Raman is so attentive and always makes sure her customers are satisfy. She is the sweetest person. A couple years back my card got decline. Raman told me that it was okay and to not worry about it. I wish I can give 10 stars! I have been coming here for over 10 years now, and while I have tried other places because I don't live as close anymore I keep coming back. Kiran always does a fabulous job on my eyebrows, she's always so patient and takes her time making sure they are clean and match perfectly. I am always a walk in and have never had to wait more than 10 min to see her. I recommend this place to everyone I know, you won't regret it! Recently, I started also receiving facials from Gurleen as well. She's amazing! I've always dealt with troubled skin and my skin has definitely improved since seeing her. She customizes your facial based on what your skin needs and helped curate a skin regimen for me. I love whenever I come see her, my skin feels brighter and smoother every time. This place is amazing. I came in for a facial and immediately greeted by some nice ladies. The waiting area was gorgeous and there was a very short wait before I was taken back for my facial. The esthetician Gurleen was extremely sweet and informative about the products that were being applied. She had complimentary drinks and great conversation. I have been coming here for over 12 years and I repeatedly go to Ramen. I had a cut in my eyebrow and thought my eyebrows would always be cousins and never sisters With Ramans patience and work she got my eyebrows looking flawless. I get compliments on them often. I moved out of Fresno 5 years ago and when I come back I still go give her a visit. I have tried finding someone just as good but I have come to believe they do not exist. Fast, easy, semi-painless! I've been coming here since I moved to Fresno (close to 1 year ago) after locating this hidden gem close to my work in the area at the time. Many thanks to my fellow trusted YELPERS! Ramen is my go-to for eyebrow threading at this particular location. She's very thorough and shapes your brows to flatter your face shape. Pinder and Girly also do an exceptional job at shaping your brows and taming any eyebrow strays. Although the ladies have always been friendly, I was not too pleased during my last visit. I understand Ramen wasn't feeling well that day, but that was not the reason she sent me to Karen's chair to finish my service. Ramen had another antsy customer waiting (which I totally understand), but at least finish the service you started. I don't enjoy having too many random hands all over my face. Mind you, customers write down the name of the threading tech they want to see on the sign-up list upon entering. The ladies in the front also ask you for your preference after signing up. This wouldn't have bothered me at all until Karen started threading away and was a little too rough. They do accept walk-ins, but maybe making an appointment would make for a better threading experience next time. **TIPS accepted on card (AFTER they run your card) if you don't carry cash. read more

My "eyebrows was on fleek" after they groomed my eyebrows with those strings and I definitely would be back for their $8 services, it was fast and wait was like minimal wait time for a walk in; they are highly recommend as the best eyebrow threading place for Fresno, and thats because they are Indians, no one knows threading like indians do. This place isn't just for females, its for males too, having a perfect pair of groomed eyebrows are important for both males and females so don't be shy gentlemen . This would be my first time here and I was here because I read the consistently good reviews about them on yelp, and the reviews was spot on, it was a great, friendly, professional and very inexpensive experience to get my brows done for $8. Okay if I was in Asia this would be like expensive, but for america this is like super cheap and super professional. The place is a small shop and I got there when they opened at 10 as a walk in on a Sunday, and already there was 8 people waiting at the door even before opening. The moment the doors opened I waited my turn, and I wrote my name on the list, and I wasn't particular about who's my eyebrow stylist, so within 3 minutes I was seated and ready for the process of cleaning and grooming my eyebrows, I was so surprised with the promptness, like I didn't even have to wait. My eyebrow stylist knew what she was doing, so I told her just make it look good, and with the tweak of her strings she began threading. The experience was exactly how its done in my country of Malaysia, it was slightly painful but nothing to crazy, she was quite gentle in comparison to my previous experiences elsewhere. It took probably 5-8 minutes and bam my eyebrows were done. I would definitely be back. Just moved to Fresno and saw all the amazing reviews. Tried it this morning, Tuesday around 11am and no customers so no waiting. They asked if I wanted anybody in particular and I said anybody was fine. I don't know her name, but she did an amazing job and took her TIME ON ME! She went back to review them about 2 times and made little touches even after threading both of my eyebrows. She was sweet and gentle and my eyebrows have never looked this good, clean and on point! Place is always very and clean and neat! $10 for eyebrow threading is not to bad. I always go with Karen. She totally brought my brows back to life! Got a recommendation from a friend to go to her. Salon can get pretty busy but all girls work fast and i have never waited more than 10 minutes for Karen. Karen js nice and sweet and tells you whats shes doing with your brows upon what you have requested her to do. This is threading. I had never gotten threading done before coming here. It does hurt a bit, not too bad. My eyes are sensitive so they do water but she always offers a tissue and soothing aloe vera to put on eyebrows after. They do require you to help keep eyebrow skin taut at times so they tell you to hold your eye area taut white they remove hair from that area. I like coming here, ill keep coming back! read more
