This spa is very pretty inside and the staff is mostly professional and friendly. I recently had their Hydrofacial, as they do not do microdermabrasion any longer. They told me the reason is that this better absorbs the "boosters" which, I had to ask, are their serums they use. This hydrofacial was $200. It lasted for 30 minutes. It does not include any sort of massage, warm towels, etc, all the things you're used to getting with a facial. It was JUST a cleansing, a machine that exfoliated, and the application of "boosters"/serum. I have not noticed any real noticable improvment for my 50+ year old skin. I think that was a steep price for what I got. I will probably go back for microdermabrasion, because they use the tool that has 36 needles, so you do get more bang for your buck. This review is long overdue, but I love it here. I had my first and only laser hair removal experience here. All of the staff and technicians are so friendly. I've laser hair removal done for my underarms and full legs and it is so worth it. You can't expect to get rid of all of the hair (and it really depends on your hair type, age, etc.) My mom for example had the same treatments done as me and has nearly no hair left. The good thing is if you're the type of person (like me) who needs additional touch-ups you can get them for a very reasonable price if you purchase a package. I'm still going in for touch-ups and there is a noticeable reduction each time so I'm getting there! The main reason I went in was for my underarms because I hated the shadow that was left even after shaving. My skin also gets a lot of inflammation from shaving (my underarms) so it's been so nice for me not to deal with that. In terms of the experience: yes it's a little painful but you can apply numbing cream (prescription grade sent into the pharmacy by Alazzo) and it is very manageable with the numbing. Also the more treatments you complete the less painful it is and it's worth the minor pain for me. In light of how AWFULLY painful getting a Brazilian wax is I'm opting to get my Brazilian laser done here as well. I can't testify to the pain level for Brazilian but I strongly suspect it is less than waxing. Highly recommend! read more

My daughter is getting married next year and I really wanted to be in shape for the wedding. I exercise 4-5 times a week, eat healthy but had the little pooch and some love handles that were showing more as I went into my 50's. Never really considered lipo or tummy tuck. I read about cool sculpting and after meeting the consultant, I finally gave in, to see if it would help some areas on my body I was self conscious about. The facility is beautiful and clean. Staff members were friendly . I had my stomach, thighs and back done. Spent close to $5000. I was told it could take up to 6 months to really notice. So I waited till patiently. 9 months later, I will be honest, I don't notice any difference. I have even dieted and increase/changed exercise and nothing. I regret making the decision of having cool sculpting done. Sorry. But definitely not worth the money. Just my opinion. Now I'm stuck paying this bill, which was money that I feel I threw down the drain Definitely put a financial strain but lesson learned. Don't waste your money. ‍ read more

I discovered this med. spa over a year ago through a Google search. I was pleasantly surprised with the general welcoming attitude of the employees. It was not till a year later that I opted for a cool sculpting package that I met one of the co-owners Mellisa (Horman) Bolden. My first visit with her was right before the service. My experience was NOT the same as the others. Mellisa has a very cold and had an unfriendly way about her. She makes no effort to talk to you other than procedures. There are NO pleasantries.....Maybe this was more shocking because the rest of the staff could not be more friendly and pleasant. My treatment went very badly and I almost passed out and vomited. I was the other half that reacted poorly to the service. The other women in the office had great empathy however not Melissa. She could not have cared less that I was convulsing and in serious pain. It was at that point I thought whoever this lady is I never want to be around her for a treatment again. When I returned home I looked into the staff bios and as it turns out she is a co-owner. I went back for another treatment thinking everyone gas an off day. This is not her off day this is her personality cold. Not the person I want any of my hard earned money going towards. read more

I've had many laser hair removal treatments at Allazo and for the most, I've had good results. Depending on who you get, some results are better than others. I like Laura the best. The atmosphere is great, front desk staff is friendly. My one gripe is the owner. She's not accommodating, she's rude and I will not put a penny more on another package because of how she runs her business. To me, customer service should be number one, not your revenue. So, because she proved customer service was not important to her, I will finish up my package and go somewhere else after. read more

I bought a Groupon for 6 treatments of laser hair removal with Alazzo Med Spa and although the knowledgeable staff ensured me that I am THE best candidate because of my light skin and dark hair, I have not seen ANY results! After my 3rd upper lip treatment with no results, I was feeling insecure, as between treatments (4-6 weeks) you can not pluck or wax. The hair was long and thick on my lip, I could only shave(which is a terrible feeling as a woman to shave your lip) I expressed my concerns and the response from the office manager and the specialist was that it takes more treatments because new hair follicles are coming to the surface. That made sense as I did research on laser hair removal and have been interested for some time, as well as have many girl friends that have loved it- so I went with it! They are the experts, right?... well no! It turns out after my treatments, there are no results and I have had an incredibly hard time talking to any one about it. It took 4 phone calls, an email and voicemails to book my 5th treatment (which takes literally 3 minutes in and out the door). When the specialist listened to my concerns at the 5th treatment, her response was "Oh you bought the Groupon" (like poor thing, its not the same) - Wait what?! Is that supposed to be different and mean that I do not get the same service! I bought the Groupon to try an area and have success, which would then lead to more money for them. Unfortunately, I am finding that I should have gone somewhere else! My girl friend went to Ideal Image and in 3 treatments she had no hairs at all. They listened to her concerns and even changed the treatment after 1 session to better fit her needs! Alazzo Med Spa did not value me as a customer or care if it was working for me or not. They got their money and that's that. I would never recommend this to any friend of mine!!! read more

I've been a loyal customer here for about 2 years and I always love my visits. I have everything from laser hair removal to Botox done. I've had microdermabrasions and recently had a dermapen treatment done. I also use their skin care line which are the same products they use during facial treatments. I love how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They also frequently run great specials. I have never been to a med spa before and I did not know what to expect. I have experimented with various non-invasive procedures here and there, but since finding Alazzo I stopped having any treatments performed by my dermo, spa or local surgeon's office. During the last year I have had regular IPL treatments, microderm and fillers, by both Brittany and Laura. These ladies are the best. The results have been amazing. They answer all questions without making me feel uncomfortable and they are honest - no one has tried to convince me that I will look 30 years old or sell me a procedure that did not produce results. I feel that the staff are very focused on results and I never feel pressured to purchase anything. Rebecka is so friendly at the front desk and she is wonderful at pointing out specials (which are great and very appreciated) and making appointments that fit my crazy schedule. Alazzo sells inexpensive and effective products that they NEVER push. I am 62 years old and like many of my generation, I spent my youth in the sun with baby oil (you know who you are!) and I never thought that these procedures would make much difference. First and foremost, as with the previous review, I will concur that the environment is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are warm and inviting....BUT having had fillers and botox for years at other establishments with fantastic results, this time the results for me were not good. After an initial consultation, I had Radiesse and botox done. The Radiesse looks good but the botox, horrible!!!! First, I had Spock eyebrows went back for it to be corrected (which I was charged for more botox) and now have hooded eyelids and just look mad all the time. Friends and family have commented that I look like I was stung by an insect and need to take a Benedryl. After the not so optimal results, I went back for my injector to see and she concurred that I did in fact have hooded eyelids and informed me of what I already knew. There is nothing she can do, but the good news is that it isn't permanent. When I was leaving, she said she would get in touch with the owners to see if there was a way to remedy the situation for me from a monetary perspective since I had spent $1400 on the services. It's been two weeks and not a peep from the owners. I do know that they can't guarantee results but this review would not be posted if the owners tried to get in touch with me in any way shape or form to at a least acknowledge my dissatisfaction with the results.
