I am so glad I waited a few weeks to write this review as my liking of this place changed overtime. I came with my sister and beautiful niece on 08/03/2019. My sister, niece and I were seated immediately. I believe I had the lead worker or manager. He informed me my nails are fillable which honestly I believe he just didn't want to take off the old nails but anyways he to town. This was honestly the FASTEST stiletto fill I ever had in my life. We were done in about 20 minutes and they brought me over to do my toes. The colors were so pretty I loved them initially. My sister sat next to me and we had our own little girls day with her daughter. Eventually my niece started playing with the owners son. It was so cute as they were making each other laugh so hard!!' So adorable!!! The dudes working on my sister and I feet were very kind and friendly. We all talked and had a good time. My boyfriend came in to pay for the nails and toes and we all left happy campers! I told my sister the fastest fill ever my nails may break and sure nuff my nails broke three days later. I called to see when they can get me in but they were full and plus I work in Madera so I probably would not have made it on time anyways as they close at 6pm or 7pm. So I came in on Saturday and he instantly fixed my broken nails free of charge. Two days later more nails break and I'm livid. Mind you I am not smashing my hands on anything or doing intensive back breaking work to which my nails would break it's like my nails would break just picking up a purse or opening a wallet -_- So I called the next day they said they were full and come tomorrow. I call again they same come in 5 hour because they are full. The next day I walk in and the dude was SO rude same dude who did my nails and fix them. When I walked in I said my cheerful "Hi" he straight up ignored me. I then asked how long is the wait to fix 4 nails that broke...he did answer at all. So I'm like excuse me sir and responds "sorry we busy" I'm like well how long is the wait to fix the nails. He doesn't say anything and continue to work on customer nail. Staff is looking at him like respond so he finally does and says "long long time like 3 hours sorry" and so I left and never coming back. Go to VIP nails in Clovis it's in the Burlingtons and Ross plaza with the dollar tree. They treat you like GOLD. I will never return here. I'm sticking to VIP. You may have a better experience but I didn't. Waste of time and money! read more

I just wanna be honest don't waste your time and your money going to this place. This was my first time being there and it's gonna be my last time and I just went because of the 4.2 stars reviews thinking that it will be a good place. It seems that these people don't care to do a good job they just care about the money, so sad. I was telling the guy that I went to other places and they did a horrible job and he ended doing the same thing. It feels that I just threw $55 to the garbage. read more

I came in to have one nail that was lifting fixed and they said they could do a fill. It was done extremely rushed, my cuticles were butchered, and the nail polish was not nice . My nails were not all almond shape anymore, some were round and others pointy and all skewed to the right. They were extremely thick and lumpy. I removed the polish at home and then I had to get them removed at another salon. When i was done they were jumping from pedicures to manicures without washing their hands. I haven't seen such an unsanitary nail salon like this. Be careful I wouldn't want anyone getting an infection. read more

I have been there several time and the lady that works there does my nails constantly crap, she cakes on the gel, she does not ask you to wash your hands before putting the gel nail polish on my nails and now I have clumps and bumps, when told she simply said it was the polish, she constantly gets the clear and base in the Creases of your nails and does not bother to clean it up,she leaves polish on your skin and does not take all the dry skin off the cuticles. She hurries through each and every client! For her it seems quantity over quality. However, the men that work there are pretty good and there prices are fair. read more

I got my acrylic nails removed plus got a gen nail. Firstly, why are most of these nail salons I go to dirty? Like dust on everything. And there's always people standing around talking doing nothing. Why don't they ever have a clean area? Second, I asked her to cut my nails as short as possible she didn't didn't look at them to make sure they were even when she filed em down I had to ask her to cut my own nails because she couldn't cut them as short/even as I wanted.They did seem like nice people though, just need to care about their business a little more. read more

Beware! First this place is not clean at all. I came here because my regular wax lady no longer works at my usual place. What a mistake! The women who did my eye brows left 3 time in the middle of my wax. She used wax that was way too hot now I have burn blisters on my face and she waxed off most my eyebrows and I look like a chola with pencil eye brows. Oh and my skin Under my eye brows is bleeding. Came in for a gel mani and pedi. Ended up going with the deluxe pedi ($35) and I was very pleased with it. You get about an hour of work done. Massages, scrubbing (they could focus on this a little more, the wax thingy, and the cuticle clean up. The manicure was ehhh the young lady made me bleed on 3 of my 10 nails. But the finished product is pretty. The workers were quite not a bunch of talking like other places. Paid $55 (not including tip) All in all I would go back for pedicures. Might have to ask for a different person for the mani tho. read more

Waste of money. Actually my nails looked better before I went in for a manicure. Water cold, guy was rough scraping my nails and kept missing and jabbing into my finger. But didn't clean underneath. 10 second hand massage with lotion. I have to actually give myself a proper mani and file my nails straight when I get home. read more

First time going here, and I loved it! There was a guy who had tattoos on his arms that did my pedicure and he did a FANTASTIC job! At first I was concerned because it seemed like he was doing everything pretty quick so I was scared it wasn't going to turn out nice but I was wrong!! I guess he is just that good, one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time! I paid $30 for a gel pedi and it included a hot towel with the warm wax so it was well worth it!! I go to Bob for my nails, he's the best I have ever seen in Clovis. He's the young man referenced in other reviews with all the tattoos. Never had a nail break, fall off, or chip since going to him. In and out in 45 minutes. A fill is only $25, about $10 less than other places I have gone to. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I've been going to this place for years and always recommend it. Super reasonable priced. Not expensive. They accept walk-ins and do appointments. However, they don't do nail art/designs, so I usually tell people they're good for your basic sets. Such as solid colors, glitter, and ombre. But you can always show them a picture of something and they will honestly let you know if they can do it for you. I'd say go to Bob or Kathy for nails :) read more

She not only makes them look nice when you leave the shop, but they actually last and will stay looking nice 2-3 weeks later. Went in today for a full set white tips. The older man Michael was extremely rough and very VERY rude. At one point he laughed at me when I showed concern about my nails being badly shaped. Noticed now, there's a few other reviews about the older man being too rough. Maybe they should consider what they're doing having someone like that working there. read more

I was over charged for my fill that is now 2 days later fully coming off with gel polish! I paid for me and my friend and the guy was rude the entire time not to mention the fact that I was over charged. Fills start at 18 plus my gel.... why was I charged 40 dollars but I didn't want to argue. I asked him why it was so much and he seemed irritated so I paid and left but pretending to not speak English after I've heard you multiple times speak is not okay.
