I booked The Face Treatment with red light therapy (add-on/ extra charge) with Kayla. I arrived about 10mins before my appointment. Parking can be limited on a busy day. As I entered I was greeted by Kayla she was very kind and welcoming. I signed a worksheet that asked more about my skin. Shortly after she took me to my room. The facial is a 50min session. She asked appropriate questions, listened to my skin experiences, current regime and concerns. Along with the facial and light therapy she gave me a shoulder, arms, hand and scalp massage. I was so relaxed it, it was exactly what I needed and was definitely fighting the urge to fall asleep. After my session she recommended a product that I had purchased and I've been using since. She adjusted my balance since it was my first facial and they had a discounted rate for that. Kayla also educated me on the different facials and recommended for my skin type to help achieve my skin goals. I came out of there feeling so relaxed my face was soft, glowing and it felt so elastic it was amazing! I can't wait to return! They do require a deposit when booking, so many times available but the days are limited to Tues-Thurs. This place is clean the room was playing peaceful, relaxing music, the aroma is very calming the massage table and sheets were comfortable. Kayla was wonderful. I would definitely return!

She might be with another person, but the wait is never long. She does work out of her house and there's a specific room for her work. It's always clean and she uses new thread for each person. Her scissors are fine there's nothing wrong with her sanitation and it's way better than nail salons and hole in the wall Chinese restaurants I've seen. She's quick and knows exactly how you want your brows. She's the only person that I trust to thread my brows and she knows the definition of keeping them nice and thick. She always double checks her work with you to ensure that they are even! I love her and just know that these reviews don't lie. She never asks for help reviews, but she definitely deserves the stars. I hear Naheed talking on the phone. She peeps her head out momentarily & disappears around the corner - not before motioning me to follow along. She gestures me to sit in a room with a chair. 12 minutes & $8 dollars later, I'm all done. She talked on the phone with her sister the entire time with the phone tucked under my headrest on speakerphone. As my eyes watered & I cursed to myself, "Mother bitch!" with the pain, I was slightly annoyed. Eh, I'm fine with it, now. But then again, I'm a medical student with some bushy Hermione Granger brows with a budget to keep. Anything looks better than my current situation. So, check out my photos. I went in to get a deluxe gel pedicure with some cute valentines hearts. The building is very clean and well maintained. That super strong acetone smell that is usually present in nail salons was not really noticeable. I am guessing they have air purifiers running? The pedicure was great.
