I'm writing an updated review, not because I was asked, but because I decided to give the salon another try and my experience has been drastically different in the best way. I've visited a handful of times since my first interaction with them and I must say, my visits with Melinda for my pedicures have been great. She's attentive, happy to see me, and most importantly her work is inconsistently great.

I wanna start by thinking my pedicure tech HAU for giving me the best pedicure ever. I like the way he took his time to make sure my cuticles were clean, nail shape was perfect, and finished with an amazing foot rub! I definitely needed it. The place was calm and had great music. I highly recommend HAU!! I also had my nails done with Nicky. She did an extraordinary job on my full set of acrylic. Her almond shape is by far the best I've ever had. I highly recommend her if you would like acrylic almond nails. She took her time was very patient and had a very great and sentimental conversation. I truly appreciated it. I will definitely be back again.

I had to get my nails fixed from a different nail salon I went to and decided to try this place since it had good reviews. I booked a next day appointment with Rosie and she fixed them up for me! The customer service was great and they had good music. I will definitely be going back.

The best place to get your nails or pedicure done in Fresno/Clovis! Friendly, vibes, quality work, and the go to place to go. This is the only place I come for manicure/pedicure! My photos don't do my nails justice, but I absolutely loved them and my experience at Neon. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last. I started with a brow and lip wax before my pedicure and full set. The technician was incredibly attentive, taking her time to ensure I was comfortable after every strip and making sure everything looked even. Then, it was time for my pedicure at my scheduled time with my friend. We enjoyed a refreshing mango juice while we were being serviced. The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the place was truly pleasant. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly my full set nails. I've always had a positive experience at Neon Nails & Spa. Check-in is quick and easy with the kiosk when you arrive, everyone is very friendly, and it's always clean. I really appreciate that they genuinely want to make sure you're happy with your nails. At my most recent visit, I wasn't completely sure about the color I picked and wanted to switch to something very similar. They didn't seem annoyed or make me feel like I was being difficult at all--they just wanted to make sure I was happy with the final result. Today I went in last minute to get my old super long dip nails removed (from another salon) and adding gel simple cleaner look instead. Danna Really took care of me. I just had a baby 3 days ago and my long nails were making me so overwhelmed when it came to diaper changing and feeding the baby, but Danna fixed me up so nice and made it such a relaxing experience!! I This is officially my new favorite salon and they helped me out when I needed it the most. After being turned away and dismissed by other salons, I finally found Neon Nails and they delivered! I asked for an ombré on natural nails (no gel, no shellac), and they actually listened. They used an airbrush gun, and while it cost a little extra, it came out beautifully !! exactly what I wanted. The staff was professional, patient, and made sure I left happy. I appreciate when a salon takes the time to understand exactly what a client is asking for and follows through. I'll definitely be back! read more

I came in for a Gel-X fill and was really disappointed with the quality of the service. After filing my nails, the technician never brushed or cleaned the nail dust off before applying the gel polish. As a result, there is visible grit and debris trapped underneath the polish on multiple nails, leaving them looking rough instead of smooth. When I brought this up to the front desk lady, I was told that it was "normal" and that "every nail tech is different." While I understand that techniques may vary, basic nail prep--like removing filing dust before applying polish--should be standard. Being told this was normal instead of having my concerns addressed was frustrating. I expected better quality and customer service, especially for a professional Gel-X fill. Unfortunately, I left with nails that look poorly finished and didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Based on this experience, I wouldn't return. read more

I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

If you want a place to relax and have a BEAUTIFUL experience, with some nice champagne and a tasty mimosa. This is the PLACE. These ladies and gentlemen are always doing their 110% to make sure their clients are happy and over the moon with their services. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this is the only place I plan on going as long as I'm here in the valley. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful, everyone is friendly and everyone has a smile on their face. I appreciate the staff doing their best to be flexible with me changing my mind last minute about an add on classic neon pedicure. Everyone was working extra hard with Christmas around the corner!! The scent I picked was pomegranate. They have a bunch of scents to choose from, from something subtle to something strong. Just let them know what you like and they'll take care of you! This is my third time coming here, and I can honestly say I'll keep coming back! The first time I came, they gave me some cuticle oil for being my first time, and I absolutely loved it. I used it every day! One of the biggest reasons I keep returning is that they're open on Sundays, which is so convenient, but I came on a Saturday and Wendy absolutely killed it with my Cat Eye nails for thee summer....such a beautiful look! and Melinda did an amazing job on my pedicure. The service here was terrible i asked for a just a standard one color fill which is priced at 45$ and when i went to check out they were charging 51$ for shaping that i didnt ask for, i just got the same fill and then when i asked why he didn't tell me they charge extra he yelled to the whole salon that no one else here asks about their up charges and that is this my first time getting nails done. I said it not about the money it's about being transparent you are going to charge more when i didn't ask for a new or different shape. The partner even got up, picked up the menu and tried to direct me to get the Deluxe. I said "No, I'd like the Luxury one". Minutes after the awkward silence, I requested to down grade to the cheapest pedicure because I couldn't stand her touching me any longer and I refuse to pay over $90 to be treated like crap. And honestly if I wasn't with my coworkers I would have walked out (after knocking over all the nail polishes). I would NOT recommend this place or revisit.
