Went to get the nails removed and the nail tech said she couldn't get it off it was really sticky and gummy. I told her I went to CK nails and she said they must of used MMA smelled so bad too. The nail tech cut three of my cuticles to the point of bleeding and then proceeded to spray alcohol on them. Needless to say, it was extremely painful. They are still bleeding as I am typing this review. She never apologized and I was still charged full price by the owner or manager. Needless to say I will not be returning. worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I walked in requesting a French pedicure, with the thin line of white at the top of my nail. I changed it before she started painting while she was still scrubbing and asked for a black French pedicure, which would've meant a small, thin black line at the top of my nail and the rest of the nail pink not a bright pink not a hot pink, but like a very subtle light , like the ones you get when you get a French manicure. I was really sleepy, and I started to feel really relaxed when she started working on my there was a pillow next to me. I asked if I could lay my head on the pillow she said that's what it's there for (by nodding and mumbling) so I fell asleep for a little bit... when I woke up, all of my nails were solid black, and had already been painted like three coats of solid black... I have never been the type to wear black nails ever in my life. I don't even like dark nails I just like the thin white or thin black line when it comes to my toes.. I tried to ask her what happened and she couldn't really speak English or answer me so I asked where do I pay? (I already had $15 out in cash that I was gonna tip her.) she directed me to the front. Where I was supposed to pay, I asked for the boss and the boss came, and I told him what happened and told him how upset I was I literally was sobbing about it and asked what he was gonna do about it and all he said was I'm very sorry your total is $38. So I paid the $38 but I'm warning you don't go to this place. It is not OK what she did to my nails I would never have picked black and because I didn't have any time for her to take it all off and redo it. I had to leave with all black nails, which I would've never picked for myself ever in 1 million years. It might be because I'm getting close to my cycle. I don't know, but I sobbed in the place and I sobbed all the way home because I felt of I should not have had to pay for a service that wasn't correctly given to me and wasn't what I asked I at least gosh darn discount. But I got none of that.. so needless to say I did not tip her, but I did pay the $38 for this terrible nail job that I never would have paid for otherwise. Be careful when you go in there be specific be adamant and be very forward about what you want because if you don't, they will take advantage of you. I will never be going there again and everybody I speak to you. I will be telling them this story and I will be telling them not to go. read more

I had to go back I really had high hopes, what can I say 3rd times is a charm,after my last experience I spoke they listen and the service was excellent. Vibe is always good mellow music cooking show on very relaxing.What I can say is I mattered as a costumer and that means they want you to keep coming back and I will. Kam is a star. Got my nails done by Cam. Super sweet guy I loved my acrylic nails although my index finger nail had a small opening as the polish did not dry right and had to get it redone the next day. Affordable price. The lady who redid it repeated it was fine after I clearly stated I can see the opening. Was able to get it fixed. Would have given 4 stars if the lady would have complied the first time around instead of contradicting me. read more

No personality or feeling of real care shown. When cutting my wife's nails, if it hurt at all, my wife could not explain easily how to better cut the nails. We won't be back. read more

Where do I start, i'll start by saying I do not recommend, my first experience I went in to get a gel manicure the lady who did my nails was pushing for me to get acrylic and didn't stop until I told her they do not allow me to have acrylic at work, the rest of the time she was doing my nails she seemed bothered that I didn't choose to get acrylic. I noticed they are very rough, the way they grab your hands and arms during the manicure isn't pleasant, whatsoever! My second experience was WORSE, again I went in for a gel polish but this time I decided to get chrome, the young lady who did my nails had no idea how to do it and was asking her coworkers for help, which is fine but I asked them if she was okay doing it if not I wouldn't have minded someone who knew how to take over they said yes, she struggled really badly doing my chrome gel polish but I dealt with it, by the next day half of the chrome was already off, I was on my way to Disney and I was so upset because my nails were looking so awful for my trip, the minute I came back in town I went back to the shop to have them at the least soak my nails and remove them, they heard what I said and crickets , not an apology , not an offer to re do, them but all I got was SILENCE!!! five minutes later the lady who first did my nails drilled them right off didn't bother soaking them or anything, here I am a week later and my nails are so sore and fragile. I don't think they care about giving the customers a wonderful experience, they just want you in an out of the salon and probably don't care if you ever come back!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STARS NEVER AGAIN. read more

My daughters and I went in for the 1st time today. We were all seated right away, 2 pedicures and a full set. The massage chairs they have for pedicures was a great touch and I definitely did not want to get out of it. I chose the #2 pedicure which was $48. I feel the pedicure was good and I have no complaints but I do feel that with the added services I just thought it lacked a little. They began to get a little more busy about 4pm but with the 4 employees there they were able to handle the added customers. I will definitely return read more

Good day. I made an appointment for 1:30 today for my elder parents to get mani/pedi-cures. It is now 2p AND counting and neither of them have been serviced. I asked the owner KAM at 1:50 how much longer. This was after previously asking his not so pleasant wife at approximately 1:40 when would they be seen. They both seemed to have attitudes with the fact that KAM made the appointment but his only excuse was their agent was still finishing up another client. And as I'm still sitting it appears their agent has started on another client. There was this really good gentleman named TEN who does/did an excellent job on my Mothers hands and feet. Unfortunately he is not here. Update it's now 2:12. They just called my parents over. My Mom is 73. Pops is 83. He's been ill but much better now. I just found out TEN will be back next week :) :) :) Guess I'll make an appointment for him to do my feet. Well I don't know what the outcome will be for my parents appointment today. Wish them luck. Hopefully it will end much better than it started. Oh the lady filled the both parents with cold water. KAM had to drain the water out and fill with hot. So far this is not looking good :( read more

zero stars. I got a French Manicure and the next day one finger rubbed off. The nail tech had only put one coat of top coat on. I went back to have it re-touched and the owner said she doesn't guarantee her work unless the customer gets gel. Gel tears up my nails and I can't have them done on a regular basis. She reluctantly re-touched the nail, but smudged it and refused to fix it. I'm disappointed at the lack of customer service and lack of pride in workmanship. Never again. read more

It was my first time there, many people recommended so I decided to give it a try. I was a walk in and they were able to help me ! Pedicure was good but the service was just not for me. I let the lady know ahead of time that one of my nails chip a piece on the side & she said she'll fix it. The lady that helped me called another lady and they were just there talking and talking and she kept showing her my toes.
