This is what a $48 pedicure looks like

This is what a $48 pedicure looks like. I have been here several times. But this is the second time that this was the quality this bad.

I am so happy the owners of Harmony have purchased this nail salon. The owners and the nail techs are meticulous about their work and they are always so friendly, and use the best products. They've never made me wait when I have an appointment. Just all around- it's always a great place to get my nails done and is now my go to since they have another location closer.

I can't believe I'm posting my toes but this was the best pedicure I've ever had! Home girl went IN on my toes and omg I feel like I have new feet. I had the spa pedicure ($45) and it was a great price! It includes paraffin wax. Definitely coming back here!

The place looks nice but the staff isn't. This first time I got a manicure the woman stopped to answer her phone about 10 times and left with a less than stellar paint job. This most recent time I reluctantly went when I went for a group appointment. The woman who did my nails actually LAUGHED at me when I told her a few times to be careful because she was hurting me. I chose to get a regular manicure and even that was a mistake. The woman cut my nails and cuticles so far down that they still hurt 3 days later. Some of my nails are even crooked. The paint job is gunky, uneven and doesn't even cover my entire nail. I highly discourage anyone from going to this place.

Ring and first finger are this place "repairs". Middle is original. Yeah, sure they're straight. :/

Wow. Not sure an experience could have been worse. It's only getting one star because you have to. Honest review gets ZERO stars. I stopped in here because I had broken a nail, and my regular place was busy. The woman who acknowledged me when I first walked in had ear phones on & called out to me from where she was sitting. When I told her what I needed, she took off her earphones to come up to the front. She told be to choose a color, which I did immediately, only to sit and wait for 10 minutes as I watched one tech sit at her station on her phone. When I sat down and explained I needed a repair, the girl took out a box of tips. I told her that I don't have tips, I have overlays on my natural nails. She then tried to pry up the remaining acrylic (which wasn't happening), then finally got up to get a form. When she started placing the forms, I knew I was in trouble. They were misplaced and crooked. But I figured I'd give her a shot. As she applied more and more product, my thinly enhanced nails slowly turned into thick, disgusting monsters. She took off the forms to file & shape the nails, needing much time to thin them down. After several minutes, she told me to wash. When I had a chance to look at them, I knew I would be asking her to fix them. When I say back down, I told her they were too thick and crooked, and she needed to fix them. She quickly defended that 'repair is not the same as new', and I told her that repair or not, they were disgustingly thick, and slanted to the side. She reluctantly began to file again. It became clear to me that she was not very good at what she does, and was certainly not used to people calling her out on her mistakes. When I looked them over again, I was still unhappy, but before I could mention that perhaps she should learn to place a form properly, she began to yell at me, telling me to go to the place I usually go and have them fix it, and to get out, because I waste her time. I, of course, walked out. On my way out, another patron stopped me to ask what the issue was. I told her, and she says that she was unhappy with the service as well. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and suggest you don't come here either. From here on out, I'll stick with Johnny's on Crestwood.

New (I was told they opened 3 years ago - apparently the owner takes good care of the place because it looks like they opened yesterday), clean, friendly nail salon with excellent service by Danny! Definitely the best nail salon I have been to in a while! I hate it when I pay $30 for a pedicure that looks so bad a child could of done a better job (and then they still want a tip) - I'm glad I finally found an awesome nail salon worth returning too!

Gel fill with gel polish in the perfect nude pink!

Came back from vacation and needed a gel fill. I had to take off the tropical blue and replace it with something appropriate for a business conference. I called to make a same-day appointment on a Friday night before they closed and had no issue. It was a younger guy that did my nails. They gave me all my color options right away while he got to work buzzing off the old color, which was good considering I'm super indecisive about color and always take forever. When I told him I wanted a more Nude color, he said "I have the perfect one!" And he was so right! Love the color and the fill was done better than the original set done by another shop! Be aware though if you go in for a gel fill and get gel color on top it's about $30 or so.

The wait was ridiculous. I watched two people, who came in after me and had no appointments, get served before me. The staff wasn't friendly, but they weren't necessarily rude either. I could tell they were money hungry and eager to get done with each customer quickly even though they were overbooked and understaffed. The lady that did my nails had no concern for my sensitive skin cause she kept drilling down on the base of my nail even though I was bleeding and my fingers were turning red from the pain. She did this on both my hands. She didn't give me exactly what I asked for but the nail job wasn't horrible. I definitely had better service and better nails elsewhere. This is a last resort nail shop. I won't be returning by choice.
