I've really enjoyed my experiences at Belleza. They create an atmosphere meant to relax you from right when you walk in to in between services to when you're done. There are robes to change in to and you get to sit in a waiting area which has dim lighting, relaxing music, and snack/drink options. If you're getting multiple services, you get to wait in this room in between them. They offer a variety of beverages, including wine. The variety of massage and facial options are amazing as well. While the pricing is more than other places, the atmosphere and service are worth it. read more

My daughter and I go here (to Ashley W) and like it so far. This is a full service salon, spa and nails. They even have hair extensions. It's gorgeous inside. Do not be fooled that it's not great just because it's outside the mall. I wished I had gone here earlier. The prices are reasonable too. My only pet peeve is you have to bring cash for tips. You can't just add it to your credit card when checking out. It's strange to me some we are a very cashless society now so I have to plan ahead just like getting nails done. I think if that part changed, it would be a much nicer experience for the clients. I have to go to an ATM before an appt which might not seem like a big deal, but I usually don't carry cash so it's just inconvenient and especially when you are spending a lot of money on an experience. The products are great. It's really pretty inside and very comfortable. It's huge too so you could have a big party like bridal or birthday with no issue. read more

I always enjoy going to Belleza. They always ask what I'd like to drink and if I want a snack (and they have a great variety), before I check in for my appointment. The waiting area is nice, and the nail spa area is the kind of space where you want to relax and hang out. There is a nice homey feel in the nail and pedicure areas--all the details have been thought of, and I really appreciate the cleanliness of the entire salon. Belleza Hair & Nail studio has a full day spa within its' space. It's about 15,000 square feet of pure self pampering for all ages. I had three treatments done, and it was all wonderful. From my haircut and style, to my hour long facial, to my wax session. All the ladies were all awesome, friendly, and professional. I really wasn't going to leave a feedback but the more I look at my hair the more I feel like I should post an honest review. For background, my hair is medium brown and I have colored it pretty frequently since I was 13. I saw this salon on my visit to the mall and decided to give it a shot since it looked pretty decent. On their website it mentions "new talent," which is also super cheap. Should have been my first red flag. What they fail to mention is that this new talent only works part time - two days a week which means she doesn't get much practice. When I went in Nicole, my stylist, was pretty nice and so was the staff. After seating me she asked me a few questions, asked me for an inspo picture, and all. I am quite confused on why she asked for a picture when she wasn't even going to attempt to get close to what I had shown her. We had three hours (minus 7 mins because I was late) to get partial highlights and a haircut (simple). I realized things weren't going too smoothly when she said she will need to apply some product to perfect what was happening and that we would need to schedule the haircut for later. She continued blaming my shampoo for my hair tangling (I chose to ignore the clump of hair that she pulled out) and my previous color for her not-so-perfect job and my hair not reacting like she had wanted it to. The interesting part is in 20 years this was the first time my hair had chosen to do that. Like I mentioned, I have been coloring my hair for a long time. Professionally and at home - both. I have never heard a stylist say "oh its orange and botched because of the color you use". No accountability, no "Hey I messed up, lets schedule another fix up." I should have also figured that out myself when she didnt ask for an after picture or gave me a mirror to see the back of my head. After coming home and shampoo-ing my hair the next day I saw the blotchy job she had done. My hair is literally orange on the top and brown in the bottom. I told her multiple times that I was getting my highlights re-done for an upcoming wedding. Thanks to her I have now scheduled an all over color to cover her mess up. My hair is so blotchy, I cant even straighten it anymore. I have to pull it back in a bun. It is so bad that today a coworker passed me the contact info for her hair dresser to "get rid of this mess you have going." Also, going in the staff was very friendly but the lady who checked me out was super cold. She seemed very irritated by the fact that I didnt know tips were cash or Venmo only. They could have mentioned that in our three phone calls or maybe on their website?! I am not too picky with hair, as I had told Nicole. I told her I trust an artist's judgment and as long as they can get some good result I am happy. Nicole left me with a carrot top look which is also super botched. So disappointed. I wanted to love this place so much but I will be steering clear. Not sure how this place has such glowing reviews. read more

I got in touch with the salon about a month before my wedding after my previous two hair and makeup artists ghosted me. Annie reached out to me almost instantly and was able to help me get an appointment for my wedding morning with Lauren and Ashlea and get a trial scheduled with each of them. Both times I visited the salon were fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and everything was very clean! Ashlea did my hair. I brought her several ideas when I came for my trial and she was very honest about what would and wouldn't work with my hair. We picked one of my examples to base my design off and she spent about 40 minutes curling, braiding, and teasing my hair into a design I loved. Day-of took just under an hour. Lauren handled my makeup. She listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. The trial went for about an hour, day-of was roughly 40 min. I nearly cried when it was all said and done. I have been to Belleza for hair cuts before and decided to check out their nail salon services for a pedicure. You do need to book at least a few days to a week out but I like that they respect appointments unlike other nail salons who prioritize walk ins. Carmen was my nail tech and she did great! I only got the classic/basic pedicure since I was on a budget. The price was fair for the service. Carmen was also very accommodating and personable. I will definitely be back for more nail services. read more

I lived right behind this place for about 5 years before I actually went in. Since I work in Bethesda, I continued going to the salon I always went to when I lived in Montgomery County. At the urging of my neighbor, I took my daughter in for a hair cut and I loved the way it turned out. She wanted a pixie cut that was shorter in back and longer in the front. Danielle, the woman who cut her hair, did a fantastic job--my daughter's hair looks great no matter what she does to it...it just hangs nicely and looks like a really expensive cut (which it was not). I was so happy with my daughter's hair that I went back and asked Danielle to cut my hair too. I was very happy with it, and the prices were not bad at all. I plan to give Belleza all of my hair-cutting business for the foreseeable future. I have heard that all of the stylists are great, but I do recommend Danielle if she's available! read more

When I first arrived I noticed they had a display window that was colorful and festive. They also have a small parking area. The layout of the salon is nice. Have you seen it?! The new location over between Macy's and Penney's? I. Felt like I was rolling up in front of a glitzy place in a big city. BEAUTIFUL!!! Belleza has thought of everything for the comfort of all guests. Men, women, children and bridal parties too. The Spa is other-worldly. I had a massage with Darlene recently. I was escorted back to the ladies lounge are and was give a locker to put my things in. A wrap, robe and comfy slippers were given to me to change into then I had a few minutes to relax by a fireplace on a seven space with a col glass of water. After a lovely massage, I was escorted back to this room, offered a delicious peach spritzer and more water to rehydrate and reacclimate before changing back to my clothes and head out into the real world. Should I have desired, I could have taken a nice hot shower and had plenty of space to dry my hair and put on make up. The men's section is just as nice and they even have a separate area for couples! They've thought of everything. Even the nail studio has its own sitting area to relax until it's time for your manicure or pedicure appointment. You owe it to yourself to stop by Belleza, take a tour and take advantage of their wonderful offerings. Brides-they have a completely seperate area for you, too. A seperate lounge for showers, or just relaxing while getting ready with your wedding party. Guys, don't worry, there is an estrogen free area for you.... read more

Review for Carrie: I had a manicure and pedicure with Carrie today and she was amazing! She is very personable and fun. Carrie took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. The pedicure spa is very sanitary as it has a disposable liner for each client. There is a huge selection of nail colors to choose from, including the most newly released holiday/trending polishes. I love that Carrie keeps up with the trending techniques and styles. Review for Salon: The reception staff was helpful with booking my appointment and welcoming when I came into the salon. I was offered my choice of refreshments including coffee and a nice selection of teas. Check out was quick and easy, and I was able to schedule my next appointment before I left. I primarily go here to get my nails done and will never go anywhere else ever again! I was looking to get my nails done and my friend recommended Sam B. She is BY FAR the best I've ever been to and my nails look absolutely perfect every time. She goes all the way down to my cuticle line and shapes my nails so well. My gel manicures have been easily lasting up to 3 weeks, and even then the only reason I need to get them redone is because my nails have grown out. In general the salon is clean, the front desk is organized, and the staff members are extremely friendly. I usually book online and it's super easy.
