IM SO SAD!! I wish I would give this place a 0 but I can't.... Unfortunately this is my second time being here in long time the first time I came and I was extremely disappointed with my nails because they looked a lot like how they looked now but I had no other option but to come here due to my plans my mother in law came with me that same and also left feeling upset with how her nails came out now this time that I came my experience was even worse because not only did my nails come out terrible but the older lady that did my nails was actually arguing with her son very loudly and then she started to cry talking to me as much as an empathic person I am I'm also 7 months pregnant and she was already taking so much time doing my nails due to the fact that she was on her phone 80% of the time that she was doing my nails while she was crying she also mentioned that she had a hair appointment to attend to at 2 she was already shaking crying so I don't want her to paint my nails so I insisted to have her son paint them and she told me no she knows what she's doing and she continued to rush and paint my nails like I was saying I'm 7 months pregnant and I've already been here for 2 hours so at this point my entire body hurts my head hurts from the 10 minutes of yelling so we're finished and she grabs a small nail file and is literally tarring skin at this moment and going around the top on my cuticles so at that point while my nail was bleeding and there was a bunch of dust from filing my nails she then gets oil and covers them in oil so I have ripped skin and dust mixed with oil so at this point I'm thinking if she even cares about her clients because why would she insist to do my nails if she was rushing to finish and was hurting me in the process as this point I'm done I pay and I leave and I cried because I payed 55$ for get terrible nails that literally were hurting my nails were extremely sensitive and under my nails there were pieces of acrylic connected to the skin under my nails because she didn't use a small drill to drill under them I literally couldn't use my hands the rest of the day because they hurt so unfortunately I won't be coming back and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! I was going to leave the review sooner but as I explained my nails for hurting and I work so I couldn't! And then I would also like to add that while she was upset she said that she wishes that she was her sons wife because he treats her better then he should treat his mother so that was also very unfortunate but yes that is my response to having the worst nail service of my life read more

Running feet are in desperate need of a pedicure! Greeted by nice worker. Got the classic pedicure. The worker was very kind! Easy to talk to. Picked a color and feet got in spa. Trying to relax. Lisa's hands are shaky and as results she lays the powder on thick when I asked for a thin layer for a more natural look. In addition to the thick coat, she lays acrylic well over the sides of the nail creating the illusion of wide nails. It's so frustrating because I still pay but I have to come home and file away to salvage what I can because I don't have all day to redo the work. Well I have good and not so good things to say about this nail salon. One good thing I can mention is that they were open on memorial day which was nice because my usual place was closed. When I called they said they were ready for me right away. When I got there a lot of people were there so I had to wait a little bit but no big deal. As I was waiting I was looking around and saw that it was a pretty clean place.First I got a pedicure which was nice but the water was kind of cold. I'm sure I could've said some thing but I just didn't. The chairs massage you so that's nice while you wait. When the lady came to start my pedicure she was very polite. I was really happy with my pedicure. She was very gentle and also firm with the scrubbing. I also noticed she was using a brand new pumice stone and that made me confident in this business. When it came to my nails there was a little trouble because I needed two of them repaired Plus a fill. It seemed like she had some trouble getting the broken nails off and she kept soaking my nails in acetone. After a while it started to burn pretty bad but I didn't say anything. I just took it hey beauty is pain. I asked her for a matte nude and noticed that something was off about the polish. Lo and behold after we were done and my nails were dry I noticed the polish is very bumpy and messy looking. You might be able to tell in the pictures but it is very hard to see. In person you can tell. So for a pedicure and a fill and two nail repairs it was $85. To me that price is a little steep but it is what it is. I have another place that I like to go so this may just be my back up spot but I wouldn't go here on the regular. read more

For my experience with this salon, making an appointment seems unnecessary!? As you will still need to wait and have no proirity to customers who just walk in. So I made an appointment for Gel manicure and pedicure. After around 20 minutes...nothing. Then a lady passes by and says she wants same color as her manicure they did before on her and gets seated right away. I was still tolerating it, as I said, ok a more senior and previous customer, get seated sooner than me...still fine I suppose. They mentioned that they will assign two people to work on me, so I wait more. Again they don't do as they say and one person works on toe and another one on hand later. So wait time is there. I was charged 70 dollars and nails started chipping already !! Will I come back? Unlikely and do I recommend the place? Nope ! read more

Walked in in. Sunday afternoon. Relieved to see a somewhat empty salon. We we're greeted right Away and once we asked for the service we wanted, we're told to go ahead and pick the color of polish for our pedicure and full set. This is the first time I've been to a salon where there are more men than women providing services for nails. I'm pretty confident with my statement that attention to detail was better than average. My feet don't get any TLC and I have some pretty yucky feet in poor condition from wearing high heels all week for work. So seeing my feet get some much needed grooming is a real treat. The gentleman taking care of me was very personable. I believe he is the owner. He pointed out his son and wife working in the salon. I love it when I see a family business doing well. The standard seems to be higher. The foot and leg massage was brief, but excellent. I was especially pleased to see how they prepped my tub of water. Cleanliness is holiness in my opinion. Everything looked very organized. I appreciate seeing that. I received a compliment on my color selection and given instructions on how to operate the chair to my liking. The massage chair and remote we're in perfect condition. The salon has music playing which is also nice. I've been to a lot of places where all you hear is conversations going back and forth with awkward silence in between. Again for the first time, the pair of temporary slipper/sandals were placed on my feet before he started painting my nails. This makes so much sense to avoid any smears later. He went through my feet a second time, clipping off the dead skin around my toes. I always apologize with embarrassment of not being able to take better care of my feet. Throughout the polishing, he made sure to fix anything straying off the nail. I finished off with a small fan blowing my feet. I brought my bf's daughter who never gets her nails done either. They looked fabulous! She got a full set. They looked real to me. She was very happy. Our experience here is worth posting a thorough review. I value when I find a business that takes pride in their work and customer service. This is definitely something you don't get everywhere. Every customer that I saw leave, was thanked and wished a Happy Thanksgiving. It was literally the best 45 minutes I've had in many months. It takes effort to impress me. I visited Nail Glamour today for a full set and pedicure. I chose Nail Glamour based off of the 4 stars given here on Yelp. I was not disappointed. Lisa did my full set and her husband did my manicure; they took there time and made sure my nails looked great. I will definitely be coming back. The salon was under remodel but everyone that worked there was still able to provide excellent service to each of their clients and I feel they were all just as satisfied with their results as I am. I wasnt told about the extra charges until after my fullset was about halfway done. Super pricey because of chrome polish plus gel and coffin shape. those are all extra charges!!!!!! However it is quality work. Happy with my fullset and pedi. 4 nail techs, salon wasnt packed, but a nail techs were busy and always had someone.
