Was a walk in no appointment BUT put me and my husband's my name on the list they have up in the front for eyebrow threadings. Only one lady was working and there were 4 or so people in front of us Not a problem.. We sat and waited in the lobby for some time but my baby couldn't sit long so went outside and walked around. Both me and my husband would periodically check if we were next. We come back in and sat back down still waiting for our turn. There are a couple new people that were sat waiting (after us). The person who was in front of us was almost done with their service, we were next. After a good 40 minutes of waiting they have the women who came in after us go in the back. I let the worker know we were next and she said she wasn't taking us next because we LEFT THE LOBBY!!! No sorry no apology. Don't have a sign in sheet if you're gonna be skipping customers. Total waste of our time!!! This WAS the place I would get my eyebrows/underarms done but not no more. We went to Bombay look in Fresno and they were great. We will never be back after that experience. Treat your customers with kindness. I do not recommend. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded today for the first time in a VERY long time. I had a lot of growth. The threading was quick and my eyebrows look amazing! I've tried a few threading salons around Madera and Fresno and I always end up coming back here. My go-to person to thread my brows is Raj, she's here Wednesday/Thursday from 2-8 and Sundays 9am-7pm. All the ladies have always been super nice, but I always love how Raj leaves my brows. read more

I went here a few months ago. I asked to use the restroom before starting, it was not as clean as it should have been, and wasn't really in working order. The girl doing my wax was very sweet, and I enjoyed talking to her. She did a full face wax which turned out fine, however, she did rip a bit of skin under my nose. I don't know that it was her fault as I had a cold a few days before and the skin was already a little compromised. even so, she made the experience pleasant, I would definitely return. read more

I am usually pleased with my eyebrows when Sanduh does them. However, today I went (on a Sunday after 5pm) and Raj was the only one working there. I decided to give her a chance only to regret it. I told her I just wanted to clean them up and did not want them thin. She started trimming my brows and I felt a massive amount of hair falling all over my face. Once she was done she asked me if I liked my brows. I told her that she had cut my right one too much leaving a bold spot. She said that it was because of the way my hair grows...she then proceeded to apologize and charged me full price. I didn't want to argue with her so I paid, asked her name, and decided to warn everyone on here. If you've never tried her...DONT!!! read more

I'm upset that they don't know what a clean up is... my eyebrows are very thick and when i say i want a clean up it doesn't mean make them pencil thin. I'm so upset. Also ones thinner than the other one, and i really thought my eyebrow was bleeding at one point. I'm a cancer so i cry a lot but not usually over a bad eyebrow job. read more
