I've been coming here for at least 3+ years, always nothing but the best service always very polite, sometimes walk in wait times are a bit long since they do have appointments. With that being said today I was highly disappointed, I walked in waited almost about 40 mins to get serviced, I was seated right away on a pedicure chair so I didn't mind since I was getting a massage from the chair. When it finally got to my turn it went by really fast. Can honestly say my whole pedi took like 20 mins! This was a first to me, since I usually pick from their pedicure menu their deluxe service with is about 55$ plus the 10$ for gel, with the hot towels, perafin wax , cooling mask, sugar scrub etc... Today I wasn't offered the menu or asked what service I wanted. My total was 45$ with gel polish. I got the feeling they wanted me out fast because more ppl came in, idk if it was because of how I was dressed or my appearance that maybe I'm poor and can't afford anything else?, I usually tip at LEAST 10$ or more depending of course on their service and quality of work I know it's not much but it is a tip. All I wanted was to come to my favorite pedi place and get a relaxing pedicure and feel a little better but I guess that was hoping for too much today, I will continue to come back, I will not let this one bad experience affect my view on this place, I just hope they learn to value everyone that comes tru their doors and give everyone the same treatment and courtesy. I will for sure make an appointment going forward. To make sure the lady's that usually do my pedis are the ones I get all the time, because the young man I feel did not meet my pedicure needs, I felt there was somewhat of a language barrier, which wouldn't of been an issue if he had just asked what service I wanted from the menu. Learned about this business on the NextDoor app which was sad because I never knew they were so close to my house, and I use that shopping center weekly! Let's just say that after my first visit, I have continued to drive right past 2 other closer nail salons to me to enjoy the service these staff members deliver. My opinion... All it needed was some cuticle maintenance. I'm not sure if the man was new but please properly train your employees before allowing them to work independently! I had a good experience here today. The customer service was great. They were very prompt in scheduling me an appointment, and I was seated right away as soon as I arrived. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure worked quickly and thoroughly. She was very precise and did a flawless job. She's very good at what she does. It was a small shop but fresh, clean and modern. The massage chair was very good, and the foot and hand massages were great. I almost never go to the nail salon, I prefer my natural nails without polish, but I like to go to the nail salon for special occasions to get them cleaned up. First I would say everyone here is nice. The man who did my pedicure did a great job at painting my nails. However, he did dig into my skin pretty badly on both of my big toes and it did hurt when he was going over the sensitive spot over and over again. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I just sat through that experience. This is where the 2 stars comes into play. I wish they sterilized their tools that they use (unless they normally do, but I was just the unlucky one). I've been to multiple salons and never had this happen to me. Both my big toes got infected pretty badly within a day of going there and it was painful to walk for a couple days after the pedicure. Please take into consideration of the use of sterilizing the tools. This would have been avoided if proper sterilization was in place. read more

We were invited by Catherine to come try their services because she read one of my reviews that I was unhappy with one of my previous salons. We are so so happy we did! The service was absolutely wonderful and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. They greeted a lot of their customers by name and it looks like they have a loyal following. A gentleman did the gel prep on the ombre and Hannah did the shaping of the nails. It is one of the prettiest natural ombres I have seen and they have beautiful skilled shaping . They offer a wide range of services here and it is doubtful that you will not find what you're looking for. I highly recommend them. Went in on a Sunday. The salon has made a lot of upgrades and is very nice. I called prior to going in for a pedicure, to see if there was availability, I was told to come on in. I arrived, and was greeted kindly. I was told to go sit at a chair, and had a very young man, who was very kind, but extremely inexperienced, come to give my pedicure. He was more concerned with getting through the pedicure, and moving on, than me having a nice relaxing pedicure. He did a poor job, so basically I left with a toenail trim and subpar everything else. I had to ask for my massage, that lasted literally 2 minutes. I called and let the person who answered the phone of my experience and the first thing was, when you come in we will give you a discount!! I'm not looking for a DISCOUNT, I'm looking for your employee to provide the service I paid full price for!! $50 to be exact. If you like spending an absurd amount of money on chunky nails that are poor quality, go here! For a BASIC pedicure, sure. I came to get a pedicure and was asked MULTIPLE times if I wanted to do my nails, so finally I relented. I ended up with the chunkiest and uneven French dip nails. I typically do my own nails with a kit, but I am visiting from San Diego and didn't have one on me/time to do it. When it comes to nails, I know what I'm doing, and he did keep making comments about the fact that "I know a lot about nails". Not the worst set I've ever had, but second worst for sure. Paid $130 for nails and toes and will see how long I'm able to go without pulling these off. read more

This was a very controlling and disappointing experience. I went here all excited with a picture of what I wanted. I really wanted to try the ombré and loved the picture with the chrome ombré nails I found. They weren't very busy, but I had called over the weekend and made an appointment. I said I had an appointment and was sat down. I told the worker, who was masked what I wanted. I said the chrome and showed a pic, but he wasn't having it. He pretty much told me no because he said it's more expensive and doesn't last long. I appreciated him being honest with me, but he didn't really listen to what I truly wanted. Anyways, he did what he wanted. He even started to control the color I pick, but I made sure to try to stand my ground. I didn't get what I wanted. I got what he wanted. Disappointing. It did turn out good, but it was what he wanted to control. :( a bit much. I just hope posting this helps him to listen and acknowledge what the customer TRULY wants. They still turned out nice. So sad to post this review as I was so excited to try this salon! Pros: employees were very kind and welcoming, and the salon seems well kept and clean. Cons: the day I went they were rather short staffed. My nail tech left me to perform a manicure on another lady (who was there before me getting a pedicure, so this didn't bother me so much). However, I felt my dip manicure was more like a dip "polish change," $50 for dip application, no cuticle care or hand massage. Dip on my natural nails usually lasts a solid three+ weeks, and unfortunately I noticed that these were starting to rise off of my nail beds by day 4. I left feeling frustrated by the lack of a true manicure for the price + tip paid, but even more frustrated by the fact that one week out my nails look like they would at the end of week 3. This has been sadly disappointing. I would consider going back for a pedicure, because the ladies all looked like they were very happy with their services. Manicures on the other hand, not so much. I was in Clovis for an appointment and had some free time. I needed a pedicure, so chose this place based on reviews and proximity. I've regretted it since. When I walked in, several nail techs were available. I sat right down and she started my pedicure. After several minutes, the tech asked which pedicure I wanted and I pointed to the Collagen Spa Pedicure, which included several bells and whistles, because, why not? The tech literally sighed at my choice and seemed annoyed. Several times during the service, the tech hurt me, cutting my skin and digging her sharp nails into the now sensitive area she'd just cut. I flinched involuntarily twice, but she never apologized or tried not to hurt me, never even looked up to acknowledge me. Long story short, the polish turned out horribly, lumpy and uneven. It's thin and light in some areas, dark and thick in others, and clumped up around my cuticle. At one point, she got up and walked away. I thought she'd gone to get the materials for the bells and whistles part of the pedicure, but instead she came back and sat at the next pedicure chair. When I looked over in surprise, she got up and lifted my arm rest, gesturing for me to leave. I was stunned, as she hadn't completed most of the service (just polish, scrub and lotion). I told the cashier I'd requested the Collagen Spa, when she was charging me for the Signature (which is what I received). She didn't seem to care, so I paid and left. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I'm surprised by the reviews and hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid the waste of money.
