Do not go here. I made the mistake of taking a chance to tey this salon when I was visiting from out of town. I now have what looks like either burned nail beds or fungus under my nails. As I placed my hands in the UV light my nails immediately burned, only then did the nail te g mention my nails were really thin. It would have been great to know prior to having the gel manicure so as to opt for a regular manicure. I've been getting my nails done for a decade in the Bay Area and have NEVER had something like this on my nails. They look horrific now and am mortified I may have gotten a fungus from here. read more

I Do not recommend this place!! They are not clean at all! They dont disinfect none of their tools!! They are always in a hurry trying to get everyone that comes in and they leave u there while they go and attend someone else then they come back to you! I've never had problems here until I got my nails done by Kathy Ho. She was very rude. She made a big deal about doing my nails the length I wanted. I asked her for short but they were cut too short n she was making a big deal about taking the nails off n putting new ones on. All she had to do was soak them off, which eventually she ended up doing. She made it seem like it was such a big task, when I'm the one paying for the nails. She then got rude with me because the color I asked her to get turned out not to be the color I wanted, as shown on the sample nails. For people who get their nails done, u know the color doesn't always look the same as the sample! In a rude way, She told me to get Up and pick a different color. Usually they'll show me similar colors n ask if that's the color I want, she wasn't even willing to do that. Then She asked Me what design I want. I told her the Virgo horoscope. Rudely, she said I don't know what that is. I was going to show her a photo which is common sense when you want a certain design. If she didn't know what that was it didn't matter cause I was going to show her!!! On top of that She didn't do a very good job on the design. She was just PLAIN RUDE and I won't be going back to this nail salon because of her. read more

Went in with my sister to get pedicures. My sister got a thorough pedicure. I got a man who seemed to be the owner. He didn't wear gloves and he rushed on my pedicure. I wasn't happy with it but I didn't feel like making a big deal about it. Won't be coming back. And the price on the wall wasn't the price they charged. They charged $16 more. Oh well. Came into town to visit my Mom on Mother's Day weekend. My sister scheduled all of us appointments at 5:00. We arrived a couple minutes early. Not one of our appointments started on time, they were running late on all of us at least 20-30 minutes behind. They didn't start on me until almost 6:00. Why even make an appt? Watched staff spray disinfectant on tools and just rinse them off, what happened to an autoclave for sanitizing? And to top it all off my gel manicure was subpar. Staff is always really nice to me. Keep conversation going and make me feel very welcomed with my kid unlike other nail salons. I will say though I have never liked any of my full sets or pedicures I always have to fix it at home! DO NOT GO HERE. I had gotten a full set on Monday, and before they even closed that day I had to return to get two nails fixed. Then that following Tuesday, TWO more nails had broken. After calling and being promised a new full set, I returned Wednesday and they said they would only fix the broken nails. Not reliable at all, will not be returning to this place!! read more

Just moved to Madera, looking for a place to do my nails... do not go here, this place is horrible...a guy did my nails and he wanted to charge me over 30$ for just a full set, besides leaving my nails all bumpy he left my fingers all stained with white nail polish after i asked to clean them he got upset...HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

Money hungry as@$%! No knowledge of what customer service is. If I could give no stars, I would. I have given this establishment multiple opportunities to learn how to treat me as a customer. They fail every time. It makes no difference whether or not you have an appointment, they still manage to interrupt your appointment time to give services to or for someone else. They will stop doing your feet, and do a wax on another customer, instead of making that person getting the wax come at a designated appointment time. I got tired of the design lady stopping in the middle of my PAID services to give designs and waxing to other customer who had walked in. So I started going to the guy. Today I had a pedicure and it started off great. The guy is very good but does not know how to do a design. So in order to get a design I had to wait for the design lady. Granted she had a customer but this customer walked in late for her appointment when I first arrived earlier, and they were advised to come back because they were not on time. They did come back on time. However they had already missed their initial appointment. Instead of her stopping as she had always done in the past while servicing me, she had the audacity to tell me to wait 15 minutes! its ok for me to get my service interrupted but not for the other customer. Maybe they think they can just treat people any way and we will still spend our money there! Kick rocks. An appointment is an appointment! I am done. I think they only interrupt services when they are servicing an African American! a bit racist. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolute worst service I've ever had. They charged me $22 to put on multiple polishes on my toes and take them off. The gel polishes kept turning a different color when being put under the light. The man kept explaining it wasn't his fault but when you know polishes have changed colors multiple times and I'm not the first one this has happened to then it is your fault for not removing those colors as options. I shouldn't have to wait for you to take my nail polish on and off and on and off and then on again especially when it's gel polish it's damaging my nails. The most ridiculous experience I've ever been through. The man who I believe is the owner is the one who did my nails and also didn't wear any gloves while doing my feet and the tools were definitely not the pulled from sanitized jars. Towards the end the owner became very rude and loud when I was explaining why I wasn't satisfied with the service and didn't feel as though it was a fair discount to take $5 off a $36 service that still had all different color polishes on it nor was I willing to wait another hour after being in there for 2 hours already to have my toes looking worse than when I came in. They also charged $46 for a gel mani and pedi for a child and when we called it would be $15 for hands and $15 for feet. Just fair warning that the prices aren't accurate even while we were in there he said it would be $45 and ended up charging $46. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I wish I would of stayed home and painted them myself. read more
