Healthy Nails and Spa gives the best quality of service I've ever been to and I have been to a lot of nail salons in Fresno. I feel so blessed that I found this salon! I had Kelly my first time coming here and she made my experience so welcoming and she does such a great job every single time. She is the absolute best ! She is so talented. On top of everything she really works with my schedule and will get me in even if it's on short notice. She is dependable and so is her work. I highly recommend seeing Kelly. She fixed my nails from them not being done right at other places. She gives me a more natural look and I am loving the style, length, and shape to them On top of everything she is super nice and easy to talk to. She just makes me feel comfortable.

The only reason why this salon is getting high 5 stars because the owner is having customers complete a review on yelp. However, I will not be returning to this salon. The person who did my nails was the lady who picked up all the phone calls. She definitely over charged me with just gel on my natural nails at $60, + $8 for cutting cuticles, +$20 for design. That was $88 for something so simple. I was disappointed how hard she filed my nails, I told it hurt and two nails were uneven. I told her but she would not fix it. I will only return to people who I know. read more

I went again because I was really happy with the gel x and the result of the inspo picture I showed them. I liked that they listened to what I suggested and requested. The set that I uploaded a video I paid $68, this included taking off the gel x , using a product to make my nails stir get and a design. They used my natural nail and gel nail polish. It hasn't been a week yet and they chipped by day 2. Small lifting and full lifting by day 4. I expected more for the price and the adding something to make the nail stronger. Unfortunately not the case. They do have a lot of options though and they create a nice relaxing place by playing music and given you water. I just would rather either more affordable priced and gel nails that actually last. read more

I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. Got a men manicure from kelly today she made me feel comfortable i told her i had bad experience before other people never clean my cuticle well but she took her time cleaned up my nail went over it again i had alot of cuticle and skin peeling and she made it look brand new thanks kelly will be my go to place now *very clean environment implements bagged and sanitze and customer service was very awesome read more

The pedicure was nice, I was not impressed with the manicure. In fact, I had to do it over within two days. I was very specific that I wanted the cuticles pushed back and removed, but I ended up having to do that at home. I didn't like the way he put on the polish either, it was thicker in some spots than others and it didn't look very good. He also didn't file my nails very smoothly. read more

My husband and I have had the best experience here! Neida did my nails and she was so gentle and sweet! I will continue to get my nails done with her. My husband also had a wonderful manicure and we both wanted to come on yelp and just say thank you! It's so hard to find a nice neat and clean nail salon in Fresno but this gem is it! Awesome place came in after 5pm and they close at 5pm and they still took me in great place relaxing with great music got my fullset done by Katie and it looks amazing got my pedicure done and the gentlemen was good give great massage love how they listen to what i wanted will be my go to place :) thanks for staying late guys read more
