Unfortunately I had worked a very long shift before my appt so I was extremely tired, and opted out of a blow dry because I was just ready to go home and pass out. Anyway, she told me that since we weren't blow drying we wouldn't see the true color, so if I got home and decided once it had dried that I wanted any changes done, to just give her a call. So this was my fault for opting out of a blow dry, but seeing that I'm superrrr pale and added a dark violet, I'm feeling like I need just a littttlleee more blonde just to soften/lighten it up a bit. I called and explained that it looks great and she did exactly what I wanted, I just need like maybe 4 or 5 more highlights in to brighten it, and that I would prefer to do it with Sarah again because she did such a great job. They were totally cool/understanding about it, and I scheduled an appt this week with Sarah so we can touch it up. Another good thing is that normally when you go to the salon for one thing, they try to add on all of this extra crap and make you think you need it. That being said, I told her I wanted a tiny trim just to help my hair grow faster because I'm trying to grow it back out after I made an impulsive decision and had 9 inches cut off over the summer. After working with my hair a bit she explained she'd be more than happy to do the trim, but my hair wasn't showing any signs of split ends/breakage & appeared to be growing healthily.
