying. read more
