This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. They take their time, pay attention to every little detail, and never make you feel rushed. The quality of their work is amazing, the salon is clean and relaxing, and their prices are more than fair for the outstanding service you receive. It's hard to find a place with such talented people, excellent customer service, and great prices all in one. Updating my review from over 4 years ago. I don't go as often as I did but when in need of a much needed self care this is definitely my go to since I was introduced to this place by a good friend back in 2016. Paid a visit today (President's Day) just before 10am. I was greeted per usual but it wasn't Danny who was there. There were no customers, Thankfully, so I got helped right away. I was just needing a pedi with regular polish. Nancy was my pedicurist. She was really nice and she did a beautiful job. I was also told that they were under new management hence Danny wasn't at the front. I was given a small bottle of water, thought that was a nice gesture. The tables and equipments are the same, they modified a few small things such as set up but overall it was the same from the last time I was here around September. They still have package deals for mani/ pedi's and they now have rewards points when you check in for each visits. I've been seeing them pre/mid/post covid and just like any small business there were so busy and had so many great workers and since the pandemic they had downsized tremendously. I'm wishing they continue to stay open and thrive. Still clean, great customer service and will still be my go to place regardless of the new management. They do accept other forms of payment instead of the previous cash only. read more

My husband and I have been here twice in the past few months. We love to get pedicures and I've been coming here for years. The two most recent times we've gone we get helped very quickly, it's always clean, and very pleasant. The reason for the 3 stars is we've left slightly injured the past two visits. They've been digging so deeply on the sides of our toes we literally have to wear band aids. Neither myself or my husband have issues with ingrown toe nails and we keep our feet nice. I didn't say anything the first time because maybe it was an accident but this time his toe nails look horrible and the big toe is swollen and almost purple with the red meat showing around the nail sides. At this point if the antibiotic ointment doesn't improve it soon this will an extra expensive pedicure as we will have to add a doctor visit to get the overall cost. I'm hoping this reaches the right person and they take the feedback and try to be more careful. Sadly this will be our last visit here as my husband I both want to enjoy our pedicures with zero pain during and after the service. read more

This business has been under new management for about a year now. It is a family owned business and they're very friendly and sweet. The service we experienced today was beyond exceptional. We walked in for three pedicures and they were able to accommodate us all. They were very welcoming and attentive to what we wanted and even provided us with water! Their oldest son does amazing nail designs so if you're ever in need of a new set of nails, I recommend coming here. Came here without an appointment, said I wanted to get glitter ombré. The manager told me to wait a moment until the manicurist arrived. He was nice. The salon is very nice and clean. It says at the table cash only, but they do a 2% charge for visa if you don't carry cash. It is pricey. I felt a little taken advantage of. I was told the ombré is more expensive. Also because I wanted glitter. The salon is clean and safe. Good music playing. The worker kept trying to put acrylic nails on me. I told her multiple times I didn't want that. Natural. She did try to get what I wanted right. The glitter ombré. It was just extra. The glitter gold she chose was good. She wanted to make me happy so she did a sample and asked if I wanted it like that. The first sample I told her no. I wanted the glitter on the opposite side. She did it again and luckily, it was what I wanted. Appreciated the effort. She ended up doing my right hand differently than my left. I think she was new to doing the ombré. She asked which hand I liked better and I definitely liked the right hand better. It had more glitter so she made it look like my left hand adding glitter. Then she did it and asked if it was okay and it looked awful. I told her I wanted it just like the right side and that didn't look like it all. I don't want you to think I was rude. I wasn't. I just wanted it to all look alike. She worked on it more. I didn't like it and she asked again. I told her no and she worked on it even more. Dissatisfied on my end and she was mad I said I didn't like it. I like to help, but all of what I'm going through to get what I want and the price is too much! =( my problem, after getting all excited about it she started doing it again the way I didn't want it and got riled up and upset yelling in her language that I said something. Didn't speak English so that was an issue too. Makes sense why I was the only one in there. I finally got ombré! Sarcastically! Definitely happy with them. Just a lot. Good service from the manager and awful service from the worker doing my nails given the language barrier. Luckily, I like my ombré glitter nails! Just not worth everything I went through to get them. I was there WAY too long too! I chatted to the newer manager Calvin after and he was kind. Just made it clear to him that the customer service is important and the worker can't get that way when I wasn't trying to be mean or rude. Just wanted the glitter ombré done right. Tracy is the best nail tech I've ever had. I've been getting my nails done over 30 years. That says so much! Back in my day, they didn't have the pre sized (THIN) nail tips. You only had one chose. Since then I have had my nails done a lot of times since the evolution of other options for pre cut nail tips. And no other nail tech had given me the thin nail look. Which was always my dream. I have fat stubby fingers and small and wide "man hands" lmao (Seinfeld reference.) Too much powder, not enough filing and wider pre sized nail tip has always made my fingers look shorter and fatter. I told Tracey I wanted the thinnest look and she delivered! I almost jumped in the air but I'm too old , and didn't want want to break my back lol. And her nail design, with the brownish ombré is now my favorite design. I have a nail fungus on one of my big toes, but you would never know! Amazing job to the gentleman who filed them down as well as the young lady who polished them so beautifully. I've showed hair stylist and nail tech's pictures of what I wanted, and rarely do they deliver. I'm sitting here looking at my nails and toes 17 days later and they are both still like new. No lifting, no color fade. I'm so impressed, I use a lot of oils on my hair, wash my hands constantly, use sanitizer and wash dishes and I don't wear gloves. In my opinion she uses the best quality polishes etc. or the nail polish would have faded by now. Not to mention, I am the complete opposite of danty, in fact I'm very heavy handed, and none of my nails have broke. She's kind, attentive and has the greatest energy. She takes her time because she truly cares about her clients leaving the salon happy. Danny is also super friendly and funny, and very entertaining. Ty to the entire staff of Nice Nails. Been going here 2x a month for 6-7 yrs. LAN rocks the pedi like nobody else & Tracy is the best, (but you'll never get her as a walk-in), BUUUTTTTTT, Totally different place when owners aren't around: the phone just rings & rings cause nobody picks it up, there's some dumb "rule" that no nail painting can take place when owners aren't in (wth?!), never a hello when you walk in, no explanation why they take someone before you who had no appointment (I'm sure there's a reason, just share it with me so I don't have to feel like I'm a whiny customer). What I do not like most is there's never any TV or music for ambiance even when I hear a customer suggest music. Danny (owner) is always helpful. There's nothing worse than hearing a person getting a discount next to you for being a long time customer & my 6-7 years don't count for a discount. one time my appointment literally consisted of owners daughter doing my nails while her friend came in and sat right next to me & they carried on a convo right in my ear while she ate Taco Bell -- it was the worst non-relaxing experience of my life. She was so distracted and my nails started falling off that week when they normally lasted several weeks. That's when I started going somewhere else. read more

I tried out Nice Nails for the first time because my last pedicurist moved. I got regular polish on my toes and a gel manicure. I could tell there was effort put into the service, but I wouldn't return for another pedicure. They used a metal grater on my foot - never had that before and never want it again. My feet have since been super sensitive. He also forgot a top coat that was added by the manicurist when she was done with my manicure and noticed. They gave me some pedicure shoes to walk out in which was nice so I didn't have to keep waiting for them to dry. I liked the way my manicure came out. Congratulations to the new owner! read more

I rate it a two because it was my first time EVER getting a pedicure and it wasn't such a great experience as I expected. First of, I was a bit nervous because it was my first time. Instead of the ladies making me feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable, I felt awkward. My toes were supposed to be black and gold but the girl doing my nails just put on gold glitter. Since she didn't understand English, one of her coworkers translated but when she asked me about the color she looked irritated. I just didn't want the one doing my nails to do them all over. I had an excellent customer service experience, and my nail technician Alina was excellent at her job, and I came at 6:30 PM, literally 30 minutes before closing time. I have been coming here for a few years now and the service and salon have been quickly declining. There are a couple good nail techs here, but the others... Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and was seated immediately. The chair was dirty and the armrest was covered in someone else's food and nail dust. I couldn't even put my purse down. It took 15 minutes before I could flag anyone down (it was dead but the owner kept talking on the phone about real estate sales or standing outside talking with another man). When I finally was able to ask for a rag or something to clean the area with, the owner wet a paper towel and rubbed everything everywhere (even on me). I had to ask for another towel to wipe the area. The foot baths were dirty and I did not see them clean the baths in between guests. I waited a total of 40 minutes at a foot bath when they could have told me there would be a wait (so I could go get something from Starbucks or something). The nail tech was rude and yanked my feet back and forth or slapped my leg instead of asking me to move them where she wanted them to be. The nail tech used a used nail file and buffer on me. When I pulled my foot back after she clipped my cuticle, she asked if it "tickled." I told her, "no. It hurt." She ignored me. When the nail tech was done, I told her my gel wasn't dry and looked dull. She sprayed my nail with alcohol and said, "ok. $43 dollars." I woke up this morning and my nails are still a skittle sticky. I won't go back again. It was gross, dirty, tech and owner were rude, and the quality was poor. Also- they played an instrumental version of Away in the Manger. In March. So weird. read more
