When I went in her two kids ran up to greet me which is a bit unusual for a business, but at that point I was like who am I to judge? Oh but it gets worse. I wait in what's the salon room for maybe about 30 minutes (I almost up and left) as the lady was on her phone screaming at someone. While she later came in and apologized that had happened, I still find it incredibly rude and unprofessional that she left me waiting there and was screaming on the phone within earshot. She also proceeded to do a poor job with the threading. I told her I just wanted a bit of clean up around the eyebrows and she took way. Too. Much. Hair. Off. I stopped her at some point because I had a feeling she was taking off too much. I grabbed the mirror and almost gasped! I had this huge gap in my eyebrows. She then told me to put down the mirror and to not look anymore (huge red flag!) and said she would fix it. She began taking even MORE hair off! I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding.
