They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Instead of discussing it or offering options, the nail tech immediately shook her head and said "no, too busy," implying it would take too long. I was willing to wait and pay for the service (and tip), but after sitting there another 20 minutes, the owner herself looked at my design and said it would take too long. She even exaggerated that if she did my nails, they'd be there until 9pm--despite the salon closing at 7 and my appointment being at 5. The owner also asked if I had a simpler backup design I'd be willing to do. I didn't--I came in for a specific birthday set. At that point, I decided to leave. What was supposed to be a fun girls day turned into a frustrating experience, and my sister also chose not to get her service because of how things were handled. I understand being busy, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. If certain designs can't be accommodated, that should be communicated clearly when booking--not after the customer arrives and waits.

One lady was working, so I had no other option and I had never been here before anyways and wouldn't have known difference. I explain to her that I like my brows THICK and only need some cleanup. Problems: - They had no brow brush! like NOTHING! All she did before was ask me if she wanted me to wipe them off first....DUH!!! - She begins and I start to hear SO MUCH HAIR COME OFF! Before, I told here just a cleanup, please. - I tell her to STOP, she gives me a mirror and I instantly say "OH NO"! t -There was no shape to the brow at all! NO straight lines!
