Both me and my husband would periodically check if we were next. We come back in and sat back down still waiting for our turn. There are a couple new people that were sat waiting (after us). The person who was in front of us was almost done with their service, we were next. After a good 40 minutes of waiting they have the women who came in after us go in the back. I let the worker know we were next and she said she wasn't taking us next because we LEFT THE LOBBY!!! No sorry no apology. Don't have a sign in sheet if you're gonna be skipping customers. Total waste of our time!!! This WAS the place I would get my eyebrows/underarms done but not no more. We went to Bombay look in Fresno and they were great. I met Anna the owner when her daughter came into my business and we got to chatting and I discovered she is an esthetician and owner of this little charming mini spa. I liked her right from the start and was very curious about getting a facial. So today was my first visit and wow I am super impressed!! My skin looks and feels amazing and I'm super happy! She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness! She is on point!! 2nd location and parking. Location is not in my normal Clovis area, but..... not everything has to be in Clovis! Lol I've been missing out!
