Solar Nails is wedged in between Sally's and Family Dentistry . It is the strip mall located near Walmart just west of the entrance . Tiffany gives a wonderful manicure. She has done beautiful oval shaped ombres for me in the past in the colors of a French manicure. Their prices are a little steeper than most however I don't mind paying them because of the superior massage chairs. I usually have both nails and toes done at the same time so it saves me time and money. The ladies who give the pedicures I have had wonderful experiences with as well. For $29 you can have a pedicure, a polish change and a citrus exfoliation and massage to your legs as well for $92 I can get I fill and a great pedicure. That included some powder gel they put on a mangled toenail that my horse stepped on years ago and would not grow in correctly. They made it aesthetically look like it had never happened they do a great job! read more

I have my manicures done by Tiffany and pedicures by Denny. I am always satisfied and relaxed when I leave. Tiffany applies dip color flawlessly and can free hand amazing art. Denny does a great pedicure. He applies just the right pressure. The salon is busy so keep that in mind and book an appointment. Walk ins will be accommodated but you might not get the technician you request. read more

I was recommended the BUILDER GEL Nails and love it because it really help protect my nails. I'm allergic to the powder acrylic. I went to Solar nail for a manicure and Grace the nail tech recommended the builder gel nails and I'm loving it!!! Thank you Grace so much for my beautiful nails!!!! Definitely sticking to this now. I use to come here all the time but stopped after a bad Acrylic set that they didn't want to fix. So I had not been back until last week. Went in for a pedi and gel manicure. Pedi was great no problem with that. But the gel nails a week later are peeplong and have some black residues that they said was not there fault that they would only fix the nails that had peeling but I'd have to pay for another service. I paid $42 for a scrappy service. So I said it's ok I won't be back. I also spoke to a nail professional that stated the polish was old and they put nail thinner in the polish which is really bad for your nails. Don't waste your time or money there. read more

I went here on a whim after every nail salon I was going to go to was still closed, and I remembered seeing this one while at Sally's beauty supply. I went for a fill and got right in. I showed the girl what I was wanting and I think she did a pretty good job executing it. I docked one star because the entire time I was getting worked on, she had people standing over her shoulder talking to her.... I needed to get a fill on some acrylic nails and tried this new salon. The location was convenient for me. I was a walk-in and they had a technician available. He was critiquing my last nail technicians work. And it felt like he was also critiquing me for going there. I asked for a fill on acrylic nails where I was having ombre gel. He had stickers for art available and I chose for, for my ring fingers and thumbs. When he told me the price I was shocked! There was no way those nails were worth $70. I was expecting around 50. The nails only lasted 2 weeks. They started lifting and separating from the underside of the nail so I took them off myself. The hombre looked nice. But they didn't have the color that I wanted, and they also took shortcuts so they didn't have to build up the glitter but charged me as if they did. I do understand prices have gone up especially since covid, but charging $5 per nail for a sticker placement is ridiculous. Any other shop that I've gone to would charge $5 for actual work being done to the nail in the form of nail art that is painted. Not placed with a tweezer. The stickers were off center and were not even aligned with my nail bed. I've been looking for a permanent nail salon that can be my go-to and with the price and quality I received, this Salon is not it. read more

I came here to get a new set. The quality just isn't there. I use to come here all the time and loved my nails. Idk what happened but I would not come here for nails or pedis. I turned around and got my nails taken off immediately. They were soo thick and not completely cured. The guy that did my nails cut three of my fingers and left product all over my fingers. This lady cut me while scrubbing my feet after I said out loud that she was hurting me. When it was bleeding she stopped and shoved my foot down into the dirty water. Then cut me while doing my cuticles twice on the other foot.
