Sofia knows what she's doing ! Booking with her every time I never leave disappointed

Went in for a pedicure. I came early cus I believe they do a better job when they haven't did hella customers yet and they don't feel rushed for the next customer or feel tired. Just what I be thinking lol.., it wasn't packed. Just me and two others. It's nice and bright in there. The girl I got was soft spoken n sweet. Didn't get the vibe of her talkin shit in her language so that felt good lmao.. I went with the premium pedicure spa with gel of course and went with French tip. She did a good job and took her time just how I liked it. Gave me some complimentary collagen lotion to take home. She took care of her right! They are also doing some kind of promotion where my next visit will be 5% off then after next visit 10% off., and so on.. some shit like that. I think it goes up to 20%.. So that is pretty cool. I believe they are doing that till July?? Don't quote me on that. But yeah, this place is one of my go to for pedicure. So I came here alone before and they did an incredible job. I had requested a manicure full set with a short length acrylic nail that turned out fantastic but just recently, I did get back for a sister's day outing, and I had gotten a premium service on their pedicure selection and I had to constantly ask the gentleman to evenly paint the gel on my toes because for some reason, it just was not distributed smoothly and evenly. I probably had asked him more than five times which was a bit frustrating because I just wanted to relax on that massage chair, but instead, I had to jerk back constantly because I was in fear that I was going to pay for something that I didn't like and turns out I came back home and by nighttime while laying in bed, one of the polishes somehow peeled off nearly completely, and this was on my last toe, so I don't know what it was that made it peel off, but I know for sure I need to contact them and ask for them to fix this. I wonder if it's a primer incident or if the polish wasn't fully cured properly or if the corner of my toenail is too long and may have possibly kick something and caused it to lift? But also, I know that with a proper primer application, whether I kick something or not, the gel should still remain intact. Anyways, I will be returning today, which is the following day after, and I sure do hope they do not charge me for this service repair. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The technician who did my fill was sloppy, and I didn't feel confident that the tools being used were properly sanitized. I asked to keep the same nail shape, but as he continued filing, the original shape completely changed. I'm very particular about my nails, and I like them to look identical, but they ended up looking uneven and strange. I eventually asked for an oval shape, but that didn't come out right either. I have slim hands, so when my nails aren't filed or shaped correctly, it makes my hands look larger than they actually are. When it came time for the gel polish, the application was just as messy. Some areas had visible gaps with no polish, and others were uneven. Even after I pointed it out, he just kept saying he would "fix it with filing at the end," but nothing was corrected. I was such a huge fan of this place only to now have to warn people about this nail salon. After getting a full set I paid via card and unfortunately forgot my card there. Within 10 minutes I realized I left my card and went back. Somehow they charged my card an additional $110 and claimed they voided it. She gave me a receipt that said voided which doesn't even have my matching card numbers on it. Thank god I kept the receipt because when I called my bank, they verified this business NEVER voided the $110 they charged me on "accident". It makes no sense on why after I paid for my services ($65+$10 tip) that they then charge my card AGAIN after I left. Will never return again. read more

They always make sure to file and clean up my nails very nicely. I recently started to get pedicures as well and absolutely love everything about it. If you want your cuticles bleeding, please go here. Yes, you heard that right. I had recently went to this place because I heard it was decent but I was wrong. The girl who was doing my nail seemed to be very rushed with my nails and ended up cutting my cuticles with the electric nail filer. My cuticle started bleeding and she noticed that but continued to use the same nail filer on my other nails. I'm unsure if they disinfect the electric nail filer before/after using it but, I was not happy with my nails nor price. The price of my nails were $75 which is crazy because my other friend who had the same set of nails done yesterday, was told to pay $60. They are trying to scam you. Another thing about it was that when another customer came inside the store showing what nail they wanted, they were given the run around on the price. One nail tech was saying $50. Another was saying $60. Another was quoting another price. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. So I been sick for awhile now and was so excited to have a full set and a pedicure done. My experience was horrible I requested the owner which she replied she didn't feel well so that was the first red flag. I asked for the $75 pedicure which I thought would you be great boy, I was wrong. The tools weren't sanitary, I told them I was diabetic and asked her to be careful! She hurt me and was rough! The nail tech didn't listen to my advice on how I wanted my set. At that point I felt defeated and was eager to leave! $150 later I just wanted to pay and go, the owner asked do you love your nails and pedicure. I replied no, I'm unhappy my nails look at a gender reveal set and the pedicure was painful and not worth the price. I wouldn't ever return here again. read more

I came here to 1 Millions Nail and Spa on 04/11/22. I came here as my Nail Girl started working here. As a loyal customer of hers I followed her here plus it was even closer to where I live too! My older sister has been going to Sofia for many many years and I have off and on. So it is nice to hear she has own shop as it is well deserved! It is absolutely stunning 100%. Beautiful inside and out. When I came in, my nail girl was tending to another client but they had me check in and I was seated at her station. I was informed they do appointments and walk ins as well. Right now they are trying to build clientele and I tell you this place will be packed in no time which worries me as I'll probably have to book months in advance as all places Sofia has worked at had long waits so I imagine the same will occur as well. The day I came in Sofia was not there and they were short staff. It appear like people were tricking in the whole time I was there on and off. Waiting patiently for my nail gal which she is so very kind, sweet, funny and we instantly clicked from the day I met her. It is nice to see her in her element! We always make time fly by talking so it's a lovely time. I always come in lost on what I want. For the past 10 years I always get stiletto nails but other than that I'm so indecisive so we discuss trends, seasons, colors, and what she is comfortable doing and her time constraints. I always tell her - I want to help make her time with me as simple and easy as possible. Each time she never fails to disappoint at all. Linda seriously rocks! Her craft and designs are flawless and she is very delicate on my hands which I appreciate so much. It was a pleasant time. I am loving this new shop very much! It is very clean, pretty, affordable and they even have kids spa chairs! Plus the music was nice too! I would highly recommend this shop in a heart beat! Can't wait to come back. at first, I liked the place and I liked the application of the acrylic but then I showed the man the design I wanted and first of all we couldn't understand each other next he messed up the design and redid it and I didn't like it. Then he redid it again, and I didn't want to sit there for another time so I just left it how it was and when he finished, he also took his own tip. So in total, my nails costed $70. Miss Nisa (sorry if I misspelled your name) is an absolutely skilled manicurist. I am incredibly sensitive on my feet. She is the first person in my entire through her two years of life who is able to remove my calluses and scrub WITHOUT squirming or feeling any kind of discomfort. If you are sensitive or neurodivergent, I highly recommend visiting her. The facility itself is beautiful and very clean. It's also quite large. I was lucky to come in on a day where it was peaceful. I have been coming here frequently for almost a year now or maybe 2 (bad with time/memory), lol. Every time I go, it is a wonderful experience. The nail techs are friendly and do an amazing job! This time, my sister treated me for valentines Day, and although the wait was about 45 min (we were walk-ins), they were able to accommodate us and got us taken care of quickly. The owners are always so happy to see my sister and I, and it makes us feel special. Also, the facility itself is super clean and very elegant. I went here specifically to get a pedicure. I brought my own nail polish and the service was fantastic. I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 12pm. They immediately sat me in a chair and I ordered the basic spa treatment which was more than basic, they did a sugar scrub and I got amazing treatment on my feet. As soon as I got there and showed them the pic of what I wanted ( milky white and some sure flowers) the guy replied "$3 for applying the polish" which I was confused, because isn't applying the polish part of the service? The whole time the guy doing my nails kept speaking in his language with my the lady doing my pedicure and when I would ask if there was a problem then he will say no, nothing. Nothing. After the guy finished my nails, he rushed to the next person. The whole time seems like he was rushing to move on to the next person. I saw he did not do anything closed to what I showed him in the picture, it was really bad and the color was also painted really bad. I wasn't going to say anything because I don't like confrontation, but then I thought I'm going to pay $100 for something I don't like? I told the lady who did my pedicure to please remove the design and just keep them plain. The lady saw how bad of a job it was and she was nice enough to try to fix ALL my nails without me asking because she saw how horrible they look. I will NEVER go here again. I got my nails done on a Saturday night, Monday morning my nail broke. There was nail polish on my cuticles. The glue from the rhinestones was all over my nails. I went back to get them fixed and they did only one layer of polish. Less than a week of having these nails (5 days) to be exact, ANOTHER nail broke and the tips of my nails have no paint. I have NEVER had such a bad experiences. This is the worst job I've gotten on my nails ever! I will never come again or recommend this place. $75 for a bad job. I was showed where to sit after getting greeted by a kind worker! Picked the premium pedicure. Feet were put in the spa pedicure tub. Given colors to pick and chose 102. A glitter pink gold gel. Right now they are doing 15% off gel pedicure! Plus! It's calm and laid back. The worker that did my toes did a really great job cleaning them up! Plus, it felt really good! He was very kind too! I was so excited to try this new place because I was told that it was good. I was seated fairly quickly. But not offered the color samples to select. When I said I was having a hard time choosing between a natural color and a reddish brown, the nail technician told me that she didn't like naturals and was going to do the dark one. Before we went there we called to see if we can make an appointment but they said no appointment needed. Once we walked in, we were seen right away... probably because they weren't too busy. The place is bigger then most salons and everything inside looks nice and clean since they are still very new. Customer service is like any other nail salons. I got a pedi and mani. If I could put 2.5 I would but I will give this place a 3, because the gel for my pedi still looks good. However, the gel my mani has already chipped off from both finger nails within the next day. The price for the pedi is 35 and 38 for a mani with gel. I feel over charged for a gel mani that didn't even last very long. read more

Ended up at this salon super last minute and they were able to take me in for an acrylic fill + pedicure and i could not be more grateful that i ended up here. Absolutely beautiful salon as well as friendly/talented nail techs. Family owned which honestly makes all the difference in a salon atmosphere that i appreciate. My nail tech was very quick while still having beautiful work. It was a little pricy, but reasonable seeing the quality and the fact that they just opened.
