I had the best pedi. scalp scrub and facial at this shop. They are so nice here!!! Highly recommend.

I came in with an idea of taking off my fake nails (full cover soft gel x) and getting them redone with another design. The lady working had her husband take off my nails for me (they were overgrown and already 2 months). I asked to do a soak to take it off, but he's like it's gonna take too long, so he used an edge of a file to go in between my fake nail and real nail to take it off. You can see damage on my real nail. But idk how much a soak would have saved..... I mentioned my pinky nail was partially broken so they were careful and good on that though I told the husband I wanted full cover nail. He says he got it. But when he was done filing my nails, he just put a nail tip on the edge of my nails and then put acrylic powder on top. I don't like this way bc taking it off damages my nails more than gel x. On top of that, I asked for almond shaped nails.... Idk what he did but it was not almond, like oval. I was like you know fuck it it'll be ok And then he goes to try to make designs on my fingers... bro could not even do a diamond, he made it look like a dome shape. I asked him to redo it 4-5 times and he was getting visibly annoyed bc of him muttering Viet under his breath. And the design asked for polka dots. omg when he finished the first time, I was APPALLED by how he was like "ok, good?" LIKE i would have looked at the work and be like oh ok this looks like shit I better redo it. I get that polka dots can be hard to do but holy shit, I wish I took a picture bc it was so monumentally bad. Thankfully he got so frustrated, he asked his wife to do my nails. She saved sort of saved them in a way where I was okay paying $65 for the work they did. I wanted 3D work done on my nails but they couldn't do it bc 1. Nails were too short 2. I watched them try putting it on and it just rolled right off In the end, they couldn't really do the design I wanted, but something relatively similar but it's ok. I'm glad I paid less bc ain't no way I think this place is just good for easier paint and go, don't ask for intricate design. read more

P.S. This happened over a month ago. I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but I feel like I need to let people know before someone else wastes their hard-earned money trying to treat themselves. I wish I had taken pictures because words don't fully capture how terrible the quality of my nails was. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nails were uneven, two of them were literally flat instead of having a natural curve, and the sides were squared all the way up to my cuticles, making them look poorly shaped. The polish was bubbled, and the overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my 10-year-old daughter was getting her nails done at the same time. When we first walked in, we were told to pick out our polish colors. She chose the color she wanted, and they told her she could give the technician the number when it was time to paint. Instead of waiting for her to tell him the color she picked, he didn't want to wait and simply painted her nails with a color he chose himself. I didn't realize this was happening because I was having my own nails done at the time. Her nails turned out just as bad as mine. They were bulky, thick, and very square-looking instead of being nicely shaped. She was disappointed, and so was I. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun, relaxing experience, especially when you're sharing it with your child. Unfortunately, our visit was anything but that. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this salon. The quality of the work and the customer service were extremely disappointing and not worth the money. read more

They do a great pedicure, no complaints there. BUT they have a habit of making you wait long periods because there is not enough workers. If you expect to go as soon as they open to be in and out quick well you will be mistaken. Opener(s) are hardly ever on time and more then often it is just 1 person. So if theres more then 1 client waiting expect to wait a good while. They had me soaking my feet for a hole hour before they started my pedi. read more

I was out running errands and recognize that I was past due for a manicure. I went into this wonderful nail salon and it changed my life. The manicure is Kaylee has long beautiful natural nails was kind and friendly and she assisted me with reviving my manicure she took her time and paid such great attention to detail. She took her time to buff and file my nails without damaging my natural nails and gave me tips on how to keep my natural nails long and strong. It was very effective and affordable in addition to being relaxing and I will definitely come back here again. First off, I'm not confrontational and was just happy theyre willing to squeeze me in on Xmas Eve and wanted to get out of there mid way realizing i wasn't going to like the results based on how it started to go. Anyhow, it was a rushed service I didn't feel catered to or even considered as to what I wanted. Tech began clipping the tips before asking what shapes I wanted (wanted coffin but she had already cut the first few too short so I let it go). I made a comment that the acrylic and paint was too bulky but she just ran the filer over a few times and called it good. As for buffing, it was painful, she buffed my nails so roughly and fast. Definitely not my liking. You can also see the acrylic peeping through the paint on the edges. read more

I probably won't go back here but I like my pedicure. Went in for a normal pedicure because I don't get them much. Asked for gel and picked the color I wanted... he ended up using a polish so I told him that I wanted gel because I wanted it to last... he ended up doing gel but using the wrong color. At this point I just wanted to leave because they also made me wait 30 min before starting even though I had called like 15-20 minutes ahead and she said she had people available. On top of that they charged me 47 dollars for the normal pedicure with gel. The pedicure is 32 dollars on their menu so the gel was 15 dollars extra.... My pedicure actually turned out really great and I like the color he gave me. As long as you know their prices are slightly different from the menu and call ahead to make an appointment you'll probably be fine read more

The stars are for Tony who always does a great job on my fingernails. Other places I have gone to, my nails have popped but Tony's stay on and my polish never chips. However I would not recommend the girls who do the pedicures. They are very rough even after I asked them to be very gentle cause I am diabetic and my feet are very tender. This place does cover covid regulations however the work they do is not cute. I had my pedicure done and the nail polish was all bubbly. The manager fixed it but was not happy about my comment. I should've checked the reviews before I came to this place but I learned the hard way. Please do not waste your time or money coming here. I showed the man who did my nails multiple photos of nails as options for what i'd like. He couldn't do most which were mostly just colored french tips. We settled on one which was a french tip but he said he could do a version of it. I'm already anxious. The first picture is what I asked for. The other photos are what I left with and the last photo is the way i fixed them. Its blurry but its way better than what i left with. He didn't bother to fix them. He was rough during the whole process and was obviously contradicting himself the majority of the time. My fault for not saying anything though i guess. I left crying because of how terrible they were, I had the fix them myself once i got home and basically filed off everything and repainted which I shouldn't even have to do. I got a pedicure along with it and the person who was doing that was extremely rough. Even when i asked for him to not continue and told him it hurts, he laughed and continued. I didn't even get the color I wanted. Worst time there ever. Not to mention I paid a little over $100. For painful service and shitty nails. read more

Tried out this place again tables were dirty but people are sitting around talking this is the second nail salon I went to where there's dust everywhere they don't seem like they care to clean I mean a little alcohol goes a long way. When I got taken care of I just wanted a gel polish I asked for my nails to be short he cut them and didn't even check if they were even at all. I had to ask to cut my own because I asked him twice to cut them even and they were not. I got a white color and he decided to file after the gel top coat was finished which made my nails chip after a couple days. Seems like he did not care at all about his job. This is by far the worst manicure I have ever got in my entire life. The nails look grown out the nails look too thick and bulky I asked for a coffin style and I ended up getting what seems to be a chunky square style and my thumbs almost resemble duck feet shaped nails. The polish is done so unprofessionally you can see some parts he missed on the sides. And one of my middle fingers looks so bad that I had to walk in after I got my nails done and asked him to fix it which didn't do much it still looks pretty bad I ended up paying $38 but tipped him the extra two dollars so I in total I spent $40 on a terrible set of acrylic nails I will never go back to this place this is not what I wanted. I posted a picture of what I had originally asked for and it looks nothing like what I asked for I had a guy work on my nails because of this terrible experience I will never go back to this nail salon. read more

Most places would call it a deluxe pedi, but they include a sugar scrub and light leg massage with their regular pedi. I came here today to get my nails done for my wedding and I chose this salon based off of all of the pictures I saw online but I was really disappointed. I showed them a picture of a simple design that I have had before and have seen so many people do. I had to ask my nail artist to adjust how he was doing the design multiple times and showed him my picture reference multiple times and they still didn't turn out great. The design is poorly done and isn't consistent to each nail. The shape and structure of the nail is fine and I'm sure if I would have just gotten a solid color the nails would look fine but I now have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed for my wedding. read more

A close friend and i decided to get pedicures. The shop i usually go to, she wasn't answering and being that today's my only day off. I put my trust in her to come here and we were super close by. I will only get a pedicure if plastic liners are involved and taaa daahhh. I was too quick to make judgement. The lady that serviced me was so-so. Didn't make conversations what so ever. Which i totally get it, we are here to relax. She was doing go.... scratch that my service ended terrible. Her regular walked in mid-way through my pedicure. Mind you, my friend sat down first but i was done 9-12 minutes after. She had to repolish my toes 3-4 times because she was in a rush to help her regular. That is not cool. If she had an appointment i should've been given to someone without an appointment. She spent more time wit that client than she did with me. She got the full treatment of a long scrub, very meticulous detailing to the polish, and a long foot/leg massage. Too quick to make rash decisions this is solely my fault. I want what i want so i decided WHY THE HAY NOT?! Get a manicure. Awful idea. I'm sooo upset but once you get started i GUESS you gotta pay. $63 down the drain. I even tipped. Poor Ben. Idk where to even start it, WASNT even a manicure. There was no cuticle remover, there was nothing. It was straight hand dipped and left in luke warm water until the other hand was prepped and done. I didn't even feel the knicks but it was so bad that i wouldn't stop bleeding. Great. He was nice enough to apologize time and time again. But I'm too nice. My right side polish is decent enough to pass off as if i polished it and the left side? Well we all know I'm a left handed so it definitely looks like i attempted to polish my own left hand. The execution of the gel is terrible. When it came to the massage. I wear a gold bracelet on my right wrist and he didn't bother to massage further than my bracelet, yet my left hand he massaged until my forearm. He was trying to make small talk, i give him brownie points for that but as for paying for the services including tip. I was TOO GENEROUS. $53 for piss poor way below grade for what I'm used too And the $10 tip. This should be a wake up call. To each their own. Given the welcome was nice. I LOVE the colors i choose. Pedicure: 445 manicure: 488 But just the service provided, the execution of each service for myself. This place is on my list of: i definitely will not recommend or return. read more
