I am going to post to you my honest review. The place looked clean, nice decor. Smaller salon, has nice pedi chairs. I had two services hands and nails. Pedi was nice, but still left some rough spots because the tech did not use the pumice on the heels, like other places do. The massage was good and toes were painted fine. The rough areas were left and the tech failed to remove the toe separator after the visit. I witnessed a nail tech having allergies or cold and sneezing then wiping on their arm, rub their nose and continuing to work on the person. For the nails, paid too much for the work. The edges are bubbled and lumpy. It seems like you cannot mention anything or the tech grabs your hand quickly and flings it around. I thought about getting up and leaving but stayed due to the time to go elsewhere for unfinished work. So the rest of the process was downhill. Noneven finished nails from one hand to the other, nails very short than the other hand. The edging is not linear to the nail bed and it bubbles out so it looks like it's spilled over. Its sad I spent a good amount of money for this. I have experience with amazing techs and salons, not here. I do not recommend. read more

I was a walk-in and was greeted promptly and courteously. The salon is very clean and I very much appreciate the use of basin covers for pedicures. I thought the tech that did my pedicure was good and thorough. I had a different tech for my nails - Dip powder. He was rough in the way he kept adjusting the way I was holding my hands. He also used the drill more than the file. My nails were done on Sunday, April 7. On the following Saturday, the 11th, I had an 85th birthday party to attend and noticed one nail was missing polish. By Tuesday, the 15th, polish chipping and nails breaking. The photos were taken on the 15th. I cannot recommend and will not return. read more

I got my nails and toes does today here and when I went to check out they said my total was $140. I asked how much each service was so that I could tip them out properly and it did not add up to 140 it was actually 114 so I had to ask for my money back and to see the receipt which I should have never even had to do in the first place . They tried to over charge me for things I didn't even have done. I will not be back to this nail salon ever again that's absolutely ridiculous and on top of them trying to over charge me for my nails and toes they are not smooth at all the top coat is all messed up making the nails look terrible. i am very disappointed and I can't believe this happened to me. read more

I came in on a Sunday afternoon after arranging an appointment, and I was instantly greeted and tended to.I've been having manicures and pedicures for years, and I must say that I've never had this service done better. My friend & I had appts and they told us one of the workers was running late so he would "take care" of us if we wanted to wait or we could come back later. we chose to wait. We got sat nearly 40 minutes late & they took another person before us so we could be together which we were not sat together. I got a gel manicure & it seemed ok at first but it has been 4 days & they are chipping & peeling already. i felt very rushed & not at all relaxed. We won't be going back. read more

This is my go-to nail salon and has been for years. I feel comfortable coming here because I am very picky about cleanliness, especially when it comes to pedicures and manicures. The place is always clean and the staff are all well trained to sanitize their tools and use new files, buffers, etc. each time. But the reason I love coming here most is because of how friendly everyone is. They get to know you by name and are very welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem in the Spring Ridge shopping center! read more

My wife and I went to Spring Ridge nails for a pedicure. The service that was provided by Amber and Kaitlyn was phenomenal. These ladies really know how to treat their clients.
