My first time and every time has been a pretty mellow and warm experience, they keep a true welcoming and relaxing vibe in their business and are top tier for sanitary practices. You walk in and are always greeted. They definitely take their time and you never feel rushed or like just another number. I love both sisters- truly they are both the best of the best, i just typically book with Alicia.

I was apprehensive and unsure of several personal factors: sensitivity to making me feel comfortable and not judged, cleanliness, physical pain, embarrassment of my inexperience and lack of knowledge. The sisters were lovely, and put me at ease. There was complete professionalism as well as communication about the process. I was in Zoraida's care and she definitely has kind (as kind as can be doing this!) hands! I would recommend for a new person interested and an experienced person looking for a lovely place to take their business to! Only one lady was working and there were 4 or so people in front of us Not a problem.. We sat and waited in the lobby for some time but my baby couldn't sit long so went outside and walked around. Both me and my husband would periodically check if we were next. We come back in and sat back down still waiting for our turn. There are a couple new people that were sat waiting (after us). The person who was in front of us was almost done with their service, we were next. After a good 40 minutes of waiting they have the women who came in after us go in the back. I let the worker know we were next and she said she wasn't taking us next because we LEFT THE LOBBY!!! No sorry no apology. Don't have a sign in sheet if you're gonna be skipping customers. Total waste of our time!!! This WAS the place I would get my eyebrows/underarms done but not no more. We went to Bombay look in Fresno and they were great. We will never be back after that experience. Treat your customers with kindness. I do not recommend.

They were wall to wall busy but still got me seated in a pedicure chair in under 10 minutes. Gel Pedicure was wonderful, quick, and affordable! There was a bit of a wait for the manicure... I didn't mind because they were so busy and the gal before me got the cutest intricate design so it extended the wait a bit. (Also, it was my fault for a last minute appointment!) As soon as it was my turn the manicurist who has been in the business for 10 years took great care of me! I love my manicure & he suggested the white polka dots! In total my visit was $91 with card & $20 for cash tip! (Basic gel pedicure & acrylic overlay fill) Next time I'll be sure to bring cash for payment as it's preferred but luckily they accommodated me! At small business I prefer to pay cash anyways!
