At that time, there were two customers ahead of me. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, another customer entered the establishment and requested a pedicure. The gentleman escorted the two customers who had arrived before me to receive their services. However, instead of assisting me next, he escorted the customer who had arrived after me to a seat for her pedicure. I remained seated and was overlooked despite having arrived before the other customer. Due to this experience, I felt that I had been unfairly passed over and left the establishment without receiving the service I had requested. I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received and hope management will address this concern to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

I have a 10-year-old son with autism, and cutting his fingernails and toenails at home has always been an absolute nightmare for him. One day, he came with me and his little sister while we were getting our nails done, and the sweetest woman here offered to cut his toenails for me. Ever since that day, she is the only person he will allow to cut his fingernails or toenails. Some appointments are good days, and some are harder, but no matter what kind of day he's having, she is endlessly patient with him. She works at his pace, makes him feel comfortable, and does whatever she can to make the experience positive for him. Today was especially emotional for me. He was having a really hard time, and instead of anyone becoming frustrated or making us feel like we were an inconvenience, the entire salon rallied around him. They brought him toys, played games with him, distracted him, encouraged him, and worked together to help him feel safe and get through his appointment. As an autism mom, it's hard to put into words how much moments like this mean. Having a place where my son is met with patience, kindness, understanding, and absolutely no judgment is something I will never take for granted. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who works here, and especially to the wonderful woman who takes care of his nails. Something that may seem like such a small act to someone else has made a huge difference in our lives. Thank you for making my son feel welcome, safe, and cared for.

Then it's $5 extra if u want french tip. I went with that. So it was $40 but I gave her a $10 tip. So $50 altogether.. She was patient with me cus I was kinda picky on the right base coat for my French tips. I wanted a particular pink.. I got what I wanted and the French tips came out cute. I did have to ask her to cut my big toe nail down a little more on one corner cus it was kinda not shaped right but easy fix. And also I wished she had cut my cuticles down some so she can be able to paint the whole toe and not give it that appearance of it growing out so fast.. another thing I noticed was she didn't get the bottom inner corner of my big toe painted all the way.. it's not too noticeable. But I noticed it, not sure about anybody else. You can tell this place is a hit or miss depending on who you get unless you know somebody or got a certain nail tech that's your fave. She actually had the audacity to blame my finger for being crooked.. I have been in the beauty industry 20+ years., I have my nails done regularly for the last 20 years, my nail bed is not crooked. My finger is not crooked. Instead of fixing it, she decided to yell at me and say that it was my finger and not her fault and she couldn't fix it. Instead of continuing the argument, I asked for someone else to take over because I could not deal with the attitude or lying that my nail and finger are crooked.. another nice nail tech named Venus actually fixed it and took over. I would avoid this place because no one deserves to be yelled at or blamed for the mistake of the technician. Venus repeatedly apologized for the other girls mistake. The technician works on station six and seven.. they said her name was Linda, but I doubt it. I probably will not be returning to this place and decided not to get other services done for me and my daughters even though we live just a mile away.. I should've taken notice of the three star reviews left on Yelp. In this industry, it's not OK to blame customers or think that you could yell at them just because you don't wanna fix a mistake YOU made.
