Grace didn't care. She was just on her laptop trying to prove that she was right and everyone around her was wrong. I have been traveling from a different city for a few years just to come to this location because everyone has always been cheerful and friendly. After encountering Grace I may need to take my business elsewhere just like the rest of the clients that Grace pissed off during my visit. After her rudeness Grace still had the nerve to ask if I wanted to renew my membership? I will not renew my membership if I will have deal with Grace's attitude during my visits.
