Unfortunately I had worked a very long shift before my appt so I was extremely tired, and opted out of a blow dry because I was just ready to go home and pass out. Anyway, she told me that since we weren't blow drying we wouldn't see the true color, so if I got home and decided once it had dried that I wanted any changes done, to just give her a call. So this was my fault for opting out of a blow dry, but seeing that I'm superrrr pale and added a dark violet, I'm feeling like I need just a littttlleee more blonde just to soften/lighten it up a bit. I called and explained that it looks great and she did exactly what I wanted, I just need like maybe 4 or 5 more highlights in to brighten it, and that I would prefer to do it with Sarah again because she did such a great job. They were totally cool/understanding about it, and I scheduled an appt this week with Sarah so we can touch it up. Another good thing is that normally when you go to the salon for one thing, they try to add on all of this extra crap and make you think you need it. That being said, I told her I wanted a tiny trim just to help my hair grow faster because I'm trying to grow it back out after I made an impulsive decision and had 9 inches cut off over the summer. After working with my hair a bit she explained she'd be more than happy to do the trim, but my hair wasn't showing any signs of split ends/breakage & appeared to be growing healthily. So we decided not to trim it, which in return saved me some money! Highly recommend this salon, especially Sarah! Will add a picture of the finished product once we're done!

Booking online could be better- as the current website is a little confined in its mobile state. But that doesn't effect your in-person experience. I was pleased with the feature that let me choose my preferred stylist- as I can now book my appointments with the same hair professional. On the note of professionals, with a little bit of research online I could tell that the stylists here meant business. In my experience, they will give you tips and advice for managing your new look- as well as an estimate for when your next appointment should be. It is important you know what style you want before you go however, as you may need a consultation if you don't. That is a separate product/appointment that they offer. A big thanks to my stylist Cam, for helping me understand the steps to get my hair to look the way I wanted it to! I will absolutely keep coming back because of this standard of care. Not a problem for me since stylists are often running a bit behind. I showed her two photos of how I wanted my haircut, one to show the bangs I wanted and one to show the hair length I wanted. They were both photos of bobs/lobs. She starting misting my hair to begin the cut and I was little surprised she wasn't going to wash it but whatever, some stylists dry cut. When she finished cutting and removed my cape, I was super surprised and confused. She hadn't done the bangs, and she hadn't dried or styled my hair. She said "oh no, I close at 8. If you want the $45 deal, you don't get style or anything. You have to come earlier." I booked my appointment online and none of this was noted. Also, I booked a regular $60 appointment so I don't know why she started saying I was after some deal that I knew nothing about. She said this more than once. I was definitely annoyed she didn't dry my hair, especially since I waited an extra 15 minutes past my start time without a problem. If you need to leave at 8 sharp, maybe don't have a 7:15 available to book online? She did put my back in the chair and cut the bangs but the whole time she was babbling about my hair not being the right texture as the photo and it would be basically "impossible" to have my bangs look like that. Yeah no, I've had bangs before and no stylist had a problem. If I can style them at home (granted with more effort than a stylist), it shouldn't be a problem for a professional. All in all, it was a terribly disappointing and frustrating experience. In honesty, I like the cut so I gave her two stars. However, I have no desire to return after her ignoring what I wanted and her odd behavior.
