That super strong acetone smell that is usually present in nail salons was not really noticeable. I am guessing they have air purifiers running? The pedicure was great. I am used to pedicures that are rushed but I spent over an hour being pampered. The nail art is super adorable. This was an incredible experience. I definitely found my new spot!

She took good care of me and did a fantastic job at getting everything handled. I selected the Bella Pedicure with gel nail polish #115. This comes with all the features of a Signature pedicure, sea salt scrub, warm lotion massage, cooling gel and then hot towel during the polishing. I love the parrafin wax whenever possible. One of my friends stated she wanted the Deluxe and the other friend requested the Luxury. The lady doing my pedicure never asked me which one I wanted (but my feet were already in the water). I asked her "did I already mention which pedicure i wanted?" With the worse attitude and eye roll, she said "you didn't tell me". My response was "you never asked me". Then I requested the same one my friend got, the Luxury with Gel (the pedi with the most services; the most expensive one). The lady doing my nails AND her partner looked shocked and kept trying to convenience me to get the lesser pedicure. The partner even got up, picked up the menu and tried to direct me to get the Deluxe. I said "No, I'd like the Luxury one". Minutes after the awkward silence, I requested to down grade to the cheapest pedicure because I couldn't stand her touching me any longer and I refuse to pay over $90 to be treated like crap. And honestly if I wasn't with my coworkers I would have walked out (after knocking over all the nail polishes). I would NOT recommend this place or revisit.

My pedicurist was very gentle, not once did I feel pain or uncomfortable. (I still have ptsd from my last violent pedicure from Tule Nails in which I bled a lot). It's pretty new so all the equipment is new. Very quiet, no music playing just cooking shows on the tv screen but it's on mute. Like I read in another review, there is no super strong chemical smell here like other salons, I think that's a good thing. The pedicure was thorough and relaxing. Callus remover is an extra $10. Gel pedicure is $45 originally. They have different levels and pricing for the pedis like most other salons. They don't offer any free beverages but they're clean, efficient and get the job done right. So no complaints!

I came in with an idea of taking off my fake nails (full cover soft gel x) and getting them redone…read morewith another design. The lady working had her husband take off my nails for me (they were overgrown and already 2 months). I asked to do a soak to take it off, but he's like it's gonna take too long, so he used an edge of a file to go in between my fake nail and real nail to take it off. You can see damage on my real nail. But idk how much a soak would have saved..... I mentioned my pinky nail was partially broken so they were careful and good on that though I told the husband I wanted full cover nail. He says he got it. But when he was done filing my nails, he just put a nail tip on the edge of my nails and then put acrylic powder on top. I don't like this way bc taking it off damages my nails more than gel x. On top of that, I asked for almond shaped nails.... Idk what he did but it was not almond, like oval. I was like you know fuck it it'll be ok And then he goes to try to make designs on my fingers... bro could not even do a diamond, he made it look like a dome shape. I asked him to redo it 4-5 times and he was getting visibly annoyed bc of him muttering Viet under his breath. And the design asked for polka dots. omg when he finished the first time, I was APPALLED by how he was like "ok, good?" LIKE i would have looked at the work and be like oh ok this looks like shit I better redo it. I get that polka dots can be hard to do but holy shit, I wish I took a picture bc it was so monumentally bad. Thankfully he got so frustrated, he asked his wife to do my nails. She saved sort of saved them in a way where I was okay paying $65 for the work they did. I wanted 3D work done on my nails but they couldn't do it bc 1. Nails were too short 2. I watched them try putting it on and it just rolled right off In the end, they couldn't really do the design I wanted, but something relatively similar but it's ok. I'm glad I paid less bc ain't no way I think this place is just good for easier paint and go, don't ask for intricate design.
