I don't text during one of my many visits in the middle of my gel pedicure the lady stoped what she was doing to go eat in there break room. On a different visit the same nail tech stoped in the middle of my pedicure to go outside & get items dropped of from someone. Now today this nail tech (a different lady) cut my toe & couldn't stop the bleeding. Never was there once an apology. & how am I supposed to relax when I see roaches crawling on the floor. Cost: $65 Pros: -Employees are Polite and skilled. -Nice spa chairs with massage which your able to Control as you would like. -Environment is clean and all tools appeared to be cleaned or one time use. -I have had 2 pedicures since new ownership and both have always looks great. -Deluxe pedicure comes with typical pedicures nail upkeep, cooling mask, mud mask, hot towels (states in winter only but I got it today), massage, paraffin, Cons: -Gel cost not included which at this point it should be its so standard. -Cost have increased and while they used to have the best service for cost they have an amazing deluxe service but it doesn't quite meet cost for me anymore however I know several people who still believe its reasonable. -When ownership changed so did staff so some people I have seen for years are no longer here. read more

Oh wow! Worst place ever! My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and he had me get a full set and he asked for a manicure. An hour later, I'm done with my full set and 5 other people have been seated and worked on and my boyfriend is still waiting. He ended up not getting anything done because we had plans after. THE CHERRY ON TOP - the front desk lady took her shoes off, and started doing her toes with my nail techs instruments. Then my nail tech asked her for the clippers, and without sanitizing or even wiping them down she USED THEM ON MY HANDS. I was flabbergasted. Never coming here ever again. I used to love it here but it's gone down the drain. I feel bad to anybody I recommended this place to. My nails are horrible, total waste of $47. UPDATE great news everybody! I reported them to department of consumer affairs, board of cosmetology. Hopefully something comes of it! UPDATE AGAIN! Been coming here forever. Despite the negative reviews, I've never had a truly bad experience. The staff is friendly and the cost is transparent. I was told the cost of my pedicure and manicure before anyone started. I went to a different salon recently and it was AWFUL despite the 700+ positive reviews. My best advice is to give it a chance and see. Overall, I love diva nails. The place was clean, staff was nice. I was asked about the temperature of water for my pedicure and informed of any upgrades. My only con is the gel manicures don't seem to stay. After a day or two my gel chips. I probably won't be getting a manicure here anymore since it's seems to be a pattern but I love the pedicure. That's one thing I miss from old management. The old manager would always mention "come back within 3 days if you have any issues." I went in yesterday and my manicure is already chipping. :( read more

All credit for design goes to me, it was my idea, but he was super nice, helpful, and excellent with putting on my small bows. I don't know if I will be returning to this nail shop, the owner was a bit rude towards the end, he walked up and said that my nail job was worth $55 but he was going to give me a $10 discount because Hanna was not available which was the nail tech I wanted. I know for a fact a fill for just gel color is $35 which is what I have, each bow for two fingers is $5, that puts me at $45, what I paid. Poor customer Service. This woman quotes me $35 fro French manicure in gel polish over the phone so I booked an appointment I go in. And they tell me it's $35 plus $17 for French manicure gel polish. So I said I wanted the cheaper pedicure with just solid color and she starts complaining to her coworkers. In another language but throws in some English. Enough to know she was complaining about me. So when it came time to polish. She asks again if I want a French I said no solid color I give her my number for the color gel. And she says OH MY GOD!!! Seriously. Won't come back here again. **Update**went to a different salon to get these awful nails removed. The nail tech there confirmed that the nails were poorly done and that the nail tech at Divas put me at risk by not cleaning up my hands and nails prior to doing the dip. She said that's how people get fungal infections from salons and it's good I got them removed rather then leaving them on! Can't believe I paid as much as I did for such terrible quality and poor hygienic practices . The old owner was a bit crazy but at least the quality was better. I went in for a deluxe pedi and dip nail manicure. The pedi was fantastic and looks great, but the man who did my dip nails did a terrible job. These should last me at least three weeks and by day 3 the nails on my left hand have completely peeled apart and cracked, forcing me to trim them. His placement of the tips was bad on some nails. The right hand is in better shape but still looks bad. He made the French tip too thick and uneven, and used too much gel polish on the tip so my nails look wavy and uneven. He didn't cure them right or seal the ends so some of the nails started peeling by the next morning. While he was doing my nails I had to ask him to go back in with the drimmel and clean up his work because he didn't shape it well near the nail bed. He had multiple drimmel head shapes to choose from and he chose to use the same onE for all the shaping. didn't clean up my nails or cuticle before starting. They looked decent enough so I didn't say anything. But he did a terrible job and I regret tipping him. Huge waste of money. I didn't even get two good days out of these nails! Also, there is a hygiene issue here as he dipped my nails directly into the powder jar (didn't even clean my nails first). That's unsanitary and a wasted business expense. In a salon, you are supposed to pour out a small amount to work with, not stick the whole finger in the pot! read more

We were leaving early the next morning for our vacation in NY. This is the first time i have had a gel treatment and I was excited! There were two ladies...one for my feet, and one for my hands. They were very nice, very gentle and very polite. All of my nails turned out beautifully!!! Until the next day, when the polish on one of my fingernails lifted. RUDE OWNER........Beware!!!! Been going to this place for over 10 years. Never had a problem until today. Then I find out it's a new owner. I temporarily lived on the other side of town for the last year due to house issues so I had been temporarily going to someone closer to that side of town. But recently returned home and needed new pedi so I went to my favorite place Diva. The new setup don't have customer seating. The cashier (owner?) was rude. She has no customer service skills.. The cashier (owner?) didn't know how to work her own POS system to take my payment. She also didn't allow my 12' year old to sit on the pedi chairs next to me even though there were plenty of empty pedi chairs and no customers. Another kid about 7 years old was standing the whole time while her mom was getting mani. The nail tech did an awesome job but the cashier's (owner?) attitude is a deal breaker. I took my young daughter here for a treat for her good grades and it was a waste of money. They used an acrylic nail file on our natural nails and filed too much on my daughter's and mine are crooked. Our nails are not painted evenly and have hair and dirt or dust from filing in the polish so our nails our rough. I got gel and my daughter wanted just regular polish, after getting asked at least 10 times and told how much better gel is, to the point the one lady stated they will get messed up and it's not our fault, we won't fix it. They had to fix one of her nails but only did one layer of polish, so it looks different than the rest. They also re-used the the foot file. I told the lady when we paid that something is in their paint and she wanted to file off the top layer of my gel and fix it but I tried to explain to her it is in the polish, that won't work and that it is also on my daughters nails. They did not give us anything off our bill. I have included pictures. It was a complete waste, we have to go somewhere else to have our nails fixed. As soon as we got home my daughter slipped off her flip flops, then back on to go to the store and her polish is just rubbing off, I can rub it off with my finger. All in all, horrible paint job, some on skin, not all nail, horrible paint, and horrible service. read more

I was very happy with Diva Nails prior to my experience today. Nail technician cut my cuticle badly with the filing tool. I couldn't even get color over it for fear of infection. They still charged me $22 and wouldn't budge on that price for this mess. I won't be back. EVER. 5/21/21 I received the message from the manager, Kim, and tried calling several times. Went to a voicemail box that was full-shocking. I completely have given up on this place and will warn all of my friends to stay away. My finger is still painful today.
