The staff was super friendly. They have 10 pedicure stations and I think 12 manicure stations. The price is super good. I had the spa treatment, but they didn't know lotion, my feet or use the sugar scrub as described in the description. The gentleman was super gentle . the vibe was good , not loud and not aloud of employee to employee talking. They gave you a discount if you pay cash.
You get what you pay for. They don't take appts, walk in only. Took my mom and it was busy. Luckily, we were able to sit together for the pedicure once people started leaving. I'm translating for my mom and felt so rushed the whole time. Manicure time - the ladies split us up at the table for whatever seats were available. That was lame. I was shouting at my mom if she liked her nails and she didn't and I told her to speak up for herself. My lady didn't not stop with my mani to allow me to check on my mom. With mom's limited English, she spoke up about not liking her nails and chose a better suited color for her manicure. Good job, mom! The whole time I was stressed about my mom's experience, I didn't focus on mine. We left and my mani nails were all thick and not smooth. It was thicker at the tip of my nails. The lady also cut too much skin that I was bleeding from my ring finger and thumb. I had to stop her. Prob the worst mani I've ever gotten. It lasted a week maybe. I probably won't return.
They did exactly what my nieces asked for! Thank you Billy and Susan. They want to come back again.
Lady cut me and I told her to "stop" and she said, "it's okay" don't go to these people. I was still nice enough to tip her $20 but the next day the wound open again and bled again. This signifies, that I could have gotten an infection. Again, don't even bother going to these people if you want your nails all bleeding for 2 days.
Amazing! Did an awesome job taking care of me and her other guest! Despite what you read on reviews they finish everything in a timely matter! Tule handled business gracefully!
I love coming here don't think twice just come here you will be taking care of every single one does a good job they are very very nice very sweet they take there time very welcoming I've been here and every single person that came in was greeted I love the atmosphere here it's my second time coming and yes they didn't disappoint I will be coming back my nails came out excellent and exactly how I wanted very family friendly
Can't complain. This place said they have been open for 11 months (pronounced Too-Lee) and so far everything looked clean, the reclining massage chairs were fairly new, the staff friendly and attentive. Halfway through my pedicure, a crowd filled in and they accommodated everyone. The crowd that came in was very friendly and repeat customers who were very positive with their experience. The nail techs did a great job. They use a salt scrub to really give you that clean feeling. They wore gloves most of the time (hence the four stars) but they did change out the towels frequently. Overall a good experience. I will likely come again since it's close, convenient, and open until 7:30pm
I am beyond livid. This is the second time it has happened to me where I have shown a picture and NOT gotten what I wanted. They just LIE and say they can do it. I understand no nail tech can duplicate an exact design however this time I have gotten something completely opposite. I wanted a white based cat eye. I believe the lady had chosen the darker shade with the green tone. I had specifically asked her if it was too difficult when showing the pic then I will only do the cat eye with the Charmed bow. I specifically said do u guys have the bow charmed and she said yes. Once all done and painted i did not know she was going to draw a white bow on me. So i was like ok just freaking do a white tip on the other nail so it doesnt loook so tacky. Gel on cuticle once dried. Anyway $90 later. I got french pedicure and the nails are the most tacky nails ever. I will not frequent this salon anymore
I just walked in at 1 pm and was immediately taken care of. The woman that took me did an amazing job with my nails. I had old Dip nails and she immediately got to work on taking off the old and putting on new Dip. She was so kind, friendly and just a happy person. Love my experience. It was fast and well done. Thank you! I will be back to get a pedi! Thank you!
My second time here. Walked in without an appointment. Recently got a full set gel mani pedi and paid 110 for it. Also tipped my manicurist. The service was fast but I felt like she rushed so she could take on more clients. I had inspired pictures but she didn't really understand English. She didn't understand what I was telling her. I don't think my full set was worth $75. I sat in chair 3 but the two girls in chair one and two does really good nails. I would definitely recommend and will be going back. My first set was with the girl in chair two with the help of the owner (assuming chair one) and it came out super cute! First set is the blue ombré and the second set is the pink. My first set was cheaper. They do have really good customer service.
I've been coming to Tule nails for about 6 months, and I really like how they do my nails. They're nice, and so far, they've been able to do every request I've had. Most importantly, they're affordable. Pedi w/ gel is $35, fills are $20 (or $30 w/ gel), art or chrome is an additional fee, but not bad. I would give 5 stars, but my only complaint is the inconsistency between nail techs-- some are much better than others, but I seem to always have different technicians. Tule and the youngest tech (don't remember her name! ) are the best. If you're in Sunnyside it's worth giving them a try. I've been to a few other salons in the area, but Tule nails does a better job for sure.

Had a great experience last time so I wanted to come back to support and I brought cash since I know they prefer that. Anyways, I made the appt and arrived ten mins early. They sat me and I waited no more than 5 mins. So far so good. The lady seemed friendly as she greeted me After that it went downhill. She was so rough and rushed through my pedi. At no point was it enjoyable. She didn't check in on me to make sure I was comfortable and when she ripped the skin on my toe she didn't even apologize. I only tipped half of what I normally tip and to me, that's being generous. Not sure if I'll come back because I've never had a pedi that horrible before. To be clear, Owner is so sweet and I have nothing against her and there are other people that do a good job here. read more

This is my second time coming here the first time was horrible the lady which is the main lady she did my toes I had acrylic toenails on already she would not soak them she just ripped them off my toes causing my real toenail to rip off and bleed then she told me this will take the pain away did she put glue on top of it and sticks a whole new nail on it The second time which was about three days ago there's a man that works there I would not have him do your toes he is very rough he kept digging his fingernail in the side of my toe causing it to bleed and the pedicure he gave me was very bad and it took about two hours for shit I'm definitely not coming back read more

I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here and she burned my lips and my eyelids so bad, I have a second degree burn on my upper lip. I had to go to the doctor for and get this documented. The lady who did it has done it before and it was great but this time the wax was way too hot and she still applied it to my skin and ripped my skin off. read more
