She's very professional explaining what you need to do in taking care of your lashes. My main concern was the fall out rate and of course the appearance of the lashes. My mom and I both used to get lashes done here but had to stop. My initial set was a "natural" look that ended up hardly looking like anything at all. And I was still charged $200. My moms lashes looked better but when she would schedule another visit Denise would cancel on her last minute, this happened on multiple occasions. Then it would be difficult to find another date to reschedule. This was very unprofessional. I get my lashes done elsewhere now for half the price and a way better job. Definitely look into other lash artists before committing so much money to these girls. read more

This was a terrible experience. When I walked in (on time) she was sitting by the table waiting for me. She quickly asked me to lay down so she could get started. She did not ask me what length or type of eyelash extensions I wanted. Now that I have done my research, I know I could have chosen the type, the thickness, the curl, the color none of which she offered. I was able to let her know I wanted a natural look before started. She quickly plopped the eyelashes on and was done in 45 minutes. A good first set of eyelash extensions should take 1.5 hours to be done thoroughly. She then did not give me any instructions on how to remove my eye makeup or wash my face to care for the lashes. Her only concern was to schedule me for a 2 week fill. Then came the worse part I looked in the mirrow. I looked like Minney Mouse. I had asked for subtle natural looking eyelashes and she gave me such a fake look. I drove around not wanting to go home and face my family. I was debating whether to go back and have her fix them or take them off. I decided I could not trust her and I did not ever want to step in that place again. Do NOT go to this place you will be sorry. read more

However, I beg to differ with those who have negatively berated these women and their professionalism. I have been going to FABULASH and seeing Candyce for a little over a year now. I can honestly say I have received nothing but true, professional and positive customer service. Candyce does absolutely amazing professional work and I have never left this place feeling disappointed. She is very pleasant, precise, accommodating, a perfectionist and always makes my lashes look flawless and fabulous! I have my mom on board with getting her lashes done as well. My fist time getting my eyelashes done was here with Denise and I get something different each time I get a fill. Denise is very flexible with my needs, super friendly service and always slays my eye lashes. I get sooo many compliments on my eyelashes any time I'm out one girl said they were the best shes ever seen that's when I had the volume extensions in. I debated on putting two or three stars because my experience was not an amazing one. I had such high hopes because the reviews on here were so positive but I am disappointed. I needed to find a new lash tech because my girl went on maternity leave. I was referred to Candyce originally by my friend but I was told that she also may be going on maternity leave soon so I decided to book with Denise. I had a classic fill with Denise, about two weeks ago and I am disappointed on the customer service side of things. She ran 15-20 mins late. Her lashes and work were decent for the most part. however, it took about a week to book my first appointment with her . we went back-and-forth through messages on Yelp and whenever I asked what her prices were (I like to pay cash on my appts) she would never answer me. I decided to go to my appointment anyway and take my chances on pricing. The fill ended up being $70 ($82 with tip) which I'm still not sure if that's what she charges regularly or if that was just the charge because I was a new client and she was working over someone else's work, regardless I thought $70 was kind of pricey for classic style lash fill. Anyway , the price wasn't out of my budget so I decided to try and book another appointment with her for a fill for two weeks later. The first time I tried to contact her she didn't get back to me. So I tried to contact her 4 days later. she did respond, a day or two later, saying she was having trouble with her phone and what times could I do so I texted back and still haven't heard back from her a week later. I'm disappointed because I work full time and wouldn't have wasted time going to someone that was unreliable or wasn't strong in customer service. My lashes looked ok but were so glossy shiny that I had to put mascara on them everyday to take the shine away because it was literally attracting light reflection . That being said I thankfully got a quick appointment with Blown Away in River Park to hold me over and I am then booking an appointment with a place that had such great customer service when I contacted them (the lash and brow studio). read more

The technician (Christine, I think) at this location was awful. She spent no time allowing me to chose different lash extension options like length, thickness, color and curl. She actually did not ask me anything about what I wanted she just started placing the lashes right away. It took her only 40 minutes and I was very surprised. I had been told by friends in LA that it takes 2 hours to get lash extensions. Obviously, they had gone to an experienced professional lash technician that knew how to place lashes and took their time to do it right. As soon as she was done, she charged me $150 and tried to get me to make an appointment in 2 weeks for fills. I have read that properly placed lash extensions last as long as your natural lash. They fall off when your lashes fall off which is 6 to 8 weeks, unless they were not applied properly. For example if the technician uses cheap glue or attaches 1 lash extension to 3 or so natural lashes. Well sure enough within 1 week of having the lash extensions applied, I had large gaps in my lashes. My daughters and even my husband who doesn't really notice these things said my lashes looked bad because there were large gaps between where the lashes had fallen out. I tried to use mascara to cover up the gaps to no avail. I am very upset that I paid $150 for lashes that looked bad in less than 1week. I let the technician know this was my first time getting extensions and she gave me little instructions or advice about the care of the lashes. I had to look online and I was very careful with my lashes and yet they fell off extremely fast. Do NOT go to this Fab U lash place to waste your money, please try another company and save yourself money and disappointment. read more
