This place was my first and last time going. I went in yesterday with my mom and got pedicures the lady who did mine yanked out my nails saying they were ingrown. And I told her no they weren't I've had an ingrown and got it surgically done so I know how an ingrown feels and looks plus I'm licensed to know that also. Always had a good experience here, came twice for pedicures. First visit was for a girls day with my friends, and second visit was for some mom-and-daughter time with my mom! I usually get the deluxe pedicure with gel polish because I like the clean look it gives for my feet. I've always left happy and satisfied! Definitely my go-to place for pedis. read more

Love coming here been coming for years for my pedicures decent pricing and always quick and accommodating. Only giving 4 stars because last time I went in I requested white gel on my toes and the tech kept telling me white was not a good option and pushing other colors on me. When I kept telling them I wanted white, they started telling me that white gets dirty too easy and that it would not look good after a few days. Been getting white gel for years as well and have never had a problem! Otherwise the tech was very nice and conversational and even gave me some wine during my service. read more

Stumbled upon this nail place for a pedicure several months ago and decided to give them another try because I really liked the vibe they had going on. The pedicure techs so respectful and show you acknowledgment when you come in and ask how they can help you. I really felt the atmosphere here was a lot different than other places I had went. They pay careful and close attention to detail wide well doing pedicures and they are very kind. I'm very big on customer service because there are many places to spend money but not everyplace will appreciate the money that you spend. I have been a consumer of nail salons since I was in the eighth grade and I'm well over 30 at this point so I really care about how I am treated him while allowing someone to perform such a beautiful art. My cousin took me to Forum Nails to get my bday nails done. The employees were friendly and laid back. They even offered us water/wine. Molly did mine (pink and white ombré) and she did a nice job and she was quick (but didn't rush). I was in need of a pedicure and was trying to find somewhere close to my house. I walked in and was greeted right away. The place is actually pretty big inside. There are lots of pedicure chairs and nail stations. I noticed a sign that stated something about alcohol being served there. I was seated and a man gave me a stack of nail colors to pick from. He offered me a glass of wine or water. I went with the wine ;) he brought me a small water as well. He was friendly and made small talk with me while he worked. They have different pedicure options to choose from based on what you want and what price you want to pay. I went with the $30 option and it was $10 extra to add gel. The gentleman doing it was gentle and took his time. I'll be back to get my finger nails next time. read more

Not very happy with my nails. I was seated right away waited for like 10 minuets for the guy to come in from smoking (I'm pregnant) so the smell alone is revolting but to each there own. I came in with ZERO polish on my nails but somehow there pink in my French set. The nails are not shaped nicely and are lifting on the sides. There's bubbles and my nails are gel ! So how if there not normal polish. Oh and since then my cuticle are is dry no matter how much oil and lotion i put on. I honestly feel like i waisted 30$ UPDATE; almost a week later and I still hate my nails I can't stand the sight of them. They are lifting on the sides and still full of bubbles at this point the more I look at them the more annoyed I get that I waisted money for mediocre nails ! read more

First off this establishment is so dirty there was a roach floating in my pedicure water. the pedicure pipes have a nasty Odor coming from them , The pedicure package I selected came with hot wax . when the lady was done with my pedicure I seen her throw everything away besides the used wax , she put it in a back room!! Which leave me to believe they are re using it. What was most shocking is the young man that did my pedicure was "vaping" while doing my pedicure!!! and the owner "jimmy" I believe that's his name did nothing about the situation!! this used to be my favorite place I will not be returning. read more

Well, my experience here was crap. My review isn't necessarily about the establishment as a whole...although I do think there should be a standard across the board...my review is regarding the woman who did my pedicure. I pay money for a service and I expect to get the full service. The one thing that I have yet to find is a nail spa that does a standard pedicure massage. I know some hands are better than others but there should be a bare minimum standard, at least. I don't care what service or pedicure package I paid for, if it's says "foot massage" then I expect a foot massage. If that means it's 5 minutes then so be it...but I'm paying for a foot massage. NOT for you to rub some lotion on me and glide two whole tigers up and down my shin once and then call it day. That's exactly what this women did and when I asked about it she had the audacity to tell me that I should have got the $35 dollar pedicure and that that package has a massage, the $25 dollar package just requires them to put some lotion on your legs. Well, that's a fkn lie. See picture below..it clearly says "foot massage". Definitely won't be coming back...or if I do...she will never do my procure again. read more

Family business with great service. I loved my nails, and the person who did them did exactly what I asked. There was no pushing to to do this or that, no pushing to add this or that for an extra $5. Everyone was very kind, polite, enjoyed conversation, and offered water. Prices are very reasonable so that's another plus for someone on a budget. Definitely going back again. Also, my nails stayed on for longer than a month. the quality of nails were spectacular. read more

This place might be hit or miss. My friends nails weren't as bad as mine. Out of all the people who work there I feel like I got stuck with the only none asain nail tech. I clearly was tired and didn't want to talk so when I stopped replying she just started telling me her life story. She was so busy talking she didn't ask me what size or shape. I constantly had to correct her and even then I hated my nails. I didn't even want to bother anymore I just went to a different salon and had them remove them and started over. The man who did my toes was the worst . He buffed off the polish on my toes then didn't rinse my foot he just started to put cuticle softener straight onto the polish he just buffed off and proceeded to push all that gunk and dirt into my cuticles instead of rinsing it off first . Had a wonderful pedicure experience with Kim ! She spent time doing my exfoliating massage and the smell of the scrub and lotion was heavenly! Also the complementary wine was a lovely addition! 100% would come back again. Also Stephany did my manicure and did a lovely job made sure do be detailed my only advice would be a stronger hand during the massage for both parts instead of a borderline petting of the arm& leg. But they did a wonderful job and I highly recommend! read more

From the outside it looks small but when you walk in, it's actually very spacious and tidy.They greet you once you walk in. I only had to wait for 5 min. They offer you wine or water for beverage which is really nice. Tom was amazing, he was really gentle and accurate with his work. Definitely recommend him. P.S. My sisters and I have been coming here for a few years now. Their work has always been mediocre but some how we keep coming back. I usually get their gel manicure but I decided to get acrylics this time around. I wanted stiletto nails but I think there was some miscommunication going on and it did not turn out to be stiletto at all such a disappointment but they came out pretty good though on the positive but the dude basically sawed off my cuticle which hurt and now looks like I need a fill already and I just got them done. I definitely need to find a new nail place. This place is going down hill. Another issue is that when we came in my sister and I we were seated promptly (good) and being serviced....then a flood of their workers came over like 6 in total were just standing around us and talking in their language...I don't mind them talking in their language but do they ALL have to hover around us like we are prey makes us very uncomfortable. I'm glad other customers came in and the flock left and tended to them. UPDATE: 12/18/16 I came here with my sister to get a fill of my nails and the people here accused me of being a liar because they ran out of the color they needed a fill on. They told my sister and I that we never came there because we requested to sit together and they told us "no that impossible" my sister and I were like that is very possible because we came here 3 weeks ago to get our nails done and you guys were fine with us sitting together. The guy accused me of being sly and lying to get free nails. Then after I told them they are being very disrespectful I don't want their services they began to changed their talk. I straight up told the guy that this place has gone downhill since Tammy the old owner left years ago. The guy was surprised I knew Tammy. I informed this dude that we have been coming for Forum for 10 years and today is our last! Never coming back again. I work hard for my money and this nail establishment doesn't know how to treat customers appropriately. I found a new nail place so I recommend you RUN from this place ASAP. read more

This place is horrible...I had my nails done on Saturday afternoon. My nails look like I need a fill already and the gentleman that painted my nails did a shitty job. I shouldn't have to tell someone how to paint nails. He is after all a nail technician... Went back to get them to redo the nails and the techs all said that my nails grew in 2 days! WTF? They will fix my nails but want to charge me $15, why would I pay more money for a crappy job... THEY DO NOT LISTEN AT ALL.... Well I called ahead of Time before I came in and I was Told that no one was there when I arrived 5 Minutes later it was full I signed in for A manicure pedicure waited about 45 minutes and my pedicure never got started instead a woman did my nails she was very polite but I didn't appreciate the customer service from the other nail techs anyway I arrived at 4pm they close at 7 towards the end of my nails the lady reminded the man that I still need a pedi and he agreed as I'm Getting my finished touches on my nails he came Up to me an said very rudely that there's no one there to do my pedicure and the ones that are getting a pedicure now (and they arrived after Me) are getting a expensive long pedicures And there gonna be ready to go Home after I was very upset because they basically false advertised that I would be receiving a pedicure and I didn't get one he didn't seem to care much to Make it right at all he was just Worried about going home and They also gave me a rushed sloppy job I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone they are rude and only seem to care about themselves and Who's spending more I had A dinner date that night and ended up having to cancel it because I just didn't feel comfortable going out I'm open toed shoes with my toes looking the way they did 0 stars never again read more

I have finally found my go-to nail salon! I've bounced around from place to place for about 2 years now. Going to one place for toes, another for nails (simple gel manicure) and yet another for eyebrows, never truly happy with what I've gotten, until I found Forum! They have a roomy salon. There is always plenty of staff on hand meaning theres hardly any wait time to get in a chair. There is a pretty wide variety of services offered, a VAST selection of polish and gel polish color options. If you have a problem, they make it right, and then some. They also offer you a glass of wine during your visit! Can't beat that! read more

This place has gone down hill. I've been a customer since 2013. I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year due to covid. I was excited to come back but I had the worst experience. My tech was super aggressive with me, cut me multiple times, filed my nails down way too much, and did a terrible application. I got my mani just three days ago and already have two broken nails because of how paper thin they were left. Not only was my tech extremely rude but he also forcefully shoved my hands in the nail dryer and held them down, I had to yank my hands from his multiple times. He and the tech next to him were also engaging in talking about other customers that they hated. It was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Never coming back to this place. read more

Great Nail salon with lots of colors to choose from and prices are cheap. Lyna is my favorite her nails are always on point. Jimmy does good nails too so I recommend her or him. Is there zero stars? I'm a very good customer I tip well, I appreciate everyone who works in the service industry. But when I went in I asked for a fill & coffin shape... not once did the lady who did my nails ask me if I liked the shape. They look nothing like coffin shape, all 10 fingers are actually different shapes. So humiliating having to leave the nail shop like this. I couldn't believe it, I've never been somewhere where the nail tech doesn't make sure you like your nails. I'm paying for them so I should like them right? Anyway, never ever again. I'm a regular customer, but this is my last visit. Went for a full set and I was not satisfied with the work. I kept telling the lady how I wanted my nails done, but she was messing them up still. As explaining, she started yelling at me because her work wasn't what I wanted. At the end, she overcharged me for her mediocre job and I felt humiliated because everyone was staring at us because, when she was yelling, I wanted a decent job I PAID FOR IT. If they think they can treat people like that just because they're the owners, they're wrong. What goes around comes around. read more

Love this place. Been going for years. There is always some variation in the quality of the service depending on what technician you get, but the vast majority of them are very good at what they do. The massage chairs are delightful and if you show up right when they open, you almost always get right into a chair. I always do a manicure and pedicure with just my own nails and regular polish and I'm always happy when I walk out the door. read more

Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. She didn't push my cuticles down... she didn't look at my hands even... she just QUICKLY took the Dremel to the nail beds. It was the case of "we need to get these jobs done in an exact time frame to get as many clients in as possible in a day". But hey- I knew it wasn't going to be some boujee, glamorous situation. I wanted a simple set. So I got my full set, with a cat-eye paint job. I leave, and as I'm looking at my nails outside in the sun, I realize my left index finger nail is crooked. CROOKED-crooked. I paid 75$ ... So I HAD to ask for it to be fixed. It was like the nail was placed at 2 o'clock when it should be at 12. (And none of us ever want to deal with that awkward, uncomfortable situation after getting our nails done, do we?!!) I go in and my nail lady and the receptionist ask what's going on. I show them and they immediately proceed with the classic .... "Ohhhhh nooo, no ...see ... that's not the NAIL - that's your FINGER that's crooked!" Now Don't we ALL know this one? heheh Viral meme ... hilarious And very valid. For our PINKES. But this was my index finger. I said OH NO. That isn't gonna work in this case. I compare my left index to my right to show them that.... Huh? Guess only my left index finger is crooked then, yeah? They say I can just go home and file it. I say NO. After more back and forth, they say they'll file it then. I say - "Why? So I can have one filed, skinny, awkwardly-shaped, crooked nail?? My index finger curves to the LEFT. The nail is curved to the RIGHT. SO. Explain how it's my finger again, PLEASE. I didn't just pay 75$ PLUS a 40$ tip for you to tell me I can fix it by just filing it myself." After this undeniable reasoning, she finally agreed to fix my one nail. I was relieved after so much back and forth with them. (She did make my nail bed bleed with her Dremel in the process or removing the old nail and replacing, however.) ‍‍‍ I tipped her again. Yup. JUST bc I felt like such a douche Karen even having to ask for this, and because I knew this woman was just trying to make a living... ALSO that it would be the last time I ever go there. Shit, maybe it was to relieve my own damn anxiety about the whole "experience". SO I felt after my "experience" and the carelessness I received based of the importance of rushing to get people in and out ON TOP of their pricing and adamant nature to convince the client they helped mere moments ago that they aren't right.... That I needed to write an unabashedly honest review with photos to help others avoid sharing this "experience". DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOU GET A GREAT SET!!!! They are absolutely a drive-through nail spot. Don't expect to get what you're wanting. You are better off finding a true nail artist, waiting for an appointment, and paying 20-40$ more for their passion and expertise. I hope my photos do this long-ass review justice.

Before I even had a chance to sit down, I was asked to show my nail design. I showed a photo of a colorful, detailed set I wanted for my birthday--each nail with a different sardine design. Instead of discussing it or offering options, the nail tech immediately shook her head and said "no, too busy," implying it would take too long. I was willing to wait and pay for the service (and tip), but after sitting there another 20 minutes, the owner herself looked at my design and said it would take too long. She even exaggerated that if she did my nails, they'd be there until 9pm--despite the salon closing at 7 and my appointment being at 5. The owner also asked if I had a simpler backup design I'd be willing to do. I didn't--I came in for a specific birthday set. At that point, I decided to leave. What was supposed to be a fun girls day turned into a frustrating experience, and my sister also chose not to get her service because of how things were handled. I understand being busy, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. If certain designs can't be accommodated, that should be communicated clearly when booking--not after the customer arrives and waits.

I picked the shade 116 and the color is so so much lighter than the sample. This shade is so much more neutral nude than the sample color. Even though the color came out what I was not expecting, it still came out really cute. So i kept it the way it is. Tammy did a great job on my nails. She is a speeder and knows what is she doing. She carefully files, took care of my cuticles, very gentle, and make sure everything came out perfectly. She is a busy lady but can also keep her client entertain too. I love the way how she does my nails. Its not so puffy like a bunch of powder on my nails. It looks so natural and flat like normal nails. She also warns me about the chrome on the tip, that it may chip off easily due. I still go with it. This set is at $75. I love the vibe, the ambiance and their art! Thanks TB Nails.
