This lovely white + platinum look was chosen with the help of the owner (Anne, I think?) and my nail tech. I'd pulled some color samples that we're not polishes but understones for some specialty nail products. I explained what I wanted and they made it happen! The Platinum accent nail was not traditional gel but a powder polish that was applied via a small sponge (similar to an eyeshadow applicator) and the shine is so brilliant, I love it! Truth: sometimes you do have to wait a few minutes here--even if you have an appointment. Let them know if you're on a schedule: I typically go on my lunch break and let them know that I only have 45 minutes, and they work to get you serviced and on your way ASAP!
