Upon entering you're greeted by their receptionist who has all the keys to the gel nail kingdom and by that I mean all the nail tech schedules. I was a walk in, no appointment and the majority of the tech were busy with clients. One client was getting what I call the Hollywood treatment. She had two nail techs working on her at the same time. That's my kinda pampering. I did have to wait about 40 minutes. No problem because I kept myself busy looking through their books trying to pick a color. I was having a hard time, going back and forth picking the right lilac, purple mauve cat eye glass color. You just never know if it's going to be dark enough or the correct shade. I picked my color and was taken care of in the back. I will say this place needs to do little more vacuuming as nail dust was everywhere. They do a lot at this salon. Eyebrows, eyelashes, hair shampoo massage and of course all these pedicure chairs and nail tables. My lady was older with great head of grey hair. She was quick and very savvy with the magnet. I loved the way she filed and shaped my nails. I like the curve. The only way to tip is by cash or Venmo which I don't do. What the receptionist suggested was go to Walgreens (a very short email away) and get some cash back, so I did. Tip: make an appointment or you'll be waiting an hour or so. 9/29/25 Almost…read moreOctober!! 2 months behind on getting a pedicure! Over due! Called and worker was happy to take me right now. Awesome!! Arrived and the worker was Great. Got me set up and going after picking a red glitter (#463) along with the Nature's Retreat Pedicure. Very classy and nice inside. Pretty lights. They also gave it decorated cute for Halloween. Very nice pedicure chairs. They look brand new. Very comfortable. The environment is calm and Peaceful. I was so embarrassed with how bad my toes were, but the worker didn't care. She got to it cleaning them up. She scrubbed them and it felt really great!! Tickled too! =p Massage also! Her name was Nina! She has been here a while and she definitely does a GREAT job!! You won't be disappointed with her! My toes turned out GREAT! Love! Really Great worker that did my pedicure too!! Thank you! Highly recommended!!

That made things very easy. All I needed was a fill. I was lucky enough to get seated at Ariana's station! She's a cool chick. I let her know what look I was wanting to achieve and she helped me pick out a color that would get it . I just wanted a simple light pink with a white chrome on top. The nails…read moreturned out decent with minor flaws however I noticed that when Lily did my pedicure she skipped a few steps with the massage and didn't provide me with a full service. They expect tip towards the end and will ask you directly for it. My nails and pedicure was $135 with $5 for tip and $4 credit card/debit charge however, at the check out she charged me $1 extra randomly totaling to $145. I pay attention to service and honesty and although they cheated me $1 with half ass pedicure service, they lost me as a future customer. I will not be returning to this place in the future.
