This lovely white + platinum look was chosen with the help of the owner (Anne, I think?) and my nail tech. I'd pulled some color samples that we're not polishes but understones for some specialty nail products. I explained what I wanted and they made it happen! The Platinum accent nail was not traditional gel but a powder polish that was applied via a small sponge (similar to an eyeshadow applicator) and the shine is so brilliant, I love it! Truth: sometimes you do have to wait a few minutes here--even if you have an appointment. Let them know if you're on a schedule: I typically go on my lunch break and let them know that I only have 45 minutes, and they work to get you serviced and on your way ASAP!

She still hates what he did--she had photos of a basic accent nail and a small rhinestone at the base of each nail. No go. And instead of taking off the full nail of polish the corners of her nails are still black. So her full set and pedicure came to $70 and the only thing she's happy with is the pedicure. I chose apple over pumpkin spice, although both smelled delicious. After checking in, I was directed to the lounge area to wait for my massage therapist. I believe her name was Juliana. She came to get me, gave me a brief introduction and a few instructions, and got right to work. Let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job. The massage was so good that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep and started snoring loudly. When she woke me up, I couldn't believe the 70 minutes had already passed! She stepped out to give me time to get dressed, and apparently, I fell right back asleep. LOL. I eventually woke up, got dressed, and was offered tea or water. I chose tea and enjoyed relaxing a little longer afterward. I left feeling so good. My muscles felt relaxed, and I didn't have that usual feeling of knots or tension. That alone tells me the massage was well worth it. I know robes and slippers are available with certain packages, and I think having those would make the experience feel even more like a full spa day. That's just my personal preference, though, and it doesn't take away from the quality of the massage. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. If the massage has you falling asleep and snoring, you know they're doing something right! And this is actually my 2nd time here. I will definitely be back.
