I walked into the salon with high expectations because of the positive feedback. I showed the nail tech my design inspiration and she said she could do it at first. It was going all well until she started to have a difficult time doing my design. I was well aware that my original chosen design was complicated and takes skill, but she had let me know that it was doable without any obstacles. In consideration of her time (I was there from 1130ish-3pm), I told her that she can do a french tip instead so that it'd be easier and requested for the 3d art in the original design to be done as well. However, the lines were unevenly thick or thin, the french tips were not even colored in completely, and the art was just poorly done. I also forgot to mention that she had busted my cuticles up while prepping and half if not all my nails are uneven in shape and length. Overall, it is not a totally terrible set, but it was not my original set, my cuticles were bleeding and was cleaned with a dirty towel, and it was $90. She was a very sweet lady and had a lot of patience, but if she was hesitant from the start, she could have said so instead of being over confident. read more

Pedicure nail polish was put on sloppy..the lady cut my nail too short injuring my toe..and my nails needed another coat of polish..you could see streak and you could see my nail under the polish still and I paid for gels..my nails looked grown out because she didn't go up close enough to my cuticle..I just won't go back read more

My sisters and I went in for pedicures. We didn't have an appointment. They greeted us as we entered and were really friendly. Despite not making any appointments they were able to accommodate and get us in. The shop was clean and pedicure massage chair was comfortable. I got a gentleman named Eric. It was ok... I couldn't go to my usual place and I'm always open to trying out new places and experiences. The tech they assigned to me was super slow and took forever on my pedi coz she kept messing up my big toe probably 4 times. Her hand, I noticed, was shaking so much that is probably why she kept messing up. In the end the price was also not worth it, more expensive than my go to place for just gel manicure. Decided to start getting pedicures since I am pregnant and having a hard time reaching my toes and let me tell you, I wish I had been getting pedicures my entire life! It is so relaxing! Teng did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing! The color was exactly what I'd hoped, the exfoliating scrub left my skin so silky and the massage was excellent. Not to mention the price is very reasonable. The salon is clean and everything is sanitized properly. I will be returning to see Teng for sure! I have been coming to Spring nails for a long time. The work they do is pretty great but the pricing makes no sense. I just left after paying 60 dollars to get my nails dipped. They charged to file my nails! Charged to remove the dip they did two weeks ago and then charged for the actual dipping. Mind you i have no tips. I understand if i had gotten my nails done elsewhere. But there is literally no way they can do my nails unless they remove the dip. And charging to file a mail is just beyond. I have been fine with the COVID price increases. But i draw the line at being charged 5 dollars to file a natural nail. read more

This was such a horrible experience . Normally I don't do reviews unless my experience was horrible. My friend just needed a fill and I needed a soak off . So we walked in there were only two other guests in the salon. So we came in at 220 and our techs started on our nails at 230 it is now 430. My tech trimmed my nails ... when I wanted a soak off . My actual nail was pretty long and he trimmed them and "soaked" the rest off . Highly irritated because the point of soak off was try to keep them somewhat longer but that didn't happen . Secondly as I wait , my friends first tech pawn off my friend to what it looks to be the owner . After and 1.5 hours It has been 2 hours. Fills should NOT take 2 hours .... A guest had a pedicure and manicure came in at the same time and she has left already. I had other errands today but now they are missed because of this . Plus the first tech didn't even shape my friends nails right the first time and he kept helping people coming in because no one else was . Ridiculous . And the attached photos are the end result .... owner did take off 10.00 but really not worth it Will never recommend this place if this is what they do... read more

So I ended up calling Spring Nails after 3 nail salons told me they were booked for the day and they were able to squeeze me in before my shift at work. I originally told them I just needed a fill, but I ended up asking for a couple designs as well. The lady that did my nails was very upfront with me and let me know she wasn't fully comfortable doing the design I wanted. Another tech, (Eric, I think) took time out of his busy schedule to do my design and show some other techs how to do it as well. Let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job!! I love my nails and everyone who's seen them so far loves them too. I'm a bartender so everyone is always looking at my hands, and I'm very particular about my nails. Had my first visit here today. Three of us had appointments for mani pedis at 5:45. I hadnt made the appointments and didn't even realize they closed at 7. Tommy did my Deluxe pedi and gel polish on my toes. He did an amazing job, was super nice and chatted with me. The massage part was phenomenal!!!! Eric did my nails... full set with gels. I felt so bad because by the time I was all done it was getting late and he'd been there all day. Yet he still took extra care in making sure each nail was perfect and even. And how nice is he?!?!
