You can be chatty or quiet there is no pressure to change your vibe. I love being able to sit in the massage chair while getting pampered. I came here on Saturday for a pedicure with acrylic toes. When I called, Phillip told me to come in at 11:30, so I did. Unfortunately, the salon was very busy, and I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before anyone started on my service. The technician who was originally assigned to me then told me he doesn't do acrylics, so I had to wait again for Phillip. Once Phillip started working on my toes, he stopped midway through my service to work on another client's toes and did not change his gloves before returning to me, which I found very concerning. During the pedicure, he cut the side of my foot with the drill. As a diabetic, this is especially concerning because even small cuts can be a serious health risk. He also cut my big toe while trimming my nails, and it is still painful. What should have been a routine pedicure ended up taking over 3 hours. I left frustrated, uncomfortable, and concerned about the cuts I received during the service. I hope management takes customer safety, hygiene, and appointment scheduling more seriously in the future. read more

My sister and niece recommended me to this place and I am so happy. Got a deluxe pedicure and Alaina amazing. I think she took off a few years of dead skin. Not to mention she took her time and everything came out perfect. From someone who is picky with her toes, color and shape. I had no complaints. The male nail tech did acrylic on my toe and he did it so quick and really perfect I didn't have to tell him to file it down or make it thinner it came out really good. When it comes to running a business you expect professionalism. This place isn't professional! The customer service is terrible. I went in for a pedicure asked for a French set I received the French set. However, the quality is what we pay for. If we're going to pay $46 dollars we expect it to be decent. I was referred by a close friend, and a family member. I've would've expected better if I was referred. Molding on Ceilings/ walls, nothing wiped down, dirty floors, towels look yellow and disgusting, old bleached towels used for pedicures. If you want business Invest into the business. To top it off customer service lacks 100% no communication, and unwelcoming. Do better for your customers and they'll keep returning. Don't ask me to leave if I came with a referred person into your business. That is indeed rude, and don't ask me how the service was 6 times. You talk directly to someone face to face about any service. Don't judge someone by how they look, accept them. At the end of the day your the one running your business, and humbleness/ respecting customers always comes first. Save your money, and go to a place that will care about there business/ customers. read more

Phillip and Whitney great job at doing nails! There are two other nail techs that are great with pedicures. One older male that works there complains about any nail he does that's long in length or is any other shape other than regular square nails. Somewhat pricey. read more

I read that someone said that they do COVID testing upon arrival. Not with us. They didn't even greet us at all. It took them awhile to come and ask us what kind of service we needed plus they were very rude!!! When it was our turn, the guy that worked there was complaining on how tired he was and you can tell he wanted to hurry up and get out!!! They were talking bad about the Soho Salon, that was a poor act on their part!!! Don't recommend this place at all!!!
