Pedicure was fine for both of us, she wanted matte with a pink glitter accent gradient on the ring finger. Her tech (older guy) said that it couldn't be done with the polish she had picked out and just did a basic swipe of glitter. She hated it and asked him to redo it. He did so grudgingly. She still hates what he did--she had photos of a basic accent nail and a small rhinestone at the base of each nail. No go. And instead of taking off the full nail of polish the corners of her nails are still black. So her full set and pedicure came to $70 and the only thing she's happy with is the pedicure. Apparently a matte top coat here costs an additional $5. First time I've heard of that.
