If I could give a zero I would. Long short: I requested designs on my two big toes. The owner (a lady) did my designs. She's already NOT the friendliest. She put a gel clear coat on the top of my designs on my big toes. Regular nail polish was used on all my toes. That night the polish on one of my big toes literally began to slide off. I went back the next day to get it fixed. The lady and the guy owner swore up and down they told me that the polish would slide off. That was an out right lie. Neither of them told me any of the sort. I am getting so tired of these nail shops giving you crappy unprofessional service which you have to pay for. They want you to simply sit in the chair & don't say a word even if they mess up. And instead of them fixing the problem they want to give you lip service and put the blame on you. Not to mention this shop charges you for everything. I think they charge you to walk in their establishment. But not everyone at this shop is as rude as the owner. Been coming here for over a year. Wait times can be crazy but plan your visit before you come in. A lot of reviews on busy times but other than that, they are quick and patient with customers. I've never had bad attitudes or disrespect on requests. If you speak up they have no problems fixing it. I get my acrylics and toes done here and there's no where else in town with the same comfort and fair prices. A simple pedicure with gel toes and a set of long new acrylics should run around $100 for both. Don't forget to tip! read more

So I just went in I'm visiting from Oakland so maybe my standards for a pedicure are just wayyyyy to high. I had to basically instruct the nail tech how to do a basic pedicure. The guy did everything wrong and sloppy. He didn't clean up my cuticles well at all. He literally left my cuticles sloppy af. I had to literally tell him what to fix for about a good 5 min. He was rushing through the whole thing. Then management didn't even accommodate me. Management charged me 15 and they shuld have just charged me 10. I have no problem paying for a service done well. I work in the service beauty industry as well and if a guest is unhappy u don't argue with them about whether or not the pedicure looks good. My cuticles should look neat after a pedicure not rough and beaten like I never got a pedicure. And as a guest I shuld feel happy with the work they do. My nails look rough and beaten after coming. I usually come here to get my nails done no problem but this lady didn't want to give me what I wanted she said my hands were too dark and what I wanted wouldn't look good. I tried asking for several different options and her response was the same so I just opted for a basic nail color that I didn't even want. She made me feel like she didn't even want to do my nails. Was it because my hands were too dark? Mind you I have Carmel skin. I won't be coming back here ever again. read more

I was very Leary about coming to this place after reading the not so good reviews. I sat for about 5 minutes in front of the salon before finally going in. I went in and all 3 staff were busy, I waited close to 10 minutes. The service was like any usual nail shop. My one complaint is that the guy who did my nails didn't file one hand to be the same length as the other and I asked him to please file them down more. He happily did. I would probably go back. My experience wasn't like many of the ones posted here, but everyone has their own opinion and I'm usually very PICKY when it comes to nail shops. read more

I had gotten my nails done through this place several times. I usually just get a gel manicure which I have always been happy with. One thing they do here is put down builder gel before painting your nails and people probably like that except that if your nail technician isn't careful, they may file down your nails too thin. I was told by another location that they shouldn't do that because of this issue. It had been about 3 days since I had gotten my nails done and both index fingers broke about halfway down my natural nail. I went into the shop to ask if they could fix them. The receptionist was kind and then started consulting with the male owner. Now this is where everything went wrong. He said, "what do you want us to do?" And I said, "I need them repaired somehow because it's broken very low and I don't want my natural nails to come off that low." Then he started getting extremely defensive and telling me that it's not their fault and how I should've gotten artificial nails. I then ask, "can you not fix them?" He said, " what do you expect us to do, it's not our fault?" Mind you, I never said I wanted it fixed for free but he continued treating me like I was the awful person for asking if anything could be done so they wouldn't come off that low. He continued to raise his voice at me. By that time, a lady said to the receptionist that she could do it, but at that point I told her I'll go elsewhere from now on. I was coming here religiously since the reopening and would usually bring someone with me for nails and toes. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else. read more

My daughter who is 16 drove herself to get her nails done. She showed up right when they opened at 9:30am. No other customers at the time. The lady rushed through her full set of acrylics in 20 minutes then simply walked away. My daughter said they look awful and she wants them fixed. By that time, two other customers had come in. They only two nail techs are providing services to those people and leaving my daughter unattended with no indication of whether they will fix her nails at all, much less when. Horrible horrible place to get your nails done. They don't listen to what you want and they're always busy talking shit about you the whole time when you ask for them to go over your nail one more time. I just got my nails done and I kept asking Keit to paint my nails to the skin and it looks like trash. He was shaking the whole time and then when I noticed my nail looked a little off he told me he can't do anything about it now. Well now I'm never coming here again.
