They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. It looked brand new but they've been there a long time. Very impressive. I can't recommend this place enough. Book! Now!

Extremely rude, i could not imagine getting my nails done here. Trying to cancel still and they will not answer. After hanging up on me 2x because I asked to cancel they stopped answering the phone. Update: The company is keeping my money. I was literally yelled at for asking if I could choose the nail tech (online you don't get that option)...now they think I should have to not get a refund. I got stiletto nails, white chrome. When I was getting ready to pay, the gentleman who checked me out to pay, looked at my nails and said my nails were "too long." The nails were decent, but there were areas where the chrome looked bubbled, or the chrome didn't reach all the edges. That experience alone should've kept me from coming back, but I was getting my car detailed nearby today and I wanted to get my nails done before Mother's Day. I checked in, and the woman who checked in right after me was first to be seated and helped. I feel like they have preferences for certain people, if you know what I mean. The nail tech who serviced me today was so rough! I told her several times that she needed to be more gentle. She did not let up and I know I'm going to be feeling pain tomorrow. I even kept telling her that the drill was getting too hot. The worse part was when a blob of acrylic dried onto the bottom of my thumb! When I asked her to remove it she was too rough with me and my nail bed actually detached from my thumb. When I flinched, she told me I was "too sensitive." I told her " No, I'm not sensitive. You're just very rough." After I said that I could tell she started rushing to finish and tried to go as fast as she could, but in doing so she kept hurting me. She asked me to wash my hands, and my thumb was stinging due to the cut under my nail bed that she created from removing the dried acrylic. I told her my pinky nails were uneven. She didn't really listen to me and they still look really uneven. With all that being said, I will never go back to this place. They don't value their customers or listen to them.
