Worker showed me a good amount of colors to pick from. Picked color #206. It is the 8th. Why not? Sparkly silver with blue. The worker did a Great job! Cleaned up my toes, hot towel and massage! Enjoyed! Before you know it she was finishing with polish. Turned out exactly like I wanted. Just told to wait 5 minutes to dry. Check out after that. Paid for it with thanks! I was yelled at by a lady who did not know english at all. I tried to cancel the appointment immediately and was hung up on 2x. I paid $100 and feel scammed. Extremely rude, i could not imagine getting my nails done here. Trying to cancel still and they will not answer. After hanging up on me 2x because I asked to cancel they stopped answering the phone. Update: The company is keeping my money. I was literally yelled at for asking if I could choose the nail tech (online you don't get that option)...now they think I should have to not get a refund. I've gone to many places but none of them last enough, are too bulky, don't shape your nails, don't get close to the cuticle, I could go on and on. Tina has my nails lasting more than three weeks with no chipping. She understands when I say nails are thin and she will change the way of removing my nail polish. I love her! Really ask for her, she's amazing with pedicure too. I swear she shapes your toes nails soooo nice. She really puts in the work. All for the most affordable price. They do not have many colors but for the price, and quality it's 100% worth coming back each time. I have also gotten acrylics here by one of the older guys. When I tell you he got my acrylics in less than 30 minutes!! He did exactly as I requested a thin, coffin shaped nail with ombré glitter. My nails never lifted, or broke, except one time where I closed the door on my nail but he was kind enough to have me in the next day and get it fixed. Vibe is calm, they have a Starbucks right next to it which makes it soooo perfect!!

Came in this morning to get acrylic nails removed and gel polish applied to my natural nails. The…read morefemale technician was trying to rush and ended up damaging (ripping) 3 of my nails. She did not soak my nails or use the drill with my first hand. She used a single acrylic nail to dig in between the acrylics and my natural nails. This was extremely painful and didn't seem to be working. She then grabbed a bowl to soak and had one hand soak. She then brought out the drill which she carelessly used to the point where my nails got hot. I am home now after 9 hours and my nail beds are still in pain. I will never return here.

Right away I was greeted (4X), which definitely shows the level of attention to the client. I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

My nail tech was very nice and a great conversationalist, so I have nothing negative to say about him personally. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the actual manicure. I explained that my nails are naturally soft and brittle, and he suggested gel polish, but I declined because I like changing colors often and regular polish is easier to remove. I understood that regular polish wouldn't last as long, but my issue wasn't the polish--it was the cleaning, cutting, and shaping of my nails. The shape wasn't done well, and I actually had to file them myself later. The pedicure was fine, but nothing special. The nail salon itself is pretty standard and looks clean. I've had my nails done here two times. So I waited to leave a review to see if the 2nd time would be better. The first time was summer 2025. I got stiletto nails, white chrome. When I was getting ready to pay, the gentleman who checked me out to pay, looked at my nails and said my nails were "too long." The nails were decent, but there were areas where the chrome looked bubbled, or the chrome didn't reach all the edges. That experience alone should've kept me from coming back, but I was getting my car detailed nearby today and I wanted to get my nails done before Mother's Day. I checked in, and the woman who checked in right after me was first to be seated and helped. I feel like they have preferences for certain people, if you know what I mean. The nail tech who serviced me today was so rough! I told her several times that she needed to be more gentle. She did not let up and I know I'm going to be feeling pain tomorrow. I even kept telling her that the drill was getting too hot. The worse part was when a blob of acrylic dried onto the bottom of my thumb! When I asked her to remove it she was too rough with me and my nail bed actually detached from my thumb. When I flinched, she told me I was "too sensitive." I told her " No, I'm not sensitive. You're just very rough." After I said that I could tell she started rushing to finish and tried to go as fast as she could, but in doing so she kept hurting me. She asked me to wash my hands, and my thumb was stinging due to the cut under my nail bed that she created from removing the dried acrylic. I told her my pinky nails were uneven. She didn't really listen to me and they still look really uneven. With all that being said, I will never go back to this place. They don't value their customers or listen to them.

I was a walk in, no appointment and the majority of the tech were busy with clients. One client was getting what I call the Hollywood treatment. She had two nail techs working on her at the same time. That's my kinda pampering. I did have to wait about 40 minutes. No problem because I kept myself busy looking through their books trying to pick a color. I was having a hard time, going back and forth picking the right lilac, purple mauve cat eye glass color. You just never know if it's going to be dark enough or the correct shade. I picked my color and was taken care of in the back. I will say this place needs to do little more vacuuming as nail dust was everywhere. They do a lot at this salon. Eyebrows, eyelashes, hair shampoo massage and of course all these pedicure chairs and nail tables. My lady was older with great head of grey hair. She was quick and very savvy with the magnet. I loved the way she filed and shaped my nails. I like the curve. The only way to tip is by cash or Venmo which I don't do. What the receptionist suggested was go to Walgreens (a very short email away) and get some cash back, so I did. Tip: make an appointment or you'll be waiting an hour or so. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit a few weeks ago, I received a pedicure and gel polish service that did not meet basic expectations. My nails were not properly cleaned, and the gel polish began chipping shortly afterward. In addition, I found the owner's behavior to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful toward women. The vulgar comments and treatment of female customers created an uncomfortable environment, especially considering this behavior occurs openly in front of his wife, Linda. To make matters worse, the pricing has increased significantly. Paying $80 for the quality of service I received felt unreasonable. After many years as a customer, I have decided I will not be returning and will be looking for a new salon.

He said, not a problem and he could. Arrived and George was Great. Got me set up with Linda and she got going. Picked a #737 color to bring on spring while she was getting started. Then saw a prettier, sparkly lavender, #706 & picked that instead. She did a great job! Love! Paid for it and wished a good day! Appreciated! Great service & GREAT manicure too! HIGHLY Recommended!
