On my journey of close to home salons. Came in for a walk in appointment. I was able to wait in the pedi chair . I came in at a busy time so I was happy to squeeze in a spot. I did the Tropical Deluxe Spa Pedicure ($50) to treat myself as my feet were barking (in need of help). The workers that I interacted with were friendly and reassuring that they would get to me. The staff here was really friendly and easy to talk to, but the quality of the service didn't quite match the price -- especially for their highest mani-pedi package. I asked for dip powder, but was given acrylics in a different color than I chose, with no confirmation. Several of my nails were uneven and slanted, though when I pointed it out, the tech did fix the shaping. That said, there was no hand massage, and the rest of the manicure felt rushed -- he stepped away to work on another client and returned only at the end to apply cuticle oil. As for the pedicure, it felt more like a basic service than a deluxe one. The callus removal was minimal, and my heels still feel rough. The "massage" was just a quick scrub and lotion application with no real pressure or relaxation. I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, but overall, I left feeling like I didn't receive the level of service I paid for. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback in hopes they can improve consistency and ensure clients feel truly taken care of from start to finish. read more

Came in around 3pm on a Tuesday with a walk in party of 4. I got a standard pedicure & my daughter a full set. They did not massage her hands but did do a cuticle cut. A short full set was $45. I got a basic pedicure with regular nail polish for $30. I had a male tech who I felt wasn't as attentive as previous pedicures I've had before. The pedicure chairs are nice, everything looks nice. My aunt got a gel manicure and they did give her a massage. Makes me wonder why my daughter wasn't given the same treatment. That being said , I would come back again and give them a try. **** just checking out and I requested a short nail for my daughter which the nail tech did. Upon checking out she charged me for a long nail. She was trying to explain the pricing and the fact that she got powder. Which is fine I know that costs more. Running toes are in need of a pedicure! Arrived and greeted by a a kind worked. Ended up picking a glitter color #267 to go over the color bought from the fix it yesterday. It worked too! Really nice salon! Safe, clean and practiced! Music playing and just a really nice atmosphere! Calm! The worker was very kind, easy to talk to and ready to get going on my toes. I picked #2, the Signature Pedicure. Toes start in the warm spa and from there, the worker got to cleaning them up. Massaging with lotion. Felt really good! Warm, hot towels after that! Really nice! My nails after they were finished were not bad, however it was not exceptional either. My first complaint is that the pricing is very unreasonable. I understand that their pricing is their own, but 20 extra dollars for french tips is extremely unfair. My second complaint is that some nails look messy and unpolished. My last complaint is that glitter ended up in 2 of the nails and was not taken off in the end. The costumer server was subpar because my nail artist told me at the END that it was "hard to do my nails because I was not relaxing." If it was that much of a problem then the artist should have asked me in the beginning and my nails would look better. My artist also told me that square nails would look "bad" on me, however coffin was 15 dollars extra. Do Better. read more
