They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. I'm very particular about my nails, and I like them to look identical, but they ended up looking uneven and strange. I eventually asked for an oval shape, but that didn't come out right either. I have slim hands, so when my nails aren't filed or shaped correctly, it makes my hands look larger than they actually are. When it came time for the gel polish, the application was just as messy. Some areas had visible gaps with no polish, and others were uneven. Even after I pointed it out, he just kept saying he would "fix it with filing at the end," but nothing was corrected.
