I appreciated the efficiency but I was constantly having to reach my left hand across my body to keep it steady and it was very uncomfortable. I was very satisfied with my pedicure; however, my manicure was very rough and due to the harshness of the nail filing, I ended up bleeding on three different parts of my fingers. The final product looked good but my fingers were raw for the next two days. I'd consider coming back for a pedicure but I won't be back for a manicure.
