Had a wonderful experience here. Booked an appointment for a pedi (for my mom and I) and got in the next day right when they open. We were immediately seated and they helped us feel comfortable. The massage and they way they worked through the pedi felt really nice. They made conversations with us and we had several of laughs. They're a sweet couple who takes time into their clients. The only thing that kinda bummed me out was that they didn't have that many colors for regular polishes. Other than that, really recommend this place! read more

Hubby was getting a hair cut in that area. I popped in because I had just had a full set put on and they were so bad. I get French nails and you could see right thought these. they were cracked like broken glass. One nail fell off the second day I had them put on. Needless to say I was not to excited to go back to have them "fix" that nail. So when hubby was getting a hair cup at his favorite place, I went next door to this shop. Both Doreen and her husband were friendly and so very helpful PLUS very professional in how they handled my problem from from another shop. They were able to save the French manicure. So happy. I was going to have to paint the nails for 3 months before taking off. So this SAVE was amazing to me! read more

Would not recommend. I have walked in since and 4 out of 5 attempts to get services they turned me away, although there was no one waiting. They are understaffed, the sign outside reads walk-ins welcome should read "Maybe". The one occasion I was able to get a predi they did an ok job. If in a hurry dont bother stopping here. read more

They opened up their new shop and it's amazing! The moral is up and the decor is nice. I've been coming here off and on for about 10 years. I get my nails done by Sammy. My nails I get are pretty simple but he takes his time and pays attentions to detail. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. They've got new massage pedicure chairs too so I'm treating myself. I'm still trying to figure out what people are complaining about.. I've been going here for the past three years and love it! I've tried to go to other places but I always end up going back. The only reason my nails lift is because I normally get them caught in something or I lift them myself by accident (bad habit, I know) and the only reason my gel cracks and comes off is because I bite at them when I'm nervous. read more

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my nail polish looks ok. Other than that the people were very short and somewhat rude to me and my daughter. I told the lady I wanted a pedicure and for my daughter's toes and nails to be paineted.. nothing complicated... and she went on this long rant about how the nail polish wouldn't last long on my daughter so she didn't want to do it and I should go by some stick on nail polish for her. She's a child I know her nail polish isn't going to last long. The lady only ended up painting her toes and not her fingers. Also my pedicure was rushed and quite frankly my boyfriend could have done a better job... and that's saying something. Won't be back here. read more

This place is great! I live out of the area but visit Fresno often. I've had my last two fills at Villa Nails. Once by Doreen and the other time by Sammie. This place has been empty both times and I don't understand why. They do a great job and decent prices. I am two weeks after my last fill and no lifting, nails look great. My mom also got her first pedicure by Doreen who was so sweet (it was mom's first pedicure so it was no easy feat). These guys are great and I will definitely go back for my nails when I am back visiting. read more

Dorine does a great job, she's not one for conversation but her work is good. The salon is always clean and if you call early in the day they can usually fit you in that day. My nails usually last 3 weeks and they have a good selection of glitter and gel to choose from, plus, they always use a clear gel as a top coat that stays shiny for days! read more

Villa nails opened the doors at 9:50 am this morning and I was asking for something simple no fake nails just paint them and do something for St. Patrick's Day this guy states they can't to anything for that and that they can only paint the tips of my fingers. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! Poor service and customers service. Unless you want fake nails they can't help you and god forbid you ask for them to paint something on them. I got a gel manicure here almost a month ago and I have to say they're really good! I happened to stop by here while I was waiting around for my family. Best decision ever! The gel is so cute. Doreen suggested the ombre look with sparkles! Definitely some party nails. Fast forward 3.5 weeks and the polish is still on! The gel is barely lifting. And because of the ombre look, it doesn't even look like my nails need another polish yet. It just looks like it's part of the design! This is possibly the best gel manicure I've received in a long time. Will stop by again when I'm in the area! read more

They are the most rude people I have ever encountered..I went there once and the husband did my nails and it was not to bad of job, so I made another appointment because it is so close to where I live..I went in 15 min early to check out the different colors of gel polish..He was with another customer, and his wife was doing nothing . I tried to ask for her assistance, but she was so very rude and just ignored me. He got finished and immediately, went outside to have a smoke and get on his phone! I tried to get her to help me with my choice of colors, and she totally ignored me! I will not step foot in that place ever again. I guess they dont need the business, also they use very cheap products, my fingers burned something terrible when he did my nails! I will drive cross town if I have to, to get good customer service!! Honestly this place is amazing. They deserve more customers. I don't understand why they don't get tons of positive reviews. The nails they did for me were amazing and just what I wanted. The owners are super nice and understanding. Plus they are never really busy so they always have time to squeeze you in. I'm definitely going again. But, if you want to get a really fancy design, they probably won't be able to do it. But they are great for simple designs which are just what I like! Also their prices are decent. The start of my daughter's day was amazing; all her plans were going great!!! She was getting her nails done; removing a set of acrylics, and getting a gel manicure, and the place well the place along with the reviews led her to believe she was ready for some pampering, but instead of pampering she was brutalized both physically and verbally. My daughter was beyond upset at what the nail tech did and the things she said; there was no soaking of the nails what she told my daughter was that "this is going to hurt" and "beauty is pain" I wish she would have left right then. This nail tech had the nerve to tell my daughter, and I quote, "If you can't take this pain, you won't be able to have a baby." Since WHEN is having a set of nails removed suppose to hurt like giving birth. I am thinking about reporting this establishment to the BBB. Please BEWARE my daughters nails are ripped and torn. Do not stop here, What she thought would be a wonderful experience turned out to be a NIGHTMARE!!!!! STOP!!!!! So I came in to Villa Nails because I didn't really care for the place I used to go to (Vina) and wanted to try some place new. I got here around 6pm and walked in and asked if they would still take a walk in pedi (wasn't sure because they closed at 7 I believe) and the lady politely and enthusiastically said yes it would just be 20-25 minutes. I said that was fine and sat down to wait. The place is somewhat small but it looks nice and upkept. There was only one person doing pedi's at the time but I didn't mind waiting because I'd prefer she takes her time, as I hope she'd do the same for me. I only waited probably 15 or 20 minutes and Tina called me over. She's not easy to understand but she does great. My feet and toes are very sensitive and she was gentle but made sure to do the job. She got my ingrown toenails (eww I know, but important!) and she was very thorough with the deluxe pedi! I'd say overall I really liked it and feel I got what I payed for and my feet look amazing!
