She did a good job and took her time just how I liked it. Gave me some complimentary collagen lotion to take home. She took care of her right! They are also doing some kind of promotion where my next visit will be 5% off then after next visit 10% off., and so on.. some shit like that. I think it goes up to 20%.. So that is pretty cool. She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. However, if you'd like to work with a specific nail artist, especially Amy, I recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend this salon and Amy!

They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. Right away I was greeted (4X), which definitely shows the level of attention to the client. I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for.
