When I went in her two kids ran up to greet me which is a bit unusual for a business, but at that point I was like who am I to judge? Oh but it gets worse. I wait in what's the salon room for maybe about 30 minutes (I almost up and left) as the lady was on her phone screaming at someone. While she later came in and apologized that had happened, I still find it incredibly rude and unprofessional that she left me waiting there and was screaming on the phone within earshot. She also proceeded to do a poor job with the threading. I told her I just wanted a bit of clean up around the eyebrows and she took way. Too. Much. Hair. Off. I stopped her at some point because I had a feeling she was taking off too much. I grabbed the mirror and almost gasped! I had this huge gap in my eyebrows. She then told me to put down the mirror and to not look anymore (huge red flag!) and said she would fix it. She began taking even MORE hair off! I came in today planning to get eyebrow threading for myself and two family members, but after my…read moreexperience I decided not to continue with the others. The threading was extremely painful and my eyebrows ended up very thin and uneven, with a noticeable bald spot on the bottom where hair had been removed. I paid the $10 for the service but was honestly pretty upset once I saw them more closely. I went back inside to ask if anything could be done to help fix them. They offered henna, which did improve the appearance, and I do like how my brows look with the henna. However, I was still charged $20 for it (originally quoted $30), even though I was trying to correct the result from the threading. The staff weren't rude, but the technician never acknowledged that anything went wrong and kept saying she was following my previous microblading shape. Unfortunately, the bald spot and uneven shape were clearly visible. The henna is just a temporary fix while I let my brows grow out. For now, I'll likely be looking for a new threading place. No photos because I was honestly too upset in the moment to take any. I hope others have a better experience.
