I tend to cut my nails often, so I like regular polish. Tracy painted them with a regular polish, no gel nor dip, and they lasted!! Mind you, I got them done before I went on vacation to Hawaii, where I went hiking, paddle boarding, and tubing, and the nail polish is still intact. This is also on after several gym sessions. Honestly when I paint my own nails they start to chip after 3-4 days I don't know how she does it, but I'm definitely coming back to her to get a refresh. read more

I love this place. The art work by T is very good. However they need to focus more on an actual pedicure and manicure. I left with my cuticles unchanged and dry skin around the toes. I was headed to a different salon that was recommended to me by a friend for gel, nails and a pedicure I didn't have time for a pedicure, but I sat down to get gel nails and decided to get the hard gel. I sat with a girl named Trinh who is an absolute blessing in disguise. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years often and on always struggle to find the perfect manicurist or nail tech because everybody always wants to do these bulky oversized nails that don't look natural. I am a natural girl so I want things to look natural, but I can't grow out my own nails so I need to have an overlay the hard gel a perfect choice for that When I say that Trinh mastered the art of doing a natural looking nail, I am not overreacting. I have been coming to her for about six months now I like to book with her every three weeks, but there was a time due to personal reasons that I didn't return till Maybe six weeks my nails were in perfect shape no lifting no cracking no nail came off. Horrible service, I don't no if things changed but I could swear they use to add soap in your water and soak your feet before starting and I could swear they use to put lotion on your feet and do a 5 minute massage, well not this place. my pedicure lasted 25 minutes and minus all the amenities that use to come with a pedi. Refreshing change of ownership. I've been visiting this facility for a few years now. The previous ownership were friendly, fast and kept me coming back. I like things stable and I'm opposed to too much change, think Sheldon's routine on the Big Bang Theory. One day I arrived for my every other week talon trimming and all new people had moved in. I was not happy. The woman who cut my nails did an amazing job, however. I thought, ok... I'll try this place again, I really don't want have to go to Aqua Nails (long story) and finding a whole new place just isn't my thing. Visit two was awesome. Visit three was even better and visits 4 and 5 were great. So, I would now highly recommend this place as a great stopping location for having the toes and fingers cared for. I hear they do far more but for this guy a good toe trimming is all I need. Really doesn't matter who you get, they are all nice, friendly people in here. If you're looking for a place where you go relax, get a trim of the nails for yourself or maybe the kids, wife or significant other, go check it out. I have been here twice now, and left disappointed both times. First let me say, this place is very clean and organized. Props on that! BUT after my first gel manicure my nails chipped within two days. Pretty disappointing after spending $70 and a $10 tip. Second time around... my nails chipped right after leaving!! (Of course it was right when they closed). In looking at my nail it looks as though the top coat did not cover the entire nail and the tip of the color cracked right off. I went to Queen nails for the first time today and it was AMAZING!! A very sweet & talented lady named Tracy did my nails and I love them. She took her time and shaped them so nicely and did an amazing job. She was very helpful when it came to picking colors. I took my little brother who is special needs for a pedicure as well and a lady named Jenny did his feet and was very sweet and gentle with him, making him feel super relaxed and his feet are so soft and not calloused anymore. I paid $40 for a full set and $25 for the pedicure, which I think is a great deal. The salon was super clean and every single employee was so nice. My issue (and the reason for the midpoint rating) is that I was there for over two hours for a pedicure and full set... possibly closer to three, as I lost track of time... they were not overly busy, just not well staffed for a Saturday. I am not sure I will go back, and I certainly wouldn't go back if I was in a hurry. They lied to me. Had Jenny do my toes just a few times. Then I couldn't catch her there anymore. Then upon walking in today to look for Jenny to do my toes. They tell me yes she is here and have me sit in one of their chairs soaking my feet. Then I asked is Jenny here once again. They tell me she is finishing up someone's nails and point to her. This girl had a mask on and it was very hard to tell if it was her. My gut told me no however they insisted it was her so I remained soaking my feet. Then, so called Jenny started on my feet. I took my mom and two sisters who all got mani-pedi's and we were not pleased AT ALL. I had a couple of problems with their service. -The man that did their manicures went a little crazy with the nail filer tool and now their skin is peeling around the nail. -The workers would tell customers coming in that they would be right with them WHILE they are working on me and my family. When the customer got tired or waiting and said they would leave, the workers would set them up at a table WITHOUT finishing up with us first, then come back to us. (trying to multitask) -Also, their pricing system seems unorganized and all over the place and I paid about $90 for a mani-pedi for my mom and a pedi for me. I honestly don't know how this place is still operating. I have not gotten a mani in 7 years and I went to this place because a friend said they were good. On Thursday 2/18/16, I arrived close to 6pm and was seen by Tuan, the guy manicurist. He asked me what I wanted and I responded a manicure, he then ask me what color I want and if I want gel or acrylic, I responded acrylic with gel color, he got the gel color samples and just tossed it on the table and walked away. I showed him a pic of ballerina nails and he said he can do it. Also, I asked how long he's been doing nails and he said 10 years. While working on my nails, he didn't even wipe my nail beds or push my cuticle back, he starts drilling and buffing and was rushing the whole entire process; I mean my nails were done in 30 mins and he did a half ass job on my nails. The gel coating is so thick and uneven, my nails are curving up? Like wthell? My nails are not even ballerina shaped. The shape is inconsistent. This nail job definitely does not look like the work of a 10 year experience manicurist. I will never return to this place ever. First Time getting a manicure in 7 years and I experience this crap. He was not friendly either, did not talk at all, the only time he was happy was when I tipped him $10 for a crappy job on my nails. Trust me, although I haven't done my nails in years, I know the process because my bf's mom does nails. She just happened to be out of state and I wanted my Nails done. Horrible place. read more

Told the girl I wanted a pedicure package 1 which was $25, she gave me package 5 which was $40!! One of my toes had the nail polish chip 2 days later and by day 5, 4 other toes had chips. I received a gift certificate for Christmas last year (Dec. 2018) for this establishment. I finally got around to using it end of June or the beginning of July. To the best of my knowledge, they did not have a sign up stating that they had changed ownership in April 2019. They would not honor my $50 gift certificate. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond. The name of the business was the same and my gift certificate expired Dec. 2019. When one buys a business, it is customary for some kind of compensation to be part of the deal to pay for outstanding gift certificates. The new owner made a poor decision in not honoring the gift certificate. I will never go back there, nor will my daughter or daughter in law. I urge you not to support a business that has this kind of business practices. read more
