I didn't have an appointment but they happily got me started for my pedicure. They provided a wide selection of color options and made sure I was able to find the one I came in looking for. I was seated within 1 minute and was told that the mani might not be able to be accommodated, but they were able to do so, which I really appreciated. I live 35 minutes away, but they did such a great job that I wouldn't mind making the trip. The massages on my hands and feet and was nice. They were both funny and kind. Pedicure: $58/gel (Annie) Manicure: $38/gel (May) Added $20 tip ($10 + $10) Total: $116 The best thing is that they don't charge an extra fee and accept credit card, which is really nice for the client.

My nail tech was very nice and a great conversationalist, so I have nothing negative to say about him personally. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the actual manicure. I explained that my nails are naturally soft and brittle, and he suggested gel polish, but I declined because I like changing colors often and regular polish is easier to remove. I understood that regular polish wouldn't last as long, but my issue wasn't the polish--it was the cleaning, cutting, and shaping of my nails. The shape wasn't done well, and I actually had to file them myself later. The pedicure was fine, but nothing special. I don't think you should have to pay for an expensive service just to get good attention to detail.

She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. I had requested a manicure full set…read morewith a short length acrylic nail that turned out fantastic but just recently, I did get back for a sister's day outing, and I had gotten a premium service on their pedicure selection and I had to constantly ask the gentleman to evenly paint the gel on my toes because for some reason, it just was not distributed smoothly and evenly. I probably had asked him more than five times which was a bit frustrating because I just wanted to relax on that massage chair, but instead, I had to jerk back constantly because I was in fear that I was going to pay for something that I didn't like and turns out I came back home and by nighttime while laying in bed, one of the polishes somehow peeled off nearly completely, and this was on my last toe, so I don't know what it was that made it peel off, but I know for sure I need to contact them and ask for them to fix this. I wonder if it's a primer incident or if the polish wasn't fully cured properly or if the corner of my toenail is too long and may have possibly kick something and caused it to lift? But also, I know that with a proper primer application, whether I kick something or not, the gel should still remain intact. Anyways, I will be returning today, which is the following day after, and I sure do hope they do not charge me for this service repair.

But after file she said she can't go shorter than this... i have had the owner did my nails once and he can make it shorter than these. Who knows, maybe her skills are not that great to start with. I looked at my nails and some are a bit off and crooked. I told her that it's a bit crooked and to fix it. She looks at it and said, "Honey, your nails are crooked." With a iritated high tone. I think it's just inappropriate to straight up to tell your guest that its my own fault that my nails are crooked. I know i may have crooked nails but your job is to satisfy your customers and make my nails beautiful because I'm paying you to do the job. I just think that they need to learn how to speak and satisfy their customers rather than blaming it's my nails. WAIT TIME : Is fast. She did it really quick. Estimation time is about 15 minutes. FEES : Since i wanted my nails short and simple, they charge only $45. I believe if you want it longer and wirh designs. They may have other price option too. I was debating my toe nails too. I looked at the menu, the starting price is about $35. AMBIANCE : It's a bit hot inside. I felt like their's no air circulation. It's also pretty dead quiet in there with a few clients in there.
