If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted to have them do the henna for our rehearsal dinner as it is one of our wedding traditions to have henna for the bride and women in the family. I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding. Called her and asked her about her services and she was very nice and professional and explained how she has 20 yrs of experience because usually I break out very badly from other places using their mouths when threading but I went and although the office was a bit hard to find in the back of the office she was there and stopped her lunch break just for me even offered me a samosa ! Like so nice of her but I'm on that New Years died haha. So got my full face done for 30$ and it was great. Felt very comfortable and she did an amazing job. My sister and I got our eyebrows Microbladed back in June and I was really excited for her to do my brows, and I the first few weeks my eyebrows were ok but when I went back for a touch up it was very unprofessional, and she told us that when we came back in a month for a touch up the price would be $100. When my sister and I arrived her boyfriend sat around and it was very unprofessional in my opinion to have any members of my family or spouse to sit there and interfere with my business am especially during covid. She was also very preoccupied. When she finished my touch up she suddenly changed the price from $100 to $110, because she said she included the threading which She never even asked it I wanted my brows threaded, even though it wasn't a huge difference in amount you should always bring that to some attention what you are doing. I would like to also add that the work she did on my eyebrows have faded and didn't last long. I spent way too much money to end up where I started I do not recommend. My daughter has had her eyebrow threading and hanna done by Nisha couple times now. I must say by far Nisha is the best out there. She does such a great job because she knows exactly what you want and the look you're trying to achieve. Not only that but she's very thorough, fast, quick, easy and very experienced. The first time my daughter had a hanna done by Nisha, she was so surprised that it didn't even hurt at all whereas with other places prior to meeting Nisha it would hurt, burn and sting badly afterward. I don't understand how a few reviewers would rate Nisha so low if they haven't even had any work done by Nisha in order to know whether her work is legit! You can't complain about a business just because you haven't had an appointment with the employer to know their true work ethic. I was also one of that caller that weekend who tried making an appt with Nisha when she was out of town. Nisha was very professional about it and did informed me that she was out of town and for me to call her again the next day just to confirm whether she's back in town in Fresno in order to make an appointment for my daughter. Which we understood and we were able to schedule another appt with her the following week on our available time. Went in for a lash lift as a gift to myself for Mother's Day 2019 Results very curly and some going different directions. Gave it a couple of days still the same reached out to Nisha she said give it more time. Here now June no change, reached out to her again to see if there was something she can do she said no sorry. Very poor customer service at that point I asked for at least 50% credit back to my card as this was not cheap $100. I would not recommend her for micro blading nor lash lift.
