Before I my experience with Salon Allure and especially Erin, I had a private hair dresser who had been doing my hair since I was a child. I will now be going to Salon Allure and Erin for my hair because of the wonderful experience I have has thus far! When I was introduced to Salon Allure, I was impressed by the atmosphere! The salon itself is very clean, stylish, and has a welcoming feel to it. I just recently got married and Erin helped me achieve the hair look I was looking for before I styled my hair. I have been very satisfied with the service I received at Salon Allure. Amy asks questions concerning your hair routine so she can accurately suggest styles that would work for your hair type and daily routine. I just had my color colored and love it! We are slowly going shorter with the length. The prices are reasonable and the service is unbeatable. The salon is clean and the stylists are all very friendly! The atmosphere there is very welcoming! I have very frizzy, wavy hair and Amy is helping me to tame it. She has suggested the new Surface Line (vegan, gluten free, etc.) and that line is great at keeping the frizz down and my hair soft! I am starting to love my hair again! We have been going to see Amy for years. When my daughter was 3 she climbed into Amy's chair and sat perfectly for her...the 6-8 places we had gone before...not so much. I knew we had found the one. We have followed her to different salons where the owners would always ask her advice on both hair and business/team management. It seemed only fitting that Amy would only open her own salon. Amy is the only person I trust with cutting my hair, even just a trim. I've been going to see her ever since I was 3 years old (now 21). I came home from school 3 hours away to get her to do my hair. She takes her time with every cut, is very professional, and knows what she's doing. She is friendly, funny, and she will even remember the things you talk about! It's been a year and a half since I last saw her and she remembered my boyfriends name; not many stylists care enough to remember those things. The salon is always clean and neat and they have great music playing as you get your hair done which is always a perk. Great products and an overall great experience. I recently met Amy at a Girls Night Out function. She and her staff were very nice and friendly. I am always apprehensive about going to a new salon because I have curly hair and not everyone knows what to do with curly hair. Before she started cutting, Amy asked me what I liked and didn't like about my hair. She then made recommendations and did her things. She did a great job. I have received lots of compliments. The salon was perfect sized, not loud or overwhelming. I also got an eyebrow wax. Again Amy made sure to ask what I wanted to do before she went to work on them. I highly recommend it. I visited the Salon Allure for a cut and a perm. This was my first visit and Christine was my stylist. I explained what I wanted done and Christine and I discussed some options that she suggested (she feathered my bangs which I had never done before and I love). I was especially pleased that Christine listened to my requests and did as I asked, while also giving great suggestions my old stylist had never mentioned. My first visit here was just to get a Haircut because I had won a Gift Certificate to the Salon but the Ladies keep me coming back with their Great Customer Service and Awsome Work!! Hanna is my Stylist and she does an exceptional job every time!! Salon allure , in particular Hanna Van Vlerah did an extremely good job on dying my hair red. The color has stayed for months without fading. I normally have issues with the color fading and she did a great job on my cut and color. I suggest people swing by and speak to amy or hanna, they are wonderful. read more
